A társaság a gyártott termékeinek minőségi javulása érdekében be kíván szerezni egy SCM ACCORD 10 FX CNC megmunkálóközpontot konzolos rendszerrel és gerendás munkaasztallal. A berendezés egy numerikus vezérlésű megmunkálóközpont mobil portálrendszerrel és fix munkaasztallal natúr faanyagok, különféle panelek (forgácslap, MDF, rétegeltlemez, műanyagok és könnyűfémek) megmunkálásához. Minden mechanikai megmunkálást CNC megmunkálóközpontokon egy felfogásból végeztek el ezzel garantálva a maximális precizitást. Az elektromos szekrény a gépvázba van integrálva, így biztosítja a kompakt befoglaló méreteket és a gép egyszerű karbantartását. Az X-Y-Z axisok mozgatása Brushless motorokkal történik prizmatikus gördülővezetékeken (2 vezeték minden axisra). Az egység közvetlenül a mobil portálra van rögzítve, így a maximális merevséget nyújt extrém megmunkálási körülmények között is. Az átlátszó polikarbonát védőburkolat maximális láthatóságot, ugyanakkor védelmet biztosít a kezelő számára. A vezérlőegység egy ipari numerikus vezérlés beépített Office PC-vel. Az Office PC a Xilog MAESTRO interface segítségével végzi a kommunikációt a kezelő és a gép között. A berendezés maximális áteresztése 170 mm. A társaság a fejlesztés keretében beszerzésre kerülő berendezés segítségével képes bővíteni a gyártási kapacitásait. A berendezésnek köszönhetően a precíz és pontos megmunkálás eredményeként egy magasabb minőségű íves elemeket tartalmazó terméket képes előállítani. A berendezésnek köszönhetően javul az egy termékre eső anyagkihozatal, illetve csökken az üzemben felhasznált energia mennyisége. A berendezés segítségével csökken a termelés átfutási ideje, ami hatékonyságjavulást okoz a társaság termelésében. (Hungarian)

In order to improve the quality of its manufactured products, the company intends to acquire a SCM ACCORD 10 FX CNC machining center with a console system and a beam worktable. The equipment is a numerically controlled machining center with a mobile portal system and fixed worktable for the machining of natural wood, various panels (particle board, MDF, plywood, plastics and light metals). All mechanical machining in CNC machining centers has been carried out from one concept to guarantee maximum precision. The electric cabinet is integrated into the machine frame, ensuring compact enclosure dimensions and easy maintenance of the machine. The X-Y-Z axis is moved with Brushless motors on prismic rolling lines (2 wires for each axis). The unit is fixed directly to the mobile portal, providing maximum rigidity even under extreme machining conditions. The transparent polycarbonate protective cover provides maximum visibility and protection for the operator. The control unit is an industrial numerical control with built-in Office PC. The Office PC uses the Xilog MAESTRO interface to communicate between the operator and the machine. The maximum permeation of the device is 170 mm. The company is able to expand its production capacities with the help of equipment to be procured as part of the development. Thanks to the equipment, it is able to produce a product with higher quality curved elements as a result of precise and precise processing. The equipment improves the material yield per product and reduces the amount of energy consumed in the plant. The equipment reduces the lead time of production, resulting in efficiency gains in the company’s production. (English)

Afin d’améliorer la qualité de ses produits manufacturés, l’entreprise a l’intention d’acquérir un centre d’usinage CNC SCM ACCORD 10 FX avec un système de console et une table de travail à faisceau. L’équipement est un centre d’usinage à commande numérique avec un système de portail mobile et une table de travail fixe pour l’usinage du bois naturel, divers panneaux (panneaux de particules, MDF, contreplaqué, plastiques et métaux légers). Tous les usinages mécaniques dans les centres d’usinage CNC ont été réalisés à partir d’un concept pour garantir une précision maximale. L’armoire électrique est intégrée dans le cadre de la machine, assurant des dimensions compactes du boîtier et une maintenance facile de la machine. L’axe X-Y-Z est déplacé avec des moteurs sans brosse sur des lignes de roulement Prismic (2 fils pour chaque axe). L’appareil est fixé directement sur le portail mobile, offrant une rigidité maximale, même dans des conditions d’usinage extrêmes. Le couvercle de protection en polycarbonate transparent offre une visibilité et une protection maximales à l’opérateur. L’unité de commande est une commande numérique industrielle avec PC de bureau intégré. Le PC Office utilise l’interface Xilog MAESTRO pour communiquer entre l’opérateur et la machine. Das Gerät ist ein numerisch gesteuertes Bearbeitungszentrum mit einem mobilen Portalsystem und festem Arbeitstisch für die Bearbeitung von Naturholz, verschiedenen Platten (Partikelbrett, MDF, Sperrholz, Kunststoffe und Leichtmetalle). Alle mechanischen Bearbeitungen in CNC-Bearbeitungszentren wurden von einem Konzept aus durchgeführt, um maximale Präzision zu garantieren. Der elektrische Schrank ist in den Maschinenrahmen integriert und gewährleistet kompakte Gehäuseabmessungen und eine einfache Wartung der Maschine. Die X-Y-Z-Achse wird mit Brushless-Motoren auf Prismic-Rolllinien (2 Drähte für jede Achse) bewegt.
