As part of the project, they would like to hire employees in machine-cutting jobs, who contribute to increasing the production capacity of the company through the new metalworking tools. Jobs, number of staff, hours: In the framework of the project, you intend to employ 5 people in machine cutting jobs, 8 hours a day. Location and suitability of employment: Property specified as the location of the development: 3262 Markaz, Domoszlói út 1, HSZ: 058/19. is suitable for the activity indicated in the grant application. The site of the development is a 250 m² production hall with 230 m² of productive activity and the remaining 20 m² of the social premises (washroom, shower, washbasin, kitchen). It ensures the smooth operation of the company’s activities in the dimensions and distribution of the plant hall. During the project, 5 new employees will be employed. During the implementation of the project, employees will have the opportunity to learn and learn the latest technologies, familiarise themselves with the business environment and expectations, so the project contributes to improving their professional knowledge, work experience, and thus their labour market prospects and employment opportunities. Cégalapítás indoka, kezdeti tevékenység, profil, ezek változása, fő tevékenység, piaci helyzet: Az Izegrip Kft.-t 2010-ben alapította Bistuc László és Csönge Adrienn, akik 67-33%-ban tulajdonolják a céget. A vállalkozás fő profilja a fémmegmunkálás, ami alapítás óta nem változott. Elsősorban kisszériás gyártásra specializálódtak. A jelenlegi technológiájuk lehetővé teszi nagy pontosságú alkatrészek elkészítését az alumíniumtól kezdve a műanyagon át a rozsdamentes acélig. A Kft. hosszú távú szerződések alapján dolgozik. Gyártanak különféle gépalkatrészeket, tengelyeket, csapágyházakat, hézagoló lemezeket, raktározás technológiához kapcsolódó nagy szilárdságú tartóelemeket, egyéb alkatrészeket. Székhely, telephely változások, képviseletek kialakítása: Az Izegrip Kft. alapítása óta Markazon működik, a vállalkozás székhelye és telephelyei is itt találhatóak. A cég vezetését Bistuc László látja el. Árbevétel és eredmény alakulása a megalakulás óta: A vállalkozás megalakulása óta növekvő árbevétel mellett évről-évre nyereséges, melyet folyamatosan a kft. technológiai fejlesztéseire fordítanak. 2018-ban közel 116,773 millió Ft árbevétel mellett 12,720 millió Ft üzemi eredményt realizáltak. Munkakörök, létszám, óraszám: A projekt keretében 5 főt kíván alkalmazni gépi forgácsoló munkakörben, napi 8 órában A foglalkoztatás megvalósulásának helye, alkalmassága: A fejlesztés helyszíneként megadott ingatlan: 3262 Markaz, Domoszlói út 1., hrsz.: 058/19. a támogatási kérelemben jelzett tevékenység végzésére alkalmas. A fejlesztés helyszíne egy 250 m2 –es üzemcsarnok, ahol 230 m2-en folyik termelőtevékenység, a maradék 20 m2-en pedig a szociális helyiségek (öltöző, zuhanyzó, mosdó, konyha) találhatók. Az üzemcsarnok méreteiben és elosztásában biztosítja a vállalat tevékenységének zavartalan működését. A projekt során 5 fő új munkavállaló foglalkoztatása történik meg. A projekt megvalósítása során a munkavállalóknak lehetőségük lesz megismerni és megtanulni a legújabb technológiákat, megismerkedhetnek a vállalati környezettel, elvárásokkal, így a projekt hozzájárul szakmai ismereteiknek, munkatapasztalataiknak, ezáltal munkaerő-piaci kilátásaiknak és foglalkoztatási lehetőségeiknek javításához. A kapacitásbővítés eredményeként a cég éves szinten várhatóan 27 MFt többlet nettó árbevételt realizál, az üzemi tevékenység eredménye 3 MFt-tal növekszik.
