Our company, the 100 % Hungarian-owned DGA Machine Manufacturing and Automation Ltd., based in Devecseri, has more than 50 years of history, our roots go back to the locksmith factory of MGTSZ. In the early 1990s, the company was further developed under the auspices of Somló Coop Industrial, Trade Ltd. The steady increase in turnover led to the independence of DGA Kft. in 2003 and the acquisition of Gulács Fém Kft. in 2004 and its incorporation in 2006. As a result, our production capacity has more than doubled. We are currently operating on two sites in Devecser and Nemesgulács on more than 10,000 square meters. Our main profile is the production of steel structures, welded machine parts and custom machines for various industrial applications. Most of our products are sold on foreign markets. In addition to our manufacturing activities, we also place considerable emphasis on engineering services in order to provide our customers with innovative, cost-effective solutions. Our company’s turnover is constantly increasing significantly, in 2017 it exceeded HUF 3.3 billion, our employees currently have 166 people. We started organising our training project with the preliminary interview and application of our employees, with a total of 78 participants in the project, including two trainings of OKJ and 9 other types of training. The planned duration of the project is 20 months. We have the right human and infrastructure for the implementation of the project, and we would like to implement the trainings with experienced training companies. 1. In general, the level of human resources available to our company is good, as every year we have strived to devote ourselves to training in accordance with the qualifications of our employees. At the same time, it is essential to further strengthen the professional competence and qualification level of our staff. Our company assessed the level of general and specialised IT expertise related to the various jobs. Accordingly, we selected the number of staff who will participate in the IT trainings in the present application. 2.The need for future human resources has been assessed. A 90-es évek elején már a Somló Coop Ipari, Kereskedelmi Kft. égisze alatt folyt a vállalat tovább fejlesztése. A forgalom folyamatos növekedése 2003-ban a DGA Kft. önállósodásához, majd 2004-ben a Gulács Fém Kft. megvásárlásához, valamint a 2006-ban történő beolvasztásához vezetett. Ezáltal cégünk gyártókapacitása több mint duplájára növekedett. Tevékenységünket jelenleg két telephelyünkön Devecserben és Nemesgulácson, több mint 10 000 négyzetméteren folytatjuk. Fő profilunk az acélszerkezetek, hegesztett gépalkatrészek és egyedi gépek gyártása különböző ipari felhasználási területekre. Termékeink jelentős része külföldi piacokon kerül értékesítésre. A gyártási tevékenységünk mellett jelentős hangsúlyt fektetünk a mérnöki szolgáltatásokra is, annak érdekében, hogy ügyfeleink részére innovatív, költséghatékony megoldási javaslatokat tudjunk nyújtani. Társaságunk árbevétele folyamatosan nagy mértékben növekszik, 2017-ben meghaladta a 3,3 Milliárd Ft-ot, dolgozóink létszáma jelenleg 166 fő. Képzési projektünket dolgozóink előzetes megkérdezésével és jelentkezésével kezdtük el szervezni, összesen 78 fő vesz részt a projektben, a képzések közük kettő OKJ-s és 9 egyéb típusú képzés. A projekt tervezett időtartama 20 hónap. A projekt megvalósításához rendelkezünk megfelelő emberi és infrastruktúrával, tapasztalt képzőcégekkel szeretnénk a képzéseket megvalósítani. 1. Vállalatunk rendelkezésére álló humán-erőforrás képzettségi szintje általánosságban jónak mondható, hiszen minden évben törekedtünk arra, hogy áldozzunk munkatársaink képzettségének megfelelő képzések lebonyolítására. Ugyanakkor elengedhetetlenül szükséges munkatársaink szakmai felkészültségének és képzettségi szintjének további erősítése. Cégünk felmérte a különböző munkakörökhöz kapcsolódó általános és speciális informatikai szaktudás szintjét, ennek megfelelően választotta ki azon munkatársainak körét, akik jelen pályázatban az informatikai képzéseken vesznek majd részt. 2.A jövőben szükséges humán-erőforrás szükséglet felmérése megtörtént.
