Проектът предвижда актуализация на СФУК на Община Казанлък с цел разделение на функциите на Община Казанлък като местен орган, Междинно звено и конкретен бенефициент и отразяване на новоделегирани функции на Междинно звено за оценка на проекти по Приоритетна ос 1 по ОПРР 2014-2020. Чрез проекта се създават условия за организация и мониторинг по изпълнението на Инвестиционната програма на Община Казанлък за интегрирано градско развитие. Обезпечава се изпълнение на функциите по оценка на проектните предложения на Община Казанлък, разработени и внесени по процедура по приоритетна ос 1 на ОПРР 2014-2020, вкл. чрез осигуряване на допълнителен (външен) експертен ресурс за оценка. Създават се условия за обмен на опит и добри практики. (Bulgarian)

The project provides for an update of the FSC of the Municipality of Kazanlak in order to separate the functions of the Municipality of Kazanlak as a local authority, Intermediate Unit and specific beneficiary and to reflect the newly delegated functions of the Intermediate Unit for the Evaluation of Projects under Priority Axis 1 under OPRG 2014-2020. The project creates conditions for the organisation and monitoring of the implementation of the Investment Programme of the Municipality of Kazanlak for integrated urban development. The functions of evaluation of the project proposals of Kazanlak Municipality, developed and submitted under the procedure under Priority Axis 1 of OPRG 2014-2020, are ensured, including by providing additional (external) expert resources for evaluation. The conditions for the exchange of experience and good practices shall be established. (English)

Le projet prévoit une mise à jour du FSC de la municipalité de Kazanlak afin de séparer les fonctions de la municipalité de Kazanlak en tant qu’autorité locale, unité intermédiaire et bénéficiaire spécifique et de refléter les fonctions nouvellement déléguées de l’unité intermédiaire pour l’évaluation des projets au titre de l’axe prioritaire 1 au titre de l’OPRG 2014-2020. Le projet crée les conditions nécessaires à l’organisation et au suivi de la mise en œuvre du programme d’investissement de la municipalité de Kazanlak pour le développement urbain intégré. Les fonctions d’évaluation des propositions de projet de la municipalité de Kazanlak, élaborées et soumises dans le cadre de la procédure relevant de l’axe prioritaire no 1 de l’OPRG 2014-2020, sont assurées, notamment en fournissant des ressources (externes) supplémentaires pour l’évaluation. Les conditions d’échange d’expériences et de bonnes pratiques sont établies. (French)

Das Projekt sieht eine Aktualisierung des FSC der Gemeinde Kazanlak vor, um die Funktionen der Gemeinde Kazanlak als lokale Behörde, Intermediate Unit und spezifische Begünstigte zu trennen und die neu übertragenen Aufgaben der Zwischeneinheit für die Bewertung von Projekten im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 1 im Rahmen der OPRG 2014-2020 zu berücksichtigen. Das Projekt schafft Bedingungen für die Organisation und Überwachung der Durchführung des Investitionsprogramms der Gemeinde Kazanlak für die integrierte Stadtentwicklung. Die Funktionen der Bewertung der Projektvorschläge der Gemeinde Kazanlak, die im Rahmen des Verfahrens im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 1 der OPRG 2014-2020 entwickelt und eingereicht wurden, werden unter anderem durch zusätzliche (externe) Expertenressourcen für die Bewertung gewährleistet. Die Bedingungen für den Austausch von Erfahrungen und bewährten Verfahren werden festgelegt. (German)

Het project voorziet in een actualisering van het FSC van de gemeente Kazanlak om de functies van de gemeente Kazanlak als lokale overheid, intermediaire eenheid en specifieke begunstigde te scheiden en de nieuwe gedelegeerde functies van de tussenliggende eenheid voor de evaluatie van projecten in het kader van prioritaire as 1 in het kader van OPRG 2014-2020 weer te geven. Het project schept voorwaarden voor de organisatie en monitoring van de uitvoering van het investeringsprogramma van de gemeente Kazanlak voor geïntegreerde stedelijke ontwikkeling. De taken van de evaluatie van de projectvoorstellen van de gemeente Kazanlak, die zijn ontwikkeld en ingediend in het kader van de procedure in het kader van prioritaire as 1 van OPRG 2014-2020, worden gewaarborgd, onder meer door extra (externe) deskundigen te voorzien voor evaluatie. Il progetto prevede un aggiornamento dell'FSC del comune di Kazanlak al fine di separare le funzioni del comune di Kazanlak in quanto autorità locale, unità intermedia e beneficiario specifico e riflettere le funzioni recentemente delegate dell'unità intermedia per la valutazione dei progetti nell'ambito dell'asse prioritario 1 nell'ambito dell'OPRG 2014-2020. Il progetto crea le condizioni per l'organizzazione e il monitoraggio dell'attuazione del programma di investimenti del comune di Kazanlak per lo sviluppo urbano integrato. Sono garantite le funzioni di valutazione delle proposte di progetto del comune di Kazanlak, sviluppate e presentate nell'ambito della procedura nell'ambito dell'asse prioritario 1 dell'OPRG 2014-2020, anche fornendo risorse di esperti (esterni) supplementari per la valutazione. Sono stabilite le condizioni per lo scambio di esperienze e di buone pratiche. (Italian)

El proyecto crea las condiciones para la organización y el seguimiento de la ejecución del Programa de Inversiones del Municipio de Kazanlak para el desarrollo urbano integrado. Las funciones de evaluación de las propuestas de proyectos del municipio de Kazanlak, desarrolladas y presentadas en el marco del procedimiento del eje prioritario 1 del OPRG 2014-2020, están garantizadas, en particular proporcionando recursos (externos) de expertos adicionales para la evaluación. Se establecerán las condiciones para el intercambio de experiencias y buenas prácticas. (Spanish)
