Settlement of the flood drainage lane: This project element aims to improve the roughness conditions of the flood drain strip as determined by land use. The intervention includes spatial planning activities to be carried out in the planned flood drainage area in order to improve the drainage capacity in the large water. Organisation of summer yogas: This project element consists of the demolition of artificial terrain formations preventing flooding, complemented by the renovation of the necessary artefact. — The resection of the Tiszaroff-felsőrét summer dam up to the “700” level between the sections of 0+ 070-2+ 200 tkm and 7+ 390-9+ 140 tkm — Renovation of the structure in the Tiszaroff-felsőréti summer dam 2+ 115 tkm refurbishment of belt reefs: These interventions include the dismantling of terrain formations that prevent flooding. — The settlement of the Tisza Left Wave Area above the railway bridge of Kiskörei on the section between rkm 401.6-402.0 (Previously planned in the EMT, the demolition of small circle railway bridge/downstream and lower left and right belt reefs was foreseen, which was modified as a result of the on-site visit of the administration); — Ordering the right belt reef of Tisza on the bend section between the sections 397,500-397,850 rkm; — On the left bank of the Tisza on the section below and above the Nagykörű ferry crossing, we examined the possibility of arranging the existing belt reef between rkm 363,550-364,100. On the section below the ferry (363,700 rkm) we planned the destruction and landscaping works, and we planned to clean the area from sludge at a water quality protection site about 100 m above the ferry. Current control interventions: After the removal of existing shore insurance (tyres), we planned to arrange the bracing and even spread the existing stone spreading between the tyres on the left side of Tisza between 364,34-364,54 rkm. Relocation of main flood defence lines: This project element aims at removing critical bottlenecks. — Relocation of the main flood protection line on the right bank of the Tisza on the stretch between Szoropuszta-Doba, where the new line is connected to the existing embankment in sections 82+ 565 and 87+ 300 tkm, length 3 660 m; — The protection of the stability of the flood protection charge due to the proximity of the main bed has become an urgent task on the so-called Keskenyi section. After a feasibility assessment of the options for demolition, river control, refuelling, etc. of the belt reef planned in the EMT, in line with nature conservation interests, the transfer of the charge on the better shore of the Tisza between sections 90+ 870-93+ 000 tkm became the only conflict-free intervention; — Relocation of the main flood protection line on the left bank of Tisza, on the Szajol section, on the section of defense line 10.06 between 88+ 090-88+ 450 tkm; — Relocation of the main flood protection line on the left bank of Tisza on the Óballa section, on the section of defense line 10.06 between 97+ 850-102+ 650 tkm.     A projekt keretében tervezett beavatkozások az alábbiak: • A hullámtér szűkületeinek feloldása az árvízvédelmi töltések áthelyezésével • A hullámtéren az árvizek levonulását akadályozó természetes és mesterséges terepalakulatok eltávolítása (nyári gátak, övzátonyok, földdepóniák) • Az árvízlevező sáv rehabilitációja az árvizek levezetésének megfelelő állapot, művelési ágak helyreállítása, a szabálytalanul fejlődött és akadályt jelentő növényzet eltávolításával. Ezekhez a típusokhoz társulnak a természetvédelmet szolgáló beavatkozások; a más projekt keretében megépülő Hanyi-Tiszasülyi tározó működése miatt szükségessé váló hullámtér rendezési beavatkozás és egy folyószabályozási beavatkozás. Tervezett beavatkozások és beavatkozási helyek a következők: Hullámtéri rekonstrukciós beavatkozások: Ezek a beavatkozások az árvizek levonulását akadályozó terepalakulatok bontását foglalja magába, de tartalmaz természetvédelmi célokat szolgáló rekonstrukciót is. • Tisza jobb part 398,45 fkm környéki Kanyari csatorna menti depóniák visszabontása; • "Pityóka" depónia bontása a Tisza bal part 360,9-361,8 fkm közötti szakaszon; • Természetvédelmi célú vízpótlás: o A Tiszasüly-Kőteleki nyárigáttal védett Csatlói Holt-Tisza természetvédelmi célú vízpótló műtárgyának építése, a Tisza jobb part 375,30 fkm környékén a Tiszától ~900 m-re; o Pélyi Zsidófoki zsilip rekonstrukciós munkái a Patkós Holtág vízpótlása érdekében, a Tisza jobb part 388,00 fkm környékén a Tiszától ~500 m-re. Árvízi levezető sáv rendezése: Ez a projektelem az árvizi levezetősáv területhasználat által meghatározott érdességi viszonyainak javítását célozza meg. A beavatkozás a tervezett árvízi levezetősáv területén a nagyvízi levezető képesség javítása érdekében elvégzendő területrendezési tevékenységeket tartalmazza. Nyárigátak rendezése: Ez a projektelem az árvizek levonulását akadályozó mesterséges terepalakulatok bontását foglalja magába, kiegészítve a szükséges műtárgy felújítással., - Tiszaroff-felsőréti nyárigát visszabontása „700”-as szintig a 0+070-2+ 200 tkm és 7+390-9+140 tkm szelvényei között - A Tiszaroff-felsőréti nyárigát 2+115 tkm szelvényében lévő műtárgy felújítása Övzátonyok rendezése: Ezek a beavatkozások az árvizek levonulását akadályozó terepalakulatok bontását foglalják magába. - Kiskörei vasúti híd feletti Tisza bal parti hullámtér rendezése a 401,6-402,0 fkm közötti szakaszon (Korábban, az EMT-ben tervezett kiskörei vasúti híd /folyásirányban/ alatti bal és jobb parti övzátonyok bontása volt előirányozva, ami a szakhatósági helyszíni bejárás eredményeként módosult); - Tisza jobb parti övzátony rendezése a Kanyari szakaszon a 397,500-397,850 fkm szelvények között; - A Tisza bal partján a Nagykörűi kompátjáró alatti és feletti szakaszon, a 363,550-364,100 fkm között vizsgáltuk a meglévő övzátony rendezésének lehetőségét. A komp (363,700 fkm) alatti szakaszon irányoztuk elő az irtási és tereprendezési munkákat, valamint a komp felett kb. 100 m-rel található egy vízminőség-védelmi helyen előirányoztuk a terület iszaptól való megtisztítását. Folyószabályozási beavatkozások: Meglévő partbiztosítás (gumiabroncsok) eltávolítása után a rézsű rendezését, a gumiabroncsok közötti meglévő kőszórás egyenletes elterítését irányoztuk elő a Tisza bal part 364,34-364,54 fkm közötti szakaszon. Árvízvédelmi fővédvonalak áthelyezése: Ez a projektelem a kritikus szűkületek feloldását célozza. - Árvízvédelmi fővédvonal áthelyezése a Tisza jobb partján, Szórópuszta-Doba közötti szakaszon, ahol az új védvonal a meglévő töltéshez a 82+565 és 87+300 tkm szelvényekben csatlakozik, hossza 3 660 m; - Az árvízvédelmi töltés állékonyságának védelme a főmeder közelsége miatt, mára halaszthatatlanul megoldandó feladattá vált az ún. Keskenyi szakaszon. Az EMT-ben tervezett övzátony bontási, folyószabályozási, töltésáthelyezési, stb. beavatkozási alternatívák megvalósíthatósági vizsgálata után - a természetvédelmi érdekeknek megfelelően - a Tisza jobb parti töltésének 90+870-93+000 tkm szelvények közötti szakaszán a töltésáthelyezés lett az egyedüli konfliktusmentesen végrehajtható beavatkozás; - Árvízvédelmi fővédvonal áthelyezése a Tisza bal partján, a Szajoli szakaszon, a 10.06. jelű védvonal 88+090-88+450 tkm közötti szakaszán; - Árvízvédelmi fővédvonal áthelyezése a Tisza bal partján, az Óballai szakaszon, a 10.06. jelű védvonal 97+850-102+650 tkm közötti szakaszán.
