the aim of the project is primarily to ensure the approach of the existing Industrial Area — on the left side of the main road No. 6 leading to Budapest, according to the completed site plan. It would also provide a safe approach to existing industrial facilities (3 companies) on the outskirts of the municipality. The design phase is an urban road between 1+ 270-1+ 658.48 km, with maximum speed: 50 km/h. The direction of the municipal road, the planning area is 0+ 355-0+ 420 km, a marked right curve between 0+ 420-1+ 658.48 km is practically straight. In the design area, the width of the asphalt paved road varies from 6.30 to 6.80 m. The control width on the design section is ~16,00 meters. The existing road pavement is heavily fragmented throughout the route, with a large number of mesh cracks indicating a lack of load capacity. The presence of large potholes throughout the road is high. Length of the planned journey: type: municipal road 1303 meters long — which is as follows: Road 45; 352 m length, 6.43 m average width, total ~ 2 263 m² road 988/3; 7.0 m length (this is a connection to 6205 road!) 10 widths, total: 70 m² road No 067/46; 31 m length (this is a connection and arc!), average 9.65 m width, total:~ 299 m² road 068/4 hd. 916 m length 5.9 average width, total: 5 384 m² Total investment value: 8 019 m² In the framework of the project, the installation of 3 new enterprises will be possible in the existing Industrial Park. The project is carried out in a consortium: In addition to the Municipality of Iváncsa (local municipality), DV N Dunaújváros City Development Nonprofit Kft. performs project management tasks (100 % Municipality-owned company, GFO code: 573) The technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the selected independently eligible and ineligible activities According to Chapter 3.1.1(B)(d) of the call: The refurbishment, development, reconstruction or reinforcement of roads that create or strengthen the availability of industrial areas will take place on Hsz. 45, 988/3, 067,46 and 068/4 (The sites are 100 % owned by the municipality, except for the HR 067/46, which is owned by the Hungarian State, but this will also be transferred to the Municipality, which is already in the process of administration). The construction plan and the Local Building Code are available. With the development, several companies are expected to settle in the well-established and accessible area. On the basis of point 3.1.2 of the call, this project does not include an optional, ineligible activity on its own. The Municipality of Iváncsa fulfils all relevant points of the mandatory activities set out in Chapter 3.1.3 of the call. Compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.2 of the call A self-eligible activity is carried out under point 3.1.1(b)(d). The project already covers industrial installations in the area of roads 45, 988/3, 067/46 and 068/4, and the industrial area at the junction of main road 6 is included in the urban planning plan of the municipality. The target area of the investment is industrial or close to it. The condition for land use classification will be fulfilled until the first payment application is submitted. The investment is planned for the property owned by the applicant. In the framework of the project, the construction costs will be determined taking into account the Construction Cost Estimates for the current year issued by the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the National Association of Construction Enterprises and the Hungarian Chamber of Architects. The project’s budget will be compiled in a realistic and cost-efficient way in line with market prices.     projekt célja Elsődlegesen a meglévő Ipari terület megközelítésének a biztosítása - a 6-os sz. főút Budapest felé vezető bal oldalán az elkészített helyszínrajz szerint. Továbbá a település szélén már meglévő ipari létesítmények (3 vállalkozás) biztonságos megközelítését szolgálná. A már meglévő több vállalkozás mellett lehetőség van ipari létesítmények kialakítására, azonban a terület rossz utjai miatt nagyobb járművekkel a terület nem megközelíthető, így az idetelepülés kockázatát a vállalkozások nem vállalják, hiszen az gépjárműforgalom biztosítása nem megfelelően megoldott. A projekt keretében Iváncsa Község Önkormányzata a 6205-6207. jelű országos közutakat összekötő önkormányzati út (45, 988/3, 067/46, 068/4 hrsz.) burkolatfelújítását határozta el, ami lényegében összeköti Iváncsát az M6-os autópályával, és biztosítja a ~ az Önkormányzat tulajdonában lévő ipari park (hrsz: 067 és alszámai 064 és alszámai) megközelítését a település irányából. A meglévő út burkolata az útvonal teljes szakaszán erősen töredezett, nagy részén hálós repedés található, ami teherbírás elégtelenségre utal. A útszakasz teljes hosszán a nagy felületű kátyúk előfordulása magas. A projekt tárgya a 45, 988/3, 067/46, 068/4 hrsz-okon érintett út területén már ipari létesítmények vannak, a 6-os főút csomópontjánál lévő iparterület pedig a település településrendezési tervében szerepel. A beruházás célterülete ipari, ill. azt megközelítő terület. A terület-felhasználási besorolásra vonatkozó feltételt az első kifizetési kérelem benyújtásáig teljesítve lesz. A támogatást igénylő tulajdonában lévő ingatlanra tervezett a beruházás. A beruházás keretében az építési költségeket a Budapesti Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara, az Építési Vállalkozók Országos Szakszövetsége, a Magyar Építész Kamara által kiadott, folyó évre vonatkozó Építőipari Költségbecslési Segédlet figyelembevételével kerül meghatározásra. A projekt költségvetését a piaci árakhoz igazodóan, reális és takarékos módon kerülnek összeállításra.
