SA.60012(2020/X) Development works will be carried out as part of this project leading to the development of significantly improved products in the form of fireplace inserts of seventeen series. The planned development work will focus on the introduction of structural changes that will lead to a reduction of emissions of pollutants in particular particulate matter, as well as reduction of emissions of organic gaseous compounds and nitrogen oxides. This will be achieved by designing an individual exhaust energy collection system for each device in the form of a set of deflectors extending the exhaust gas route from the hearth to the suppository outlet, and by designing a glass contact seal system without the use of sealing intermediates and bonding elements in devices with multi-sided glazing ensuring tightness on unspoiled glazed glazing. The result of these actions will increase the efficiency of the device and increase the temperature in the hearth (by reflecting part of the heat by the deflector down the furnace), which will reduce exhaust emissions — for devices with deflectors. The glass sealing system ensures tightness at the glass contact and thus will not allow uncontrolled air to enter the hearth, which allows to maintain the stability of the combustion process and maintain low exhaust emissions. Both solutions not only lead to the improvement of the device (improvement of efficiency) but also make it greener (mainly due to the reduction of exhaust emissions and particulate matter). As a result of the project, the Applicant will have innovative products that do not have their counterparts on the market, which will enable the company to further develop both on the domestic market and on foreign markets. SA.60012(2020/X) W ramach przedmiotowego projektu zostaną zrealizowane prace rozwojowe prowadzące do opracowania znacząco ulepszonych produktów w postaci wkładów kominkowych siedemnastu serii. Planowane prace rozwojowe będą koncentrowały się na wprowadzeniu zmian konstrukcyjnych, które doprowadzą do zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń w szczególności pyłów, a także zmniejszenia emisji organicznych związków gazowych i tlenków azotu. Zostanie to osiągnięte przez zaprojektowanie indywidualnego dla każdego urządzenia układu odbioru energii ze spalin w postaci zespołu deflektorów wydłużających drogę spalin od paleniska do ujścia z czopucha oraz przez zaprojektowanie systemu uszczelnienia styku szyb bez stosowania uszczelniających elementów pośrednich i elementów spajających w urządzeniach z wielostronnym przeszkleniem zapewniającego szczelność na szybach niezespolonych. Skutkiem powyższych działań będzie podniesie sprawności urządzenia oraz podniesienie temperatury w palenisku (dzięki odbijaniu części ciepła przez deflektor w dół paleniska), co ograniczenie emisji spalin - dla urządzeń z deflektorem. Systemem uszczelniania szyb zapewnieni szczelność na styku szyb i co za tym idzie nie dopuści do dostawania się do paleniska niekontrolowanego powietrza, co pozwala zachować stabilność procesu spalania i zachowanie niskiej emisji spalin. Oba rozwiązania prowadzą nie tylko do ulepszenia urządzenia (poprawa sprawności) ale też czynią je bardziej ekologicznymi (przede wszystkim ze względu na ograniczenie emisji spalin i pyłów). W rezultacie realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca będzie dysponował innowacyjnymi produktami, które nie mają swoich odpowiedników na rynku, co umożliwi firmie dalszy rozwój zarówno na rynku krajowym, jak i na rynkach zagranicznych (Polish)
