As part of this radio project, young people jointly select topics that affect their everyday life and their interests. They carry out research together (also in the respective neighbouring country), question experts and question the role of the region. A thematic focus will be on globalisation and global responsibility. Young people learn about the relations between the regions and the EU with developing countries. During the joint development of radio reports over a period of three months, three groups will get to know each other with French and German young people. During the workshops, interviews and other audio content will be created. In addition, the young people get to know the region through research trips and the production of reports from a special perspective. This process of encounters and research should be regularly reported on the website. In the end, each group performs a live broadcast from the European Parliament in Strasbourg, in which MEPs are confronted with the results of the research. A central aspect of the project is the development and dissemination of a set of teaching materials for media education actors who want to carry out cross-border projects with young people. The findings of the project are included in these teaching materials. On the basis of these experiences, the set will lead to similar projects and to research in this area and provide impulses by conveying methods and giving tips. In this way, the teaching material set will give visibility to the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(German)
