The aim of the project is to improve the quality of pre-school education in Zgierze by adapting at least 20 places to the needs of children with disabilities and implementing an additional educational and specialist offer enabling 20 children with disabilities (2 girls) to participate in pre-school education and to increase educational opportunities in pre-school education by at least 90 % of 249 pre-school children, including 123 girls and 126 boys, acquisition of skills and competences by at least 90 % from 37 teachers (37K) in the period 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2023. The project is a response to current, individual diagnoses of each PLO, prepared and carried out by individual PLOs and approved by the host authority. For children with disabilities there will be classes (including sensory integration and rehabilitation), while for other children there will be classes in key competences and universal skills. For teachers zost. zorg. training. The need for implementation stems from the diagnosis of redeployment by the PLO covered by the project. Tasks in the project: 1. ADAPTATION OF PRE-SCHOOL PLACES TO THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES 2. COURSES FOR TEACHERS 3. CLASSES FOR CHILDREN IN DIGITAL AND MATHEMATICAL COMPETENCES 4.     Celem proj jest poprawa jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Zgierzu poprzez dostosowanie min. 20 miejsc do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami oraz realizację dodatkowej oferty edukacyjnej i specjalistycznej umożliwiającej 20 dzieciom z niepełnosprawnością (2 dziewczynki) udział w wychowaniu przedszkolnym oraz zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych w edukacji przedszkolnej przez min. 90% z 249 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym 123 dziewczynek i 126 chłopców, nabycie umiejętności i kompetencji przez min. 90% z 37 nauczycielek (37K) w okresie 01.07.2022 do 30.06.2023. Proj jest odpowiedzią na aktualne, indywidualne diagnozy każdego z OWP, przygotowaną i przeprowadzoną przez poszczególne OWP i zatwierdzone przez organ prowadzący. Dla dzieci z niepełnospr. zostaną zajęcia (m.in. zaj. z integracji sensorycznej i rehabilitacji), zaś dla pozostałych dzieci zostaną zorg. zajęcia z kompetencji klucz. i umiejętności uniwersalnych. Dla nauczycieli zost. zorg. szkolenia. Potrzeba realizacji wynika z diagnoz przeprow. przez OWP objęte proj. Zadania w proj: 1.
