By implementing cross-border initiatives suitable to the PAMINA Eurodistrict, this project aims to: - improve the (re-)integration of cross-border job seekers into the labour market, particularly those aged 45 and over - work with companies to help solve their labour shortages - strengthen cross-border professional integration in fields with potential for employment, in particular the health and social care sector (English)
