The basics of “SZARVAS-cipó” Ltd. were laid in 1993. With close economic measures, we managed to establish a new site in Szarvas, and in 1994 we established “SZARVAS-zió” Sütőipari Production and Kereskedelmi Kft. Today, nearly fifty types of bakery products, including: we produce buns, kiflikes, cakes and stuffed-leaved cakes, which is linked to the nearly fifteen kinds of bread. The production and delivery of this production requires approximately 30 people, most of the people are well-trained bakery workers. Since the beginning, we have also been a major supplier of reseller stores. Our revenue has typically increased by 5-10 % over the years. There is a growing demand for quality bakery products, premium products made from special ingredients. There are two development paths ahead of our company, on the one hand, to increase the number of our partners in quantitative receipts and, on the other hand, to develop a premium product range, combined with the better service of our customers and the making the purchase more enjoyable. Our training project serves to achieve the above objectives by increasing the knowledge of our employees to maximise the commercial and manufacturing potential of our company. The trainings to be carried out have been adapted to each job by carrying out a preliminary assessment of needs.3.The focus area of awareness-raising and organizational philosophy corresponds to the “Effective Business Communication” training, which, by placing customer needs in the centre, affects the organizational operation and attitude of the whole company through communication.4.We are linked to the Irinyi Plan by implementing 1071 bread and fresh bakery products activity.5.6. The use of ICT is linked to the training “Text editing, table management, presentation at ECDL level”. The aim of the training module is to ensure that participants who are fully beginners or using the computer on a minimal level acquire theoretical knowledge that allows them to use the computer in the areas indicated above.7. Our company uses unique motivational tools to involve and train disadvantaged employees participating in the training project. We encourage our colleagues to participate in a tailor-made development plan. 9.10.Effective business communication (d. training) is planned to involve 6 people in 1 group, 72 hours (01.12.2018, 30/03/2019). We plan to involve employees who come into contact with our existing trading partners/customers/supply suppliers or potentially new partners. As a result of the training, we expect a better service of the needs of our partners/customers. Word editing, spreadsheet management, presentation at ECDL level (info. training) are planned to involve 12 people in 2 groups, 60 hours (2018.08.01.2019.03.30). As a result of the training, the administrative discipline within the company improves, and the provision of data related to the processes can also be associated with the management. Partner management techniques (by training) we would like to involve 6 people in the training, 1 group, 112 hours (2018.08.01.30.11.2018). We would like to involve our colleagues who come into contact with our suppliers. As a result of the training, we want our company to deal with fewer problems related to supplier or service during the work of our company by developing communication between partners.11.Before the start of the training, prospective participants delegated by the employer will be informed in writing about the time, location and method of the preliminary knowledge assessment through the employer. The adult education institution conducts the preliminary assessment of knowledge on the basis of worksheets/question series. The results of the measurement shall be documented by the training institution.12.The location and material conditions of the training courses shall be provided by the training institution in cooperation with the training institution.13.The satisfaction measurement of the participants of the training course shall be carried out by the adult education institution conducting the training in accordance with 393/213. According to the provisions of Government Decree (XI.12.) (XI.12.). The Decree contains the mandatory questions of satisfaction measurement and regulates the time, duration and reporting obligation of the satisfaction measurement.15.The mandatory project implementation positions specified in the call are provided through the company’s own employees. A "SZARVAS-CIPÓ" Kft. alapjait 1993-ban raktuk le. Szoros gazdasági intézkedésekkel sikerült az idők folyamán Szarvason létrehoznunk egy új telephelyet, ennek működtetésére megalakítottuk 1994-ben a "SZARVAS-CIPÓ" Sütőipari Termelő és Kereskedelmi Kft-t. Ma közel ötvenféle péksüteményt, köztük: zsemleféléket, kifliket, kalácsokat, és töltelékes-leveles süteményeket gyártunk, ehhez kapcsolódik a közel tizenöt féle kenyérkínálat. Ennek a termelésnek a legyártásához, és kiszállításához megközelítőleg harminc főre van szükség, az emberek nagy része jól képzett sütőipari szakmunkás. Kezdetek óta komoly beszállítói vagyunk viszonteladó áruházaknak is. Bevételünk az évek során jellemzően 5-10%-kal növekedett. Egyre nagyobb a kereslet a minőségi pékárura, a speciális alapanyagokból készítendő prémium termékekre. Két fejlődési út áll cégünk előtt egyrészt a mennyiségi átvételt bonyolító partnereink számának növelése, másrészt egy prémium termékkör kialakítása, amelyhez vevőink jobb kiszolgálása és a vásárlás élményszerűvé tétele társul. Képzési projektünk a fenti célok elérését szolgálja úgy, hogy munkatársaink tudásának bővítésével a maximumot tudjuk kihozni cégünk kereskedelmi és gyártói potenciáljából. A megvalósítandó képzéseket az egyes munkakörökhöz igazítottuk előzetes igényfelmérést végezve.3.A szemléletformálás, szervezeti filozófia célterületével jól megfeleltethető a „Hatékony üzleti kommunikáció” képzés, amely a vevői igényeket a központba állítva a kommunikáción keresztül hat az egész cég szervezeti működésére, attitűdjére.4.Irinyi Tervhez a 1071 kenyér, friss pékáru gyártása tevékenység megvalósításával kapcsolódunk.5.6. Az IKT-használathoz a „Szövegszerkesztés,táblázatkezelés,prezentáció ECDL szinten” képzéssel kapcsolódunk. A képzési modul célja, hogy a teljesen kezdő vagy a számítógépet csak minimális szinten használó résztvevők olyan elméleti ismeretek szerezzenek, amelyek segítségével alapfokon, tudják használni a számítógépet a fent megjelölt területeken.7.A képzési projektben résztvevő hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló bevonására és képzésben tartására egyedi motivációs eszközöket alkalmaz cégünk. Egyénre szabott fejlesztési terv keretében ösztönözzük kollégáinkat a részvételre. 9.10.Hatékony üzleti kommunikáció (ált. képzés) képzésbe 6 fő bevonását tervezzük, 1 csoportban, 72 órában (2018.12.01 2019.03.30). A képzésbe olyan munkavállalók bevonását tervezzük, akik kapcsolatba kerülnek a meglévő kereskedelmi partnereinkkel/vevőkörünkkel/alapanyag beszállítóinkkal vagy potenciálisan új partnerekkel. A képzés eredményeképpen a partnereink/vevőink igényeinek jobb kiszolgálását forgalmunk növekedését várjuk. Szövegszerkesztés, táblázatkezelés, prezentáció ECDL szinten (info. képzés) képzésbe 12 fő bevonását tervezzük, 2 csoportban, 60 órában megvalósítani (2018.08.01 2019.03.30). A képzés eredményeképpen javul a cégen belüli adminisztrációs fegyelem, illetve a folyamatokhoz kapcsolódóan adatszolgáltatás is társulhat a menedzsment részére. Partnerkezelési technikák (ált. képzés) a képzésbe 6 főt szeretnénk bevonni, 1 csoportban, 112 órában (2018.08.01 2018.11.30). A képzésbe azokat a kollégáinkat szeretnénk bevonni, akik beszállítóinkkal kerülnek kapcsolatba. A képzés eredményeképpen azt szeretnénk, hogy a partnerek közötti kommunikáció fejlesztésével kevesebb beszállítói vagy kiszolgálással kapcsolatos problémát kelljen kezelnie cégünknek munkája során.11.A képzés megkezdése előtt az adott képzésre vonatkozóan a munkáltató által delegált leendő résztvevők írásbeli tájékoztatást kapnak a munkáltató közvetítésével az előzetes tudásmérés időpontjáról, helyszínéről, módszeréről. A felnőttképzést folytató intézmény lebonyolítja az előzetes tudásmérést feladatlapok/kérdéssor alapján. A méréseredményét a képző intézmény dokumentálja.12.A képzések helyszínét és tárgyi feltételeit a pályázó a képző intézménnyel együttműködve közösen biztosítja a képzés személyi feltételeit a képző intézmény biztosítja.13.A képzésen részt vevők elégedettségmérését a képzést folytató felnőttképzési intézmény végzi a 393/213. (XI.12.) Korm. rendelet előírásai szerint. A rendelet tartalmazza az elégedettségmérés kötelezően előírt kérdéseit, továbbá szabályozza az elégedettségmérés időpontját, időtartamát, adatszolgáltatási kötelezettséget.15.A Felhívásban rögzített kötelező projektmegvalósítói pozíciókat a cég saját munkavállalóin keresztül biztosítja.
