Since 1999, hundreds of thousands of children and young people have come into contact with folk culture, increasing their sense of local identity and local patriotism. Thanks to our operation, they became acquainted with the culture and heritage of Rábaköz more widely, both nationally and internationally. We want our organizational culture and the values we convey to reach as many people as possible in the future. The last partial refurbishment of the building was made in 1983, and since then its consistency has deteriorated, and some parts of the building may even be a threat to those arriving there.1.5.2 Preparedness of the project: We have technical documentation and cost estimates, building permits are not required for the implementation of the project, our timetable is aligned with the current state of the economic social environment, we can start the project immediately in case of a favourable assessment, no further preparation process is required. The preparation is 100 %.The target group(s) concerned by the project are the entire population of the city of Csorna, especially young people, with folk dances, children and parents who have come into contact with Hungarian national values and folk traditions so far. 1.5.4 Activities to be implemented: The renovation of buildings as detailed in the technical documentation, as well as the purchase of equipment related to the project and the programme plan. 1.5.5 Technical, professional results and their maintenance: Children and young people taking part in the building on a weekly basis receive knowledge that they cannot acquire in primary and secondary schools. We believe it is important to make our mother tongue and folk dance known to as many children as possible, as well as their families. In the course of our activities, folk dance is shown as a community-forming tool. We want you to do all this in a modern building with a pleasant atmosphere that meets today’s expectations, the needs of young people, parents and all those who arrive. In the renovated building, a significant reduction in the maintenance costs is expected, taking into account the energy aspects. On the basis of the draft, it is expected that the maintenance and replacement costs of certain parts of the building will be significantly reduced and that significant savings in public utility costs, in particular the cost of heating, will be expected in the future.
