    a) a projekt célja A megalapozó dokumentumban került bemutatásra. b) a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma a választott önállóan támogatható és önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek körének a bemutatásával együtt A projekt keretében a védőnői ellátás fejlesztése valósul meg a Felhívás 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek A) Egészségügyi alapellátás infrastruktúra fejlesztése pontja szerint. Az infrastrukturális fejlesztés mellett a felhívás 3.1.2. Önállóan nem támogatható, választható tevékenységek pontja közül az a), e), f), g) és j) tevékenységek valósulnak meg a projekt segítségével. A projekt keretében teljes körűen felújításra kerül a védőnői szolgálatnak helyet adó épület, bővítésre kerül egy babakocsi tárolóval, akadálymentes parkolót alakítunk ki, illetve felújításra kerül az udvar. Az eszközbeszerzés keretében bútorzat, nyomtató, szemléltető eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre. A projekt részletes szakmai műszaki tartalma a megalapozó dokumentumban került kifejtésre. A projekt egyéb tevékenységei a Projektelőkészítés keretében a Megalapozó dokumentum elkészítése, az Engedélyezési tervdokumentáció elkészítése, engedélyezése. A megvalósítás időszakának tevékenységei: a Kiviteli tervdokumentáció elkészítése, a Közbeszerzési eljárás lebonyolítása, Projektmenedzsment, Kivitelezés, Műszaki ellenőrzés, Eszközbeszerzés, Kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság. c) a felhívás 3.2 pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése A felhívás keretében kizárólag az alapellátás keretében (OEP által finanszírozott tevékenységek, hatósági díj ellenében igénybe vehető ellátások) használt eszközök, illetve megvalósuló beruházások megvalósítása történik, azaz a fejlesztés eredménye magánrendelésben nem kerül hasznosításra. a) Az európai uniós forrásból támogatott projektek kedvezményezettjeként, a konzorcium mindkét tagja tudomásul veszi, és kötelezettségként kezeli, hogy köteles a projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat betartani, a projekt által érintett területen a védett természeti és kulturális értékeket megőrizni, a fennálló vagy a beruházás során keletkezett környezeti kárt és az esélyegyenlőség szempontjából jogszabályba ütköző nem-megfelelőséget legkésőbb a projekt megvalósítása során megszüntetni. b) A fejlesztéshez kapcsolódó nyilvános eseményeken, kommunikációjában és viselkedésében a támogatást igénylő esélytudatosságot fejez ki: nem közvetít szegregációt, csökkenti a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket. c) A projekt jellegéből adódóan ellenálló az éghajlatváltozással és a természeti katasztrófákkal szemben. A projekt megvalósítását vagy eredményét nem veszélyezteti extrém időjárási esemény, pl.: árvíz, szárazság, forróság, tűz, vagy más időjárási kockázat. Kijelenthető, hogy a projektnek nincs előre látható klímakockázata. - A vizekbe történő beavatkozással járó tevékenységet a projekt nem tartalmaz - A fentiek tekintetében a támogatást igénylőként nyilatkozunk, hogy a projekt valamennyi környezeti, esélyegyenlőségi jogszabálynak megfelel, és az energiafelhasználásra, a projekt környezetének ökológiai állapotára, a vizek állapotára és a klímaváltozásra hatása nincs. d) A létesítmények, térhasználat, közlekedési kapcsolatok tervezésekor a pályázat előkészítésekor, illetve a projektfejlesztési szakasz során is figyelembe vettük, vesszük és érvényesítjük az egyetemes tervezés elveit, azaz a nők és férfiak igényeit, az idősek, a fogyatékosok és a gyermekek igényeit, hiszen az épületet akadálymentesítjük, babakocsi tárolót alakítunk ki. e-f) A fejlesztés során a projektarányos akadálymentesítést hajtunk végre. g) Tekintettel arra, hogy a támogatást igénylő települési önkormányzat, nyilatkozunk, hogy rendelkezünk helyi esélyegyenlőségi programmal, melynek a projekthez való illeszkedését bemutatjuk a pályázatban.
