— Our company was founded in 1995. Our owner is a Hungarian individual. Our company always strives to provide the best possible products and services to our customers — Most of us do physical work, but we also have office workers who do the commercial and office work. The level of qualification of office workers is a tertiary degree (university, college), most of them have a mid-level competence in the 5 areas of the Common European Digital Competence Framework, i.e. at an independent user level. We have adapted the training needs of our employees to what machines and tools they have to use and what competences they need to validate — The trainings include Industry 4.0 Preparation Training, which is related to Industry 4.0 solutions. — Our company’s activities to be developed include the 22.23 Production of Plastic Building Material, which is included in the 2nd part of the call as the priority area of the Irinyi Plan. Our IT Applications training directly improves the effectiveness of this activity. (see also:) — ICT: It is necessary to develop the knowledge of our employees in this field, so through “Computing applications (acquisition of basic digital competences)” training, mainly office workers acquire the knowledge related to the necessary ICT use and digitalisation of companies — we do not apply a twin-level training programme — we intend to include 1 disadvantaged employee in our company. He has a low level of education. We do not plan to involve an external person in the training — The main objective of our project is to have a competitive workforce with skills and skills that meet economic needs. The direct aim of the project is to provide the 16 people involved in the training with the knowledge they can use in their daily work, from which our company and they can benefit themselves. We want to achieve group education. We plan the trainings during working hours, so they would be an integral part of our daily work and help us make our work effective — A total of 6 trainings will be carried out during the project, each of them being the FKtv. As other training within the meaning of Paragraph 2(5). Due to the location, it is not possible to describe all the trainings in this section, so please use the training plan tab as a guide. The trainings are 20-30 hours. The trainings are completed in 12 months — The trainings are adapted to our activities. We are constantly expanding and selling our products in search of new markets. So we need more good professionals. Mandatory satisfaction measurements will be carried out by the training institution, and the results of the satisfaction measurement will be communicated to our company — Human and organizational resources are provided, we have a significant number of offices. The expert human resources will be provided by a selected training company. Financial implementation is risk-free and secure, with regard to our company’s capital. The necessary material conditions are provided at the headquarters of our company. Our site is located in Domoslo. At our headquarters there is a room where trainings can be held easily. We plan to provide trainings in one year — We measure the effectiveness of the work after the completion of the training courses. We also carry out an in-process audit to assess the effectiveness of the training courses (personal interview, management evaluation, questionnaire survey) — We use a project manager to ensure effective implementation. She has a tertiary education and an appropriate internship. In order to organise and assist in the implementation, we appoint a professional implementer who organises the trainings with the needs of the employees in mind. In addition to the above, we tried to select practical training courses that actually help our company’s day-to-day work and optimisation of workflows. When designating the training, we also kept in mind that our employees should only drop out of work for a shorter period, thus ensuring the continuous operation of our company. The selection of trainings also took into account the needs of employees. All of our employees have indicated that they do not want to take courses or trainings outside working hours and during their free time. - A társaságunkat 1995-ben alapítottuk. Tulajdonosunk egy magyar magánszemély. Cégünk minden esetben arra törekszik, hogy a lehető legjobb termékeket és szolgáltatásokat nyújtsa vevőinek - Legtöbben fizikai munkát végeznek, de rendelkezünk irodai dolgozókkal is, akik a kereskedelmi és irodai munkát végzik. Az irodai dolgozók képzettségi szintje felsőfokú (egyetemi, főiskolai) végzettség, legtöbbjük a Közös Európai Digitális Kompetencia Keretrendszer 5 területén középszintű, azaz önálló felhasználói szintű kompetenciával rendelkezik. A fizikai dolgozóink általában középfokú vagy általános végzettségűek - Humán szükségletünk folyamatosan növekszik, amit legjobban az tükröz, hogy kezdetben 8 fő dolgozott nálunk, ma közel duplájára nőtt a statisztikai létszámunk. A projektünk megvalósítása során közel minden dolgozónk bevonásra kerül. Munkavállalóink képzési igényét ahhoz igazítottuk, hogy milyen gépeket, eszközöket kell használniuk, milyen kompetenciákat kell érvényesíteniük - A képzések között Ipar 4.0 Felkészülés Képzés valósul meg, mely az Ipar 4.0 megoldások alk. kapcsolódik - Cégünk fejlesztendő tevékenysége többek között a 22.23 Műanyag építőanyag gyártása, ami szerepel a felhívás 2. mell.-ben, mint az Irinyi Tervhez kiemelt területe. A Számítástechnikai alkalmazások képzésünk közvetlenül ezen tevekénységünk hatékonyságát fejleszti.(lásd ért. szemp.) - IKT: Munkavállalóink tudását fejleszteni szükséges ezen a téren így „Számítástechnikai alkalmazások (alapvető digitális kompetenciák megszerzése)” képzés révén főképp az irodai munkavállalók megszerzik a szükséges IKT-használathoz, vállalati digitalizációhoz kapcsolódó tudást - IKER szintű képzési programot nem alkalmazunk - Cégünknél dolgozó 1 hátrányos helyzetű munkavállalót be kívánjuk vonni a képzésekbe. Ő alacsony végzettséggel rendelkezik. A képzésbe külső személy bevonását nem tervezzük - Projektünk fő célja, hogy versenyképes, a gazdasági igényeknek megfelelő képzettséggel, képességekkel rendelkező munkaerő álljon rendelkezésre. A projekt közvetlen célja, hogy a képzésbe bevont 16 fő olyan tudásra tegyen szert, melyet mindennapi munkájuk során használni tudnak, melyből cégünk és ők maguk is profitálhatnak. Csoportos oktatást szeretnénk megvalósítani. A képzéseket munkaidőben tervezzük kivitelezni, így szerves részei lennének mindennapi munkánknak, és segítenének hatékonnyá tenni munkavégzésünket - A projekt során összesen 6 db képzés valósul meg, mindegyik a Fktv. 2. § 5. pont szerinti egyéb képzésként. A hely miatt nem lehet az összes képzést leírni jelen pontban, így kérjük a képzési terv fület tekintsék irányadónak. A képzések 20-30 órások. A képzéseket 12 hónap alatt valósítjuk meg - A képzéseket tevékenységünkhöz igazítottuk. Folyamatosan bővülünk és új piacokat keresve értékesítjük termékeinket. Így több jó szakemberre van szükségünk. A kötelező elégedettségméréseket a képző intézmény végzi el majd el, és az elégedettségmérés eredményeiről cégünket tájékoztatja - Az emberi és szervezeti erőforrások biztosítottak, jelentős irodai létszámmal rendelkezünk. A szakértői humán erőforrás kiválasztott képző cég részéről lesz biztosítva. A pénzügyi megvalósítás kockázatmentes és biztosított, tekintettel cégünk tőkéjére. A szükséges tárgyi feltételek cégünk székhelyén adottak. Megvalósulási helyünk Domoszlón található. Székhelyünkön van olyan terem, ahol a képzéseket könnyedén megtarthatjuk. A képzéseket egy év alatt tervezzük megtartani - A képzések befejezését követően a munkavégzés hatékonyságát mérjük. Folyamatközi ellenőrzést is végzünk, hogy felmérjük a képzések hatékonyságát (személyes elbeszélgetés, vezetői értékelés, kérdőíves felmérés) formájában - A hatékony megvalósítás érdekében projektmenedzsert veszünk igénybe. Ő felsőfokú végzettséggel és megfelelő szakmai gyakorlattal rendelkezik. A szervezéséhez, lebonyolítás segítéséhez szakmai megvalósítót jelölünk ki, aki a munkavállalók igényeit szem előtt tartva szervezi meg a képzéseket. A fentieken túl a képzések kiválasztásakor arra törekedtünk, hogy olyan tréning jellegű, gyakorlatias képzéseket válogassunk össze, melyek ténylegesen segítik cégünk mindennapos munkavégzését, a munkafolyamatok optimalizálását. A képzések kijelölésekor szem előtt tartottuk azt is, hogy munkavállalóink csak rövidebb időre essenek ki a munkavégzésből, ezáltal biztosítva cégünk folyamatos működését. A képzések kiválasztása során figyelembe vettük a munkavállalói igényeket is. Minden munkavállalónk jelezte, hogy nem szeretne munkaidőn kívül, szabadidejében tanfolyamon, képzésen részt venni.
