The cooperation will focus on the interaction of meat packaging with the product. All available information should be objectively screened in the first implementation package. Following this, various packaging materials, including those already used in the market and those that are not yet used in meat packaging, will be tested and compared. The starting material of the foils to be examined ranges from conventional packaging foils on renewable or resource-saving raw materials. 8-10 foils from different raw materials will be tested . The basis for this is a data summary, characterized by the coordination of the partner HKE on the basis of literature research, functional properties and specifies material specifications for the test series. Selected slides will be performed by the partner MCI and LFU quality assurance tests. Color, texture, total germ count and fats are to be measured by different analysis methods. (English)
