In the framework of this project, we are planning the renovation of the kindergarten building (2911 Mocsa, Csillag u. 2, 335 hrsz.) owned by the Municipality of Mocsa Municipality. Kisstarag Kindergarten operates as the only kindergarten in the village, which plays a significant role in the life of the settlement, therefore its development is of paramount importance. The building was built in 1962, reflecting the architectural technology of the era, due to the uninsulated masonry and slab structures and the old doors and windows, the cost of operating the building is high. The thermal properties of the building are not in line with the current requirements, the heat consumption is high, partly due to the poor thermal properties of the building’s structures. The building’s containment structures have very poor thermal braking capacity, the retro-thermal insulation of the building and the replacement of some of the windows are essential. The boundary walls are 38 brick boundary structures with traditional plaster and stone dust. Reducing the heat loss of the building’s external thermal barrier structures is an essential requirement in order to reduce energy. The bad closure and bad heat transfer characteristics of old exterior windows that have not yet been replaced result in high heating costs. According to the survey design documentation, the replacement of wooden doors and windows is essential. Based on the proposal of the expert involved in the energy survey, we plan the energy modernisation of the building providing for the placement of the kindergarten with the help of this project, in order to promote the more efficient energy use of the institution, its rational energy management and the proper quality of the institutional tasks. Self-eligible activities Energy efficiency works planned under the project: • Post-post pedestal and facade thermal insulation • Post thermal insulation of attic floors and basement floors • Replacement of external doors and windows that have not been replaced until now is not self-eligible, mandatory activities to be carried out • Accessibility project proportionally • Publicity • Development of training material, maintenance of training The expected result is a preschool building that meets the requirements of today’s age and is economically sustainable in the long term. The direct objectives of the planned development are: • Design a building that meets energy requirements and current comfort requirements and ensure the usability of the building. • Reduce the heat loss of the building. • Upgrading the external boundaries of the building, improving its technical standards, preserving the structures to be upgraded, increasing the lifespan of the building, reducing maintenance needs and maintenance costs. • Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by reducing energy use. • Reduce expenditure on the operation of the building (maintenance and maintenance costs). • By ensuring proportionate accessibility, the project will ensure equal access to adequate quality of service, contributing to the fight against segregation. The indirect objectives of the planned development are: • Promoting sustainable development in energy management. • Reduce damage to the natural environment. • Promoting energy saving. • Developing environmentally conscious thinking in the municipality and in the institution (for young children and kindergartens, parents). • Access to a more aesthetic building from the point of view of the urban landscape. Increasing energy efficiency will help to increase security of energy supply and reduce energy import dependency. With energy modernisation, we would like to set an example for the local population, the municipalities of the surrounding municipalities, the owners and operators of the surrounding buildings in order to reduce the environmental burden. Area-specific aspects: 1.1. Development is carried out in rural areas — yes 1.2. The development involves complex interventions — not 2.1. The project aims at the combined energy efficiency-oriented rehabilitation of building groups — not 3.1. The development also aims at the energy modernisation of several forms of supply and local government tasks within one building or site — not 4.1. The development takes place in primary or secondary educational institutions — yes 4.2. The development is aimed at the energy renovation of the building or buildings of the residential institution — not 5.1 The project concerns buildings or buildings under local protection or monuments. — not 5.2 As a result of the development, the institution’s energy classification is improved by at least two categories. — yes 5.3 In a declaration, the applicant undertakes to use its savings after the renovation and as a result for the further development of the institution, in particular energy efficiency, during the maintenance period. — yes (English) | |||||||||||||||

A jelen projekt keretében a Mocsa Község Önkormányzatának tulajdonában álló óvodaépület (2911 Mocsa, Csillag u. 2., 335 hrsz.) energetikai szempontú felújítását tervezzük. A határoló falak 38-as téglahatároló szerkezetek, hagyományos vakolattal és kőporral. A felmérési tervdokumentáció alapján a fa szerkezetű nyílászárók cseréje elengedhetetlen. • Arányos akadálymentesítés biztosításával a projekt egyenlő hozzáférést biztosít a megfelelő minőségű szolgáltatáshoz, hozzájárulva a szegregáció elleni küzdelemhez. A tervezett fejlesztés közvetett céljai: • A fenntartható fejlődés előmozdítása az energiagazdálkodás terén. • A természeti környezet károsításának csökkentése. • A településkép szempontjából esztétikusabb épület elérése. Az energetikai hatékonyság fokozása hozzájárul az energiaellátás biztonságának növeléséhez, az energiaimport-függőség mérsékléséhez. Az energetikai korszerűsítéssel példát szeretnénk mutatni a helyi lakosságnak, a környező települések önkormányzatainak, a környező épületek tulajdonosainak, üzemeltetőinek a környezetterhelés csökkentésére vonatkozóan. - igen (Hungarian)
