The touristic preparation material prepared for the TOP in Heves County already shows that the most important tourist values of the region outside the city of Eger are thermal waters and wine tourism sites. If the thermal waters can be presented uniformly to the guests arriving here, they may together become one of the most important bathing areas in the country. If the wine-tourism centres of the Eger Wine Region can be integrated into them, they together represent a special tourist attraction that cannot be found elsewhere. The aim of this project is to ensure that the attractions located in the southern part of the wine region, between Andornaktálya and Demén, and in the core area of the thermal region, in the Demén and Egerszalók areas and in neighbouring settlements, are connected on foot, and that rest areas for walking tourists are established, as well as the establishment of tourist product packages based on main and complementary attractions. On the roads, crushed stone, gravel scattering and handrails are also installed on the critical section. This project component also includes a spreadsheet to provide information and information on the way. The project is not directly linked to a settlement, but given that Egerszalók is a spa resort and will therefore be developed from other tenders, it will be implemented primarily in Andornaktálya and Demén locations. Only in these two settlements, Deménnell, designated as the main location, has also signed a letter of intent on the project. Egerszalok is also part of the core area, so it is included in the site. The walking paths start from the thermal region attractions (i.e. from the most visited places) and point to the surrounding settlements such as Andornaktálya (pincesor), Kerecsend (gokart track) and Feldebrő (Romanian sub-church). The project owner is Agria Regional Development Nonprofit Ltd, which concludes cooperation agreements with the municipalities concerned and coordinates the creation of tourism product packages on a professional basis, regardless of the specific interests of the municipalities. Part of the concept is the establishment of rest parks with stoves that are particularly popular in Portugal, which also serve as a community meeting place, in addition to the construction of a system of rental ovens (which can be baked primarily with bread flames), which would also be a new tourist attraction — in practice, some baking places can be kept closed and the tenant can be provided with heating and raw materials in addition to access. The two main rest areas planned during the project are located in Andornaktály and above Demén under the rocks. Rest areas are equipped with stoves and installed dining areas, sanitary facilities and bins with covered parts. They connect the Andornaka to the guests of the bathing areas and provide a new program in Demén for a dynamically growing number of guests. In addition, there are smaller rest areas near the baths. Part of the project is the creation of tourist product packages, the foundation and description of the packages. This is the basis for the creation of thematic areas (destinations), which will allow the development of an independent tourist image at regional and county level. The project will create product packages based on the elements of these two tourism strands (and wine-spa products and services that are trendy in spa tourism), as well as active tourism — cycling tourism and oge tourism. The product packages will appear in the physical implementation of the tender, on the information boards, and through the trainings, the service providers will adapt their offer and their guest information service accordingly in the future. At the same time, the product packages ensure that the attractiveness of settlements with less touristic potential under a single theme strengthens each other: this is also necessary to achieve a higher than average residence period. The basis of this was taught as an Egerszalóki model in several higher education institutions, as well as in the note “Developing Tourism” published by the Eszterházy Károly College. The model should be updated to present circumstances and integrated into the packages in order to help effectively achieve the TOP headline targets. It should be pointed out that walking paths connecting attractions and settlements also increase the possibility for guests of bathing sites to programme in two respects: it is easier to reach on foot with attractions and a new walking area partly replaces the bath parks not found here, but linked to the world’s successful baths. These connections also help to make more effective use of tourism packages. (English)

E projektelem része a tájékozódást, információszerzést menet közben biztosító kitáblázás is. A koncepció része a pl. Portugáliában kifejezetten népszerű, közösségi találkozóhelyként is szolgáló tűzhelyekkel felszerelt pihenőparkok kialakítása mellett a bérelhető kemencék rendszerének kiépítése (amelyekben elsősorban kenyérlángos süthető), amely egyben új turisztikai attrakció is lenne - ez a gyakorlatban azt jelenti, hogy egyes sütőhelyek zárva tarthatók, és a bérlőnek a hozzáférésen kívül tüzelő és alapanyag szolgáltatás is biztosítható. A projekt során tervezett két fő pihenőhely Andornaktályán, illetve Demjén felett a sziklák alatt található. A pihenőhelyek fedett résszel is rendelkező tűzhelyek és telepített étkezőhelyek, vizesblokk és szeméttárolók kihelyezésével. Ezek Andornaktályát bekapcsolják a fürdőhelyek vendégeinek látókörébe, Demjénben pedig új programlehetőséget biztosítanak a dinamikusan növekvő vendégszámnak. Emellett kisebb pihenőhelyek létesülnek a fürdők közelében is. (Hungarian)

The model should be updated to present circumstances and integrated into the packages in order to help effectively achieve the TOP headline targets.
