The project intends to: - Develop an offer of cycling mobility integrated with public transport with the construction, from Varese to Stabio, of a 10 km cross-border cycling lane connected to regional and cantonal cycle systems and to the railway and road system. - Stimulate the demand for cycling and sustainable mobility with actions to raise awareness and actively involve citizens, commuters and students. - Develop a common strategy and an action plan on cross-border cycling (governance) that will put together projects, economic resources and the skills of the various stakeholders.
