The aim of project has been creating a basis for a potential introduction of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce as a coordinator among stakeholders shaping the dual education system in Croatia. Namely, the attention has not been paid to challenges facing youth, vocational schools or employers in achieving occupational proficiency in Croatia. Vocational education is not usually framed in terms of students` or employers` needs, thus Hungarian experience with dual education and knowledge transfer during this project has been essential. As a project specific output 80 professional teachers were involved in the project on the both sides of the border, and 18 secondary schools were involved in the project. (English)
