The project will contribute to the specific objective of Action X.2 Improving the adaptability of employees to changes taking place as part of outplacement activities. The main objective of the project is to improve the situation and increase adaptability to changes in the labour market of 50 people (minimum 50 % K) from the Łódzkie Voivodeship at risk of dismissal and dismissed for reasons related to the workplace through outplacement activities in the period 01.02.2022-31.12.2023, based on tailored forms of support. The project is addressed to people who learn/work or reside within the meaning of the Civil Code in the area of the Łódź Voivodeship and a) have lost their jobs due to reasons not affecting the employee in a period not longer than 6 months before the date of accession to the project; are provided for dismissal or at risk of dismissal for reasons not affecting the worker. Supported participants will receive: 1. Professional counselling combined with the preparation of an Individual Action Plan (IPD)(50 people); 2. Training and vocational courses;(14 persons) 3. Non-repayable financial support for people intending to start a business through the application (36 persons): a) Non-repayable support for business start-up granted in the form of unit rate c) Bridging support for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement of business activity. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego Działania X.2 Poprawa zdolności adaptacyjnych pracowników do zmian zachodzących w ramach działań outplacementowych. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa sytuacji i wzrost zdolności adaptacyjnych do zmian na rynku pracy 50 osób (min. 50% K) z Województwa Łódzkiego zagrożonych zwolnieniem i zwolnionych z przyczyn dot. zakładu pracy poprzez działania typu outplacement w okresie 01.02.2022-31.12.2023, w oparciu o dostosowane do ich potrzeb formy wsparcia. Projekt skierowany jest do osób które uczą się/pracują lub zamieszkują w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze województwa łódzkiego oraz a) utraciły pracę z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu; b) są przewidziane do zwolnienia lub zagrożone zwolnieniem z pracy z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika. Uczestnicy objęci wsparciem otrzymają: 1. Doradztwo zawodowe połączone z przygotowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania (IPD)(50 osób); 2. Szkolenia i kursy zawodowe;(14 osób) 3. Bezzwrotne wsparcie finansowe dla osób zamierzających podjąć działalność gospodarczą poprzez zastosowanie (36 osób): a) Szkoleń i doradztwa indywidualnego przygotowujących do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej b) Wsparcia bezzwrotnego na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej przyznawanego w formie stawki jednostkowej c) Wsparcia pomostowego przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia rozpoczęcia prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej.
