Within the framework of the project, the energy modernisation of the Rókus nursery in Mohács will be realised. The primary objective is to significantly reduce the annual energy use and operating costs of the building, as well as greenhouse gas emissions, thereby reducing the municipal energy costs. The project is in line with the development directions set out in measure 3.2 of the TOP: energy efficiency-oriented rehabilitation of municipal-owned buildings, institutions, infrastructure, and improvement of the thermal insulation of buildings will be achieved, and the energy modernisation of municipal-owned buildings and infrastructure will be achieved. The project is also in line with the objectives of the call for proposals derived from the TOP: the development of a municipal-owned building aimed at energy efficiency and the increased use of domestic renewable energy sources will also be achieved, thus contributing to the fulfilment of the indicators set out in the call and the TOP. The institution which is the subject of the project is located in the residential area of Mohács at 7700 Mohács, Rókus u. 28. The external boundaries of the old part of the building do not meet the requirements of thermal engineering, lead to higher energy consumption and energy costs. The chosen measures are based on the proposals of the building energy expert involved in the energy assessment: “Old part of the building facade wall, plinth wall, attic floor insulation, solar panel installation”. During the project, the construction of the old building will be refurbished. The facade walls are designed to insulate 14 cm and the attic floors with 20 cm thick rock wool material, 10 cm expanded polystyrene foam is glued to the plinth wall. In addition, solar panels are installed. The structures, the specific heat loss factor and the overall energy characteristic meet the requirement level ‘KO’ in accordance with the requirements of the tender. The total duration of the project is 20 months: 2018.01.01. — 2019.08.31. The project owner is the owner of the building concerned by the development, the Municipality of Mohács. The operation of the new heating system to be developed in the framework of the project will be carried out by the owner municipality, and no external service provider or other operating company will be involved in the operation. The project consists of 100 % EU co-financing. Activities to be implemented: Self-eligible activities: — PF 3.1.1/a) Energy efficiency-oriented development of municipal buildings through the modernisation of external boundaries — PF 3.1.1/d) Establishment of a small household-sized power plant (HMKE) photovoltaic system to meet its own electricity demand Compulsory, ineligible activities: — PF 3.1.2.1/a) Accessibility: infocommunication accessibility — PF 3.1.2.1/c) Providing publicity: Mandatory information measures required for projects falling under the category of infrastructure development with an aid amount of less than HUF 150 million — PF 3.1.2.1/d) Developing training material and holding training: training for users of buildings affected by energy renovation. The design of the project corresponds to the expected technology-neutral approach. The technology indicated in the project plan or in the application form was recorded for the calculation of the technical parameters, and any other technically equivalent technology is accepted during the implementation.     A projekt keretében a mohácsi Rókus óvoda energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg. Elsődleges cél, hogy az épület éves energiafelhasználása és üzemeltetési költsége, valamint az üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátása jelentősen csökkenjen, ezáltal csökkenjenek az önkormányzat energiaköltségei. A projekt összhangban van a TOP 3.2 intézkedésében megfogalmazott fejlesztési irányokkal: az önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek, intézmények, infrastruktúra energiahatékonyság-központú rehabilitációja, az épületek hőszigetelésének javítása a cél, illetve önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek intézmények és infrastruktúra energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg. A projekt összhangban van a pályázati felhívás TOP-ból levezetett céljaival is: önkormányzati tulajdonú épület energiahatékonyságot célzó fejlesztése, valamint a hazai megújuló energiaforrások fokozottabb használata is megvalósul, hozzájárulva ezáltal a felhívásban és a TOP-ban rögzített indikátorok teljesüléséhez. A projekt tárgyát képező intézmény Mohács belterületén, a 7700 Mohács, Rókus u. 28. szám alatt található. Az épület régi épületrészének külső határoló szerkezetei nem felelnek meg a hőtechnikai követelményeknek, magasabb energiafelhasználást és energiaköltséget eredményeznek. A választott intézkedések az energetikai felmérésbe bevont épületenergetikai szakértő javaslatain alapulnak: „Régi épületrész homlokzati fal, lábazati fal, padlás födém hőszigetelése, napelemek telepítése”. A projekt során a régi épületrész épületszerkezeti felújítása valósul meg. A homlokzati falakat 14 cm, a padlásfödémeket 20 cm vastag kőzetgyapot anyaggal tervezzük szigetelni, a lábazati falra 10 cm expandált polisztirolhab kerül felragasztásra. Emellett napelemek is telepítésre kerülnek. A szerkezetek, a fajlagos hőveszteség tényező és az összesített energetikai jellemző a pályázati kiírás feltételeinek megfelelve a „KO” követelményszintet kielégítik. A projekt futamideje összesen 20 hónap: 2018.01.01. – 2019.08.31. A projektgazda a fejlesztéssel érintett épület tulajdonosa, Mohács Város Önkormányzata. A projekt keretében kialakításra kerülő új fűtési rendszer üzemeltetését a tulajdonos önkormányzat fogja végezni, az üzemeltetésbe külső szolgáltató, vagy egyéb üzemeltető cég nem kerül bevonásra. A projekt 100%-ban európai uniós társfinanszírozásból származó támogatásból valósul meg. A megvalósításra kerülő tevékenységek: Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: - PF 3.1.1/a) Önkormányzat tulajdonú épületek energiahatékonyság-központú fejlesztése, külső határoló szerkezeteinek korszerűsítése által - PF 3.1.1/d) Maximum háztartási méretű kiserőmű (HMKE) fotovillamos rendszer kialakítása saját villamosenergia-igény kielégítése céljából Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: - PF 3.1.2.1/a) Akadálymentesítés: infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés - PF 3.1.2.1/c) Nyilvánosság biztosítása: 150 millió Ft alatti támogatási összegű infrastrukturális fejlesztés kategóriába tartozó projektre előírt kötelező tájékoztatási tevékenységek - PF 3.1.2.1/d) Képzési anyag kidolgozása, képzés tartása: az energetikai korszerűsítéssel érintett épületeket használók képzése. A projekt tervezése megfelel az elvárt technológia-semleges megközelítésnek. A projekttervben, vagy a pályázati adatlapon megjelölt technológia a műszaki paraméterek számításához került rögzítésre, a megvalósítás során bármely más, a megjelölttel műszakilag egyenértékű technológia alkalmazása elfogadott.
