Проект "Интегриран подход за осигуряване на трайна интеграция на маргинализираните общности в община Бойчиновци" цели създаване на модел за насърчаване партньорството и сътрудничеството между местните власти и ромските общности чрез участието на всички институции, партньори и асоциирани партньори, работещи за интеграцията на тези целевите групи в българското общество. В проектното предложение са предвидени реализирането на дейности за активиране на икономически неактивни лица, психологическо подпомагане, мотивиране, социална и професионална интеграция на лица от целевите групи с фокус насърчаване участието им на пазара на труда и създаване на умения за успешно справяне на работното място и/или адаптиране към работните условия при включването им в заетост. Предвидено е обучение по ключова компетентност 1 - общуване на роден език, по ключова компетентност 4 - дигитална компетентност и провеждане на обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация "Работник в озеленяването", които ще предоставят възможност на обучените лица от целевата група за бъдеща реализация на пазара на труда. Ще бъде осигурена заетост на минимум 45 лица от целевата група, които ще бъдат наети от община Бойчиновци. Друга основна дейност е повишаване информираността относно социалните и здравните права на маргинализираните групи, чрез провеждане на информационни кампании. Насърчаване семейното планиране промяна на практики, имащи негативно влияние върху социалното включване на младите хора от маргинализираните общности, повишаване на здравната култура. Предвидено е подпомагане на деца и ученици от етническите малцинства на територията на Община Бойчиновци в сферата на образованието, както и работа с родителите им за повишаване на интереса към образованието - семейна подкрепа на децата им в училище и извън училище за постигане на по-добри резултати. The project “Integrated Approach to Ensure Sustainable Integration of the Marginalised Communities in the Municipality of Boychinovtsi” aims to create a model for promoting partnership and cooperation between local authorities and Roma communities through the participation of all institutions, partners and associated partners working for the integration of these target groups into Bulgarian society. The project proposal provides for the implementation of activities for activation of economically inactive persons, psychological support, motivation, social and professional integration of people from the target groups with a focus on promoting their participation in the labour market and creating skills for successful job management and/or adaptation to the working conditions when they are included in employment. Training on key competences 1 — communication in native language, key competence 4 — digital competence and training for the acquisition of professional qualification “Worker in landscaping”, which will provide the opportunity for the trained persons in the target group for future realisation on the labour market. A minimum of 45 targeted persons will be employed by the municipality of Boychinovtsi. Another main activity is raising awareness of the social and health rights of marginalised groups through information campaigns. Promoting family planning to change practices that have a negative impact on the social inclusion of young people from marginalised communities, to enhance health culture. Support for children and students from ethnic minorities on the territory of the Municipality of Boychinovci in the field of education, as well as working with their parents to increase the interest in education — family support of their children at school and outside school to achieve better results is foreseen. Le projet «Approche intégrée pour assurer l’intégration durable des communautés marginalisées dans la municipalité de Boychinovtsi» vise à créer un modèle de promotion du partenariat et de la coopération entre les autorités locales et les communautés roms grâce à la participation de toutes les institutions, partenaires et partenaires associés œuvrant pour l’intégration de ces groupes cibles dans la société bulgare. La proposition de projet prévoit la mise en œuvre d’activités d’activation des personnes économiquement inactives, de soutien psychologique, de motivation, d’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes appartenant aux groupes cibles, l’accent étant mis sur la promotion de leur participation au marché du travail et la création de compétences pour une gestion réussie de l’emploi et/ou l’adaptation aux conditions de travail lorsqu’elles sont incluses dans l’emploi. Formation sur les compétences clés 1 — communication en langue maternelle, compétence clé 4 — compétences numériques et formation pour l’acquisition de la qualification professionnelle «travailleur dans l’aménagement paysager», qui offrira aux personnes formées du groupe cible l’occasion de se réaliser à l’avenir sur le marché du travail. Au moins 45 personnes ciblées seront employées par la municipalité de Boychinovtsi. Une autre activité principale consiste à sensibiliser les groupes marginalisés aux droits sociaux et à la santé au moyen de campagnes d’information. Promouvoir la planification familiale afin de modifier les pratiques qui ont un impact négatif sur l’inclusion sociale des jeunes issus de communautés marginalisées, afin d’améliorer la culture sanitaire. Le soutien aux enfants et aux étudiants issus de minorités ethniques sur le territoire de la municipalité de Boychinovci dans le domaine de l’éducation, ainsi que la collaboration avec leurs parents pour accroître l’intérêt pour l’éducation — le soutien familial de leurs enfants à l’école et à l’extérieur de l’école afin d’obtenir de meilleurs résultats est prévu. Das Projekt „Integrierter Ansatz zur Gewährleistung einer nachhaltigen Integration der Marginalisierten Gemeinschaften in der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi“ zielt darauf ab, ein Modell zur Förderung der Partnerschaft und Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen Behörden und Roma-Gemeinschaften durch die Beteiligung aller Institutionen, Partner und assoziierten Partner zu schaffen, die sich für die Integration dieser Zielgruppen in die bulgarische Gesellschaft einsetzen. Der Projektvorschlag sieht die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Aktivierung wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätiger Personen, psychologischer Unterstützung, Motivation, sozialer und beruflicher Integration von Menschen aus den Zielgruppen vor, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Förderung ihrer Teilnahme am Arbeitsmarkt und der Schaffung von Fähigkeiten für eine erfolgreiche Arbeitsverwaltung und/oder Anpassung an die Arbeitsbedingungen liegt, wenn sie in eine Beschäftigung einbezogen werden. Ausbildung zu Schlüsselkompetenzen 1 – Kommunikation in der Muttersprache, Schlüsselkompetenz 4 – digitale Kompetenz und Ausbildung zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen „Arbeiter in der Landschaftsgestaltung“, die den geschulten Personen in der Zielgruppe die Möglichkeit bieten, auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zukünftig zu verwirklichen. Mindestens 45 Zielpersonen werden in der Gemeinde Boychinovtsi beschäftigt. Eine weitere Hauptaktivität ist die Sensibilisierung für die sozialen und gesundheitlichen Rechte marginalisierter Gruppen durch Informationskampagnen. Förderung der Familienplanung, um Praktiken zu ändern, die sich negativ auf die soziale Eingliederung junger Menschen aus marginalisierten Gemeinschaften auswirken, um die Gesundheitskultur zu stärken. Unterstützung von Kindern und Schülern ethnischer Minderheiten auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Boychinovci im Bereich der Bildung sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit ihren Eltern, um das Interesse an Bildung zu erhöhen – Familienunterstützung ihrer Kinder in der Schule und außerhalb der Schule ist vorgesehen, um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Het project „Geïntegreerde aanpak van duurzame integratie van de gemarginaliseerde gemeenschappen in de gemeente Boychinovtsi” heeft tot doel een model te creëren voor de bevordering van partnerschap en samenwerking tussen lokale overheden en Roma-gemeenschappen door de deelname van alle instellingen, partners en geassocieerde partners die zich inzetten voor de integratie van deze doelgroepen in de Bulgaarse samenleving. Het projectvoorstel voorziet in de uitvoering van activiteiten voor de activering van economisch inactieven, psychologische ondersteuning, motivatie, sociale en professionele integratie van mensen uit de doelgroepen, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het bevorderen van hun participatie op de arbeidsmarkt en het creëren van vaardigheden voor succesvol banenbeheer en/of aanpassing aan de arbeidsomstandigheden wanneer zij in de arbeidsmarkt worden opgenomen. Opleiding inzake sleutelcompetenties 1 — communicatie in moedertaal, kerncompetentie 4 — digitale competentie en opleiding voor het verwerven van een beroepskwalificatie „Werknemer in landschapsarchitectuur”, die de opgeleide personen in de doelgroep de kans zal bieden om zich in de toekomst op de arbeidsmarkt te realiseren. In de gemeente Boychinovtsi zullen minimaal 45 personen in dienst zijn. Een andere belangrijke activiteit is de bewustmaking van de sociale en gezondheidsrechten van gemarginaliseerde groepen door middel van voorlichtingscampagnes. Bevordering van gezinsplanning om praktijken te veranderen die een negatief effect hebben op de sociale inclusie van jongeren uit gemarginaliseerde gemeenschappen, om de gezondheidscultuur te verbeteren. Steun voor kinderen en studenten uit etnische minderheden op het grondgebied van de gemeente Boychinovci op het gebied van onderwijs en samenwerking met hun ouders om de belangstelling voor onderwijs te vergroten — gezinsondersteuning van hun kinderen op school en daarbuiten om betere resultaten te bereiken. Il progetto "Approccio integrato per garantire l'integrazione sostenibile delle comunità marginalizzate nel comune di Boychinovtsi" mira a creare un modello per promuovere il partenariato e la cooperazione tra gli enti locali e le comunità rom attraverso la partecipazione di tutte le istituzioni, partner e partner associati che lavorano per l'integrazione di questi gruppi destinatari nella società bulgara. La proposta di progetto prevede l'attuazione di attività per l'attivazione di persone economicamente inattive, il sostegno psicologico, la motivazione, l'integrazione sociale e professionale delle persone provenienti dai gruppi destinatari, con particolare attenzione alla promozione della loro partecipazione al mercato del lavoro e alla creazione di competenze per una gestione efficace del lavoro e/o per l'adattamento alle condizioni di lavoro quando sono incluse nel mondo del lavoro. Formazione sulle competenze chiave 1 — comunicazione in lingua madre, competenza chiave 4 — competenza digitale e formazione per l'acquisizione della qualifica professionale "Lavoratore nel paesaggio", che fornirà l'opportunità per le persone formate nel gruppo target per la futura realizzazione sul mercato del lavoro. Un minimo di 45 persone interessate saranno impiegate dal comune di Boychinovtsi. Un'altra attività principale è la sensibilizzazione sui diritti sociali e sanitari dei gruppi emarginati attraverso campagne di informazione. Promuovere la pianificazione familiare per cambiare le pratiche che hanno un impatto negativo sull'inclusione sociale dei giovani provenienti da comunità emarginate, per migliorare la cultura sanitaria. È previsto un sostegno ai bambini e agli studenti appartenenti a minoranze etniche sul territorio del comune di Boychinovci nel campo dell'istruzione, nonché a lavorare con i genitori per aumentare l'interesse per l'istruzione — il sostegno familiare dei loro figli a scuola e al di fuori della scuola per ottenere risultati migliori. El proyecto «Enfoque integrado para garantizar la integración sostenible de las comunidades marginadas en el municipio de Boychinovtsi» tiene por objeto crear un modelo para promover la asociación y la cooperación entre las autoridades locales y las comunidades romaníes mediante la participación de todas las instituciones, socios y socios asociados que trabajan para la integración de estos grupos destinatarios en la sociedad búlgara. La propuesta de proyecto prevé la realización de actividades para la activación de las personas económicamente inactivas, el apoyo psicológico, la motivación, la integración social y profesional de las personas de los grupos destinatarios, centrándose en promover su participación en el mercado laboral y en la creación de capacidades para una gestión satisfactoria del empleo o la adaptación a las condiciones de trabajo cuando estén incluidas en el empleo. Formación en competencias clave 1 — comunicación en lengua materna, competencia clave 4 — Competencia digital y formación para la adquisición de la cualificación profesional «Trabajador en paisajismo», que brindará la oportunidad a las personas formadas en el grupo destinatario para su futura realización en el mercado laboral. El municipio de Boychinovtsi contratará a un mínimo de 45 personas. Otra actividad principal es la sensibilización sobre los derechos sociales y sanitarios de los grupos marginados mediante campañas de información. Promover la planificación familiar para cambiar las prácticas que tienen un impacto negativo en la inclusión social de los jóvenes de comunidades marginadas, a fin de mejorar la cultura de la salud. Se prevé prestar apoyo a los niños y estudiantes de minorías étnicas en el territorio de la municipalidad de Boychinovci en la esfera de la educación, así como trabajar con sus padres para aumentar el interés por la educación; se prevé el apoyo familiar de sus hijos en la escuela y fuera de la escuela para lograr mejores resultados.
