Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда извършването на дейности по закриване и рекултивация на общинското депо за неопасни битови отпадъци на град Бяла, което е разположено на площ от 30 дка, в ПИ №07598.82.13 по КККР на Община Бяла, област Варна.За депото е наложена принудителна административна мярка за преустановяване експлоатацията му от 09.10.2015г. с Заповед №РД-156 на Директора на РИОСВ – Бургас.В рамките на проекта ще се закрие депото за битови отпадъци, като се извърши техническа рекултивация на замърсените терени, удостоверени с протокол от комисия по ППЗОЗЗ за определяне на размера и границите на терена за рекултивация и геодезическо заснемане. След приключване на техническата рекултивация ще се извърши и биологичната рекултивация със средства на общината. (Bulgarian)

The present project proposal provides for the closure and recultivation of the municipal landfill for non-hazardous household waste of the town of Byala, which is located on an area of 30 decares, in the Code No 07598.82.13 of the KKKR of the Municipality of Byala, Varna. The landfill has been subject to a coercive administrative measure to suspend its operation from 9 October 2015 by Order No RD-156 of the Director of the Burgas Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water. The project will close the landfill site for household waste. by carrying out a technical recultivation of the contaminated sites, certified by a protocol from the PHIPZ Committee for determining the size and boundaries of the site for recultivation and surveying. After the completion of the technical recultivation, biological recultivation with funds of the municipality will be carried out. (English)

La présente proposition de projet prévoit la fermeture et la remise en état de la décharge municipale pour les déchets ménagers non dangereux de la ville de Byala, située sur une zone de 30 décares, dans le code no 07598.82.13 de la KKKR de la municipalité de Byala, Varna. La décharge a fait l’objet d’une mesure administrative coercitive de suspendre son fonctionnement à partir du 9 octobre 2015 par l’arrêté no RD-156 du directeur de l’Inspection régionale de l’environnement et de l’eau de Burgas. Le projet fermera la décharge des déchets ménagers. Après l’achèvement de la remise en état technique, la remise en état biologique avec les fonds de la municipalité sera effectuée. (French)

Der vorliegende Projektvorschlag sieht die Schließung und Rekultivierung der kommunalen Deponie für nicht gefährliche Haushaltsabfälle der Stadt Byala vor, die sich auf einem Gebiet von 30 Decares befindet, im Code Nr. 07598.82.13 des KKKR der Gemeinde Byala, Varna. Die Deponie wurde einer Zwangsmaßnahme unterzogen, um ihren Betrieb ab dem 9. Oktober 2015 durch Erlass Nr. RD-156 des Direktors der Regionalinspektion Burgas für Umwelt und Wasser auszusetzen. Nach Abschluss der technischen Rekultivierung wird die biologische Rekultivierung mit Mitteln der Gemeinde durchgeführt. (German)

Het onderhavige projectvoorstel voorziet in de sluiting en herbebouwing van de gemeentelijke stortplaats voor niet-gevaarlijk huishoudelijk afval van de stad Byala, gelegen op een gebied van 30 decares, in code nr. 07598.82.13 van de KKKR van de gemeente Byala, Varna. De stortplaats is onderworpen aan een dwangmaatregel om de exploitatie ervan vanaf 9 oktober 2015 op te schorten bij besluit nr. RD-156 van de directeur van de regionale inspectie van milieu en water van Burgas. Het project sluit de stortplaats voor huishoudelijk afval af door middel van een technische hercultivatie van de verontreinigde locaties, gecertificeerd door een protocol voor de vaststelling van de omvang en de omvang van de PHIPZ-commissie. La presente proposta di progetto prevede la chiusura e la ricoltivazione della discarica municipale per i rifiuti domestici non pericolosi della città di Byala, che si trova su un'area di 30 decares, nel codice n. 07598.82.13 del KKKR del comune di Byala, Varna. La discarica è stata oggetto di una misura amministrativa coercitiva per sospendere il suo funzionamento a partire dal 9 ottobre 2015 con decreto n. RD-156 del direttore dell'Ispettorato regionale dell'ambiente e dell'acqua di Burgas. Il progetto chiuderà la discarica per i rifiuti domestici mediante l'esecuzione di una ricoltivazione tecnica dei siti contaminati, certificata da un protocollo per la determinazione delle dimensioni del sito e della delimitazione del sito. Una volta completata la ricoltivazione tecnica, verrà effettuata la ricoltivazione biologica con fondi del Comune. (Italian)

La presente propuesta de proyecto prevé el cierre y recultivo del vertedero municipal de residuos domésticos no peligrosos de la ciudad de Byala, que se encuentra en una zona de 30 decaimientos, en el Código n.º 07598.82.13 de la KKKR del municipio de Byala, Varna. El vertedero ha sido objeto de una medida administrativa coercitiva para suspender su funcionamiento a partir del 9 de octubre de 2015 mediante la Orden n.º RD-156 del Director de la Inspección Regional de Medio Ambiente y Agua de Burgas. El proyecto cerrará el vertedero de residuos domésticos. mediante la realización de una recultivación técnica de los sitios contaminados, certificada por un protocolo de la PIPZ para la determinación de los límites y la determinación del tamaño de la Comisión. Tras la finalización de la recultivación técnica, se llevará a cabo la recultivación biológica con fondos del municipio. (Spanish)
