Proj.realizowany na terenie woj.Wlkp.skierowany do os.powyżej 29 r.życia zarejestrowanych w PUP w N.T.,należących do co najmniej jednej z grup:os.niepełnosprawnych,os.bezrob.długotrwale,kobiet,os.o niskich kwalifikacjach,os.w wieku 50lat i więcej.Wg danych na 31.01.17r. w tut PUP zarejestrowanych było 538os.(292K,246M) powyżej 29 r.życia,z ustalonym I lub II profilem,co stanowi ponad 53% ogółu bezrobotnych figurujących w ewidencji Urzędu.W strukturze dominują kobiety (ponad 54%),które mają większe trudności ze znalezieniem pracy niż mężczyźni.Dużych problemów doświadczają os.niepełnosprawne,długotrwale bezrob.,os.o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz w wieku 50 lat i więcej.Cel proj.-zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os.powyżej 29 r.życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie N.T. z ustalonym I (tzw.bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilem pomocy (tzw.wymagający wsparcia).Głównym rezultatem proj.będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 33%os.niepełnosprawnych,30% długotrwale bezrob.,38%os.o niskich kwalifikacjach,33%w wieku 50 lat i więcej,39%kobiet.Dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przygotowany Indywidualny Plan Działania,który z uwzględnieniem profilu pomocy pozwoli na dopasowanie wsparcia do indywidualnych potrzeb i oczekiwań.Wsparcie skierowane zostanie do 107os.(59K,48M) w wieku powyżej 29 r.życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu I lub profilu II.Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji poprzedzi analiza umiejętności,predyspozycji i problemów zawod.uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty r.pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy-pośrednictwo pracy 85os.(48K,3740M),poradnictwo zawodowe 107os.(59K,48M),staże 57os. Projet réalisé dans la province de Wlkp. portant sur plus de 29 ans de vie enregistrés dans le PUP dans le T.N.-O., appartenant à au moins une des personnes peu qualifiées, à l’âge de 50 ans et plus.Selon les données du 31.01.17, dans ce PUP, il y avait 538 personnes (292K,246M) de plus de 29 ans, avec un profil I ou II fixe, qui représente plus de 53 % de l’ensemble des chômeurs inscrits au registre de l’Office.La structure est dominée par les femmes (plus de 54 %), qui ont plus de difficultés à trouver un emploi que les hommes.De grands problèmes sont rencontrés par les personnes handicapées, le chômage de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées et les 50 ans et plus.L’objectif du projet d’augmenter les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de N.T. avec le I (appelé «chômeur actif») établi ou le deuxième profil d’aide (appelé «soutien»). Le principal résultat du projet sera de trouver un emploi pour au moins 33 % des personnes handicapées, 30 % de chômage de longue durée.38 % avec des personnes peu qualifiées,33 % à l’âge de 50 ans et plus.39 % des femmes.Pour chaque participante, un plan d’action individuel sera élaboré, qui, en tenant compte du profil de l’aide, permettra d’adapter le soutien aux besoins et aux attentes individuels.Le soutien sera adressé à 107 personnes.(59K,48M) âgées de plus de 29 ans, qualifiées pour le profil I ou le profil II.La présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, prédispositions et problèmes de la profession. Secondo i dati del 31.01.17, in questo PUP vi erano 538 persone (292K,246M) di età superiore ai 29 anni, con un profilo I o II fisso, che rappresenta oltre il 53 % del totale dei disoccupati iscritti all'albo dell'Ufficio.La struttura è dominata da donne (oltre il 54 %), che hanno maggiori difficoltà a trovare un lavoro rispetto agli uomini.Grandi problemi sono riscontrati da persone con disabilità, disoccupazione di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificate e 50 anni in su. L'obiettivo del progetto — aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupati nella contea di N.T. con il I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) stabilito — o 2º profilo di assistenza (il cosiddetto "sostegno richiesto").
