We aim to maintain health through our mobile, sporty activities. 2.5.1 Examination of the necessity of the project, antecedents The HFS found that in the absence of community cultural development, or the lack of renovation of the built environment, the negative results of social cooperation have been achieved. The town has a lot of unused and refurbished public spaces, including parts of the Kiss Árpád Primary School. Many of Balassagyarmat’s adult citizens laid the foundations of their studies at this school, and they are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents of our students. The members of our teaching staff feel it is their duty to provide high-quality education and education to their students, to spend the children’s free time usefully and to establish appropriate relationships. We consider it important to accept each other, to integrate disadvantaged students with special educational needs into the community, therefore we have a close relationship with the Balassagyarmati Association of Disabled Persons and ÉFOÉSZ Self-Appealing Association. Az épület 1903-ban épült, korszerűtlen, balesetveszélyes. A tervezett diákönkormányzatok találkozási pontjának, programjaik, feladataik teljesítéséhez a 21. századnak megfelelő környezet szükséges. A pályázatnak köszönhetően a belső területen kiállítások, találkozók, előadások, bemutatók tarthatók korszerű körülmények között, a külső helyszín pedig nem lesz balesetveszélyes, és alkalmas lesz sport illetve kulturális események igényes helyszínének is. Általános cél: Olyan közösségi célú, fedett és szabadtéri terek kialakítása és átalakítása, mely hosszútávon helyt ad a városi speciális célcsoportok, közösségek, diákok rendezvényeihez, tevékenységeihez. Konkrét cél: A közösségi célú terek megvalósításával olyan korszerű belső tér kialakítása, mely alkalmas kiállítások, találkozók, előadások, bemutatók lebonyolítására, a külső helyszín pedig alkalmas lesz sport illetve kulturális események igényes helyszínére. 1.„A város közösségi életének teret biztosító helyszín és tér létrehozása, infrastrukturális fejlesztése.” E célon belül a közösségi fejlesztés és a közösségi kapcsolatok helyszínének materiális épített környezetének megalkotása, mely alkalmas a társadalmi kapcsolatok építésére, a kultúránk és hagyományaink örökségének bemutatására. A különféle fejlesztési szükségleteket kiszolgáló közösségi funkcionális terek kialakítása, a hagyományos tevékenységek továbbörökítésének színtere.” Általános iskolások és középiskolások által szabadidőben használt közösségi tér fejlesztése, kialakítása, kulturális illetve sport tevékenységek rendezésére. Megvalósulása esetén iskolai csoportok, és a város iskoláinak diákönkormányzatai számára találkozási pont, mellyel az együttműködést, az egymás iránti felelősségvállalást is fejlesztjük. 2.”Hátrányos helyzetű lakosság integrációja a közösség egészébe. A cél, hogy a hátrányos helyzetű lakosság felzárkóztatását támogató közösségi programokat szervezzünk úgy, hogy a munkaerő-piacon, vagy a piacon az elérhető legelőnyösebb helyzetbe kerülhessenek a programok révén, felelevenítve a régi mesterségeket és hagyományainkat. Kulcsszereppel rendelkezik a Civitas Fortissima 100 éves évfordulója, melynek méltó megünneplése kiemelten fontos a város számára.” A Mozgáskorlátozottak Balassagyarmati Egyesülete, az ÉFOÉSZ Elfogadásért Önérvényesítő Egyesület tagjai állandó vendégei rendezvényeinknek, kiállításmegnyitókon, egészségnapokon vesznek részt. A kívánt közösségi tereink a minden évben megrendezésre kerülő Civitas Fortissima megemlékezés méltó helyszíne lehet. 4.„A lakosság testi és szellemi egészségének megőrzése, javítása közösségi programok kínálatának növelésével” Cél a lakosság mozgásra bírása, egészségtudatos életmódra nevelése, a formális és nem formális oktatásban részt vevők számának növelése. Intézményünkben évente két alkalommal rendezünk egészségnapot, mellyel diákjaink és az együttműködő partnereink által a város lakóihoz is eljut az egészséges életmódra nevelés fontossága, az előadások témáival a testi, lelki egészség fontosságára is felhívjuk a figyelmet. Mozgásos, sportos tevékenységeinkkel az egészség megőrzését célozzuk meg. 2.5.1 A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények A HFS-ben megállapítást nyert, hogy a közösségi kulturális fejlesztések elmaradása esetén, vagy az épített környezet felújításának hiánya a társadalmi együttműködések negatív irányú eredményeit hozzák. A városban sok kihasználatlan és felújításra szoruló közösségi tér van, többek között a Kiss Árpád Általános Iskola egyes területei. Balassagyarmat felnőtt polgárai közül sokan ebben az iskolában tették le tanulmányaik alapjait, ők diákjaink szülei, nagyszülei, dédszülei. Tantestületünk tagjai kötelességüknek érzik tanulóik magas színvonalú oktatását, nevelését, a gyermekek szabad idejének hasznos eltöltését, megfelelő kapcsolatok kialakítását. Fontosnak tartjuk az egymás elfogadását, a hátrányos helyzetű, sajátos nevelési igényű diákok integrálását a közösségbe, éppen ezért szoros kapcsolatot ápolunk a Mozgáskorlátozottak Balassagyarmati Egyesületével és az ÉFOÉSZ Önérvényesítő Egyesülettel. Programjaik elsődleges támogatója a Kiss Árpád Nevelési Alapítvány, melyet a Kiss Árpád Általános Iskola nevelőtestülete, diákönkormányzata, szülői szervezete hozott létre. Az alapítvány többek között támogatja az iskolában működő diákönkormányzat munkáját is, mely programjaival színesíti a gyerekek hétköznapjait. Diákönkormányzatunk tervei között szerepel a városban működő diákszervezetek összefogása, közösséggé formálása, találkozása, melyek lehetőséget nyújtanának közös programoknak, kiállításoknak, előadásoknak, sportrendezvényeknek, melyhez szeretnénk megfelelő környezetet, közösségi tereket biztosítani, kialakítani.
