The Municipality of Sárbogárd is the Transport Operational Programme (Tender ID: KÖZOP-3.2.0/c-08-11-2011-0025) “Development of the bicycle road network on the section of Sárbogárd village of Route 63” was designed from Vágóhíd Street to the beginning of the outskirts of the first settlement of Rétszilas and Sárszentmiklós, belonging to the town of Sárbogárd. We have uniform construction and construction plans for the implementation of the development. In the framework of the invitation to tender No TOP-3.1.1-15, we have the opportunity to build a bicycle path on the section of Sárbogárd village on road 63, but separately from the road, south of Vágóhíd street to Vörösmarty Street. Classification of the activities to be implemented in the project according to the call: 3.1.1 Of the self-eligible activities A) Cycling-friendly development a) Making the transport road network of a whole settlement or part of a settlement into a cyclist-friendly by designating and constructing bicycle traffic facilities. We carry out the activity referred to in point 3.1.1(a) of the call. 3.1.2 We do not carry out self-eligible, optional activities. 3.1.3 Of the activities that are not self-eligible and must be carried out, (d) Publicity and e) As part of the project, we implement an awareness-raising campaign aimed at promoting compulsory cycling and/or road safety in accordance with point 3.1.3(d), (e) of the call. The project concerns road transport in 1988. I. tv. It shall be planned in accordance with Section 8(1a) taking into account the needs of all road users. The bike path to be built is in line with the Municipal Council of Sárbogárd 293/2004. (X. 8.) Kth. (X.8.) on the settlement structure plan and the Local Construction Regulations of the City of Sárbogárd. (III. 30.) by a municipal decree and the Regulatory Plan approved by this Decree. On the inland section of second-order main road 63 through Sárbogárd, the Republic road was completed until 23 rd by cycling, with a bilateral one-way bike lane. The section of the cycle route, which has been granted a construction permit and is planned to be implemented in the framework of this tender, starts southward from the existing bicycle lane, as a one-sided two-way cycle route on the east side of main road 63, but separate from the road. The bicycle path passes to the west side of the main road in front of property number 156 of the Republic Road and runs there to the intersection of Vörösmarty Street. Thus, the planned cycle network section would take place between the section 55+ 530-53+ 922 km of main road 63 at 1.608 fm. Several versions have been prepared for the design phase in advance. The spreading solution is practically the only feasible bike network development. The construction line on one side of the road in many places is so deeper than the road that it is not possible to widen the pavement. In the cross-section there is an open trench on two sides. Bicycle paths can only be driven at the point where the open trench is abolished on one side. The cross-sectional and terrain level of the relevant section of main road 63 does not allow us to establish a bi-directional cycle path throughout, therefore the planned side change is necessary. The bottleneck of road 63 is due to the fact that a large part of the cycle path can only be provided above the existing drainage ditches — i.e. by covering the ditches — and there is no alternative solution. However, due to the settlement structure of Sárbogárd, there is no alternative route other than road 63 to replace the traffic between the city centre and the Sárszentmiklósi district, either by car, by bicycle or by foot. The construction of the cycle path would make it much safer for both cyclists and motorcyclists. Walking would continue to be solved on the side of the property entrance. The road, sidewalk and cycle path would form a single transport system. Existing status: Through the main road 63. Built with 7 m cover width, asphalt cover. It travels with low angle curves in a flat-line direction about E. The elevation line is characterised by low slopes, slopes in D-i direction, but the slope is not monotonous, low points. Road 63 has a suitable asphalt covering, the sidewalks are mixed concrete slabs, concrete, asphalt cladding. Along the roads there are open drainage ditches, except for the gas station junction where a rain canal was built. For the inland areas, the Municipality has prepared a uniform rainwater drainage plan, which has a water licence on the main road as well. In the inland areas, the geometric design and type of ditches are included in the rainwater drainage plan and the road plan is to be treated with it. Several versions have been prepared for the design phase in advance. The spreading solution is practically the only feasible bike network development. The built-in line of the road is one of the solutions (English) | |||||||||||||||

Sárbogárd Város Önkormányzata a Közlekedés Operatív Program (pályázati azonosító: KÖZOP-3.2.0/c-08-11-2011-0025) „Kerékpárúthálózat-fejlesztése a 63-as út Sárbogárd település szakaszán” című sikeres pályázata keretében kerékpárút tervezése valósult meg a Vágóhíd utcától a Sárbogárd városhoz tartozó Rétszilas és Sárszentmiklóst követő első település - Cece Nagyközség – külterületi szakaszának kezdetéig. Egységes építési és kiviteli tervekkel rendelkezünk a fejlesztés megvalósítására. A TOP-3.1.1-15 kódszámú pályázati kiírás keretében lehetőségünk nyílik a 63-as út Sárbogárd település szakaszán, de az útpályától elkülönülten a Vágóhíd utcától délre a Vörösmarty utcáig kerékpárutat építeni. A projektben megvalósítani kívánt tevékenységek felhívás szerinti besorolása: 3.1.1 Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek közül A) Kerékpárosbarát fejlesztés a) Teljes település vagy településrész közlekedési úthálózatának kerékpárosbaráttá alakítása kerékpárforgalmi létesítmények kijelölésével, építésével. A projekt a közúti közlekedésről szóló 1988. I. tv. 8. § (1a) bekezdésével összhangban kerül tervezésre valamennyi közlekedő igényeinek a figyelembevételével. A létesítendő kerékpárút összhangban van Sárbogárd Város Önkormányzat Képviselőtestületének 293/2004. (X. 8.) Kth. számú határozatával elfogadott Településszerkezeti Tervvel és Sárbogárd Város Helyi Építési Szabályzatáról szóló 8/2005. (III. 30.) önkormányzati rendelettel és ezen rendelettel jóváhagyott Szabályozási Tervvel. Sárbogárdot keresztül szelő 63-as másodrendű főút belterületi szakaszán a Köztársaság út 23-ig megoldott a kerékpáros közlekedés, kétoldalú egyirányú kerékpársávval. Az építési engedéllyel rendelkező és jelen pályázat keretében megvalósítani tervezett kerékpárút szakasz a meglévő kerékpársávtól csatlakozóan indul déli irányba, egyoldalú kétirányú kerékpárútként a 63-as számú főút keleti oldalán, de az útpályától elkülönülten. A kerékpárút a Köztársaság út 156. számú ingatlan előtt átmegy a főút nyugati oldalára és itt halad a Vörösmarty utca kereszteződéséig. Tehát a tervezett kerékpár hálózat szakasz a 63. sz. főút 55+530 - 53+922 km szelvénye között, 1.608 fm hosszon valósulna meg. A tervezési szakaszra előzetesen több változat készült. A keresztmetszetben két oldalon nyílt árok húzódik. Ugyanakkor Sárbogárd településszerkezetéből adódóan, a 63-as úton kívül nincs más alternatív útvonal a városközpont és a Sárszentmiklósi városrész közötti közlekedés kiváltására, sem gépjárművel, sem kerékpárral, sem gyalogosan. A kerékpárút megépítésével, sokkal biztonságosabbá válna a közlekedés, mind a kerékpárosok, mind a gépjárművel közlekedők szempontjából A gyalogos közlekedés a továbbiakban is változatlanul megoldott lenne az ingatlanok bejárata felőli oldalon. Meglévő állapot: A 63 . sz. főút átl. 7 m burkolatszélességgel, aszfalt burkolattal kiépített. Síkvidéki vonalvezetésű, kis törésszögű ívekkel halad kb. É-i irányba. A magassági vonalvezetésre kis lejtések- emelkedők jellemzők, jellegében D-i irányban lejtős, de a lejtés nem monoton, mélypontok találhatók. A 63-as út megfelelő aszfalt burkolatú, a járdák vegyes betonlap, beton, aszfalt burkolatúak. Az utak mellett nyílt vízelvezető árkok húzódnak, kivéve a benzinkúti csomópontot, ahol csapadékcsatorna épült. A belterületekre Önkormányzat egységes csapadékvíz elvezetési tervet készíttetett, mely vízjogi engedéllyel rendelkezik a főút vonalában is. A tervezési szakaszra előzetesen több változat készült. A terezett megoldás gyakorlatilag az egyetlen megvalósítható kerékpár hálózati fejlesztés. A beépíti vonal az út egyik old (Hungarian)
