CNC Bakony Ltd. is currently a mechanical engineering company employing 25 employees, manufacturing precision, high-precision chipped machine parts. It exports almost 70 % of its products to the countries of the European Union. We have produced special components for printing tampon printing machines, parts of screw-drive machines, special acid-resistant and titanium alloy modules for oil shut-off pins, and mechanical elements of electronic equipment in recent years. We continuously develop our production capacities with modern production equipment. We strive to pay special attention to the training of our staff and to the recruitment of our staff, including through cooperation with vocational schools and the reception of pupils. We want to make the development of our production management system and production more efficient by introducing an ERP system and achieving ISO quality assurance. Our company currently employs 19 physical workers, locksmiths, machining, CNC machine cutting and trained cutting jobs. In their case, we require a mid-level degree, our locksmiths are vocational school, and the cutters have a vocational school, technical or OKJ qualification. We have a cutting employee with a college degree. In their case, there is no need for outstanding IT expertise. Our 4 employees with intellectual employment: office manager, accountant-administrator, material and inventory recorder and quality inspector-producer have a high school diploma and a vocational secondary school degree. Their basic IT skills are higher and their computers are managed at user level. The 2 senior managers, who are executive-manage manager and manufacturing preparation manager, have a bachelor’s degree or a vocational secondary school diploma, and also have knowledge of IT at user level. The planned trainings are in line with our company’s ideas for increasing the economic potential, as IT trainings aimed at developing the planned professional and digital competences promise our employees more competitive knowledge, with which our company’s position on the market can be further strengthened. External persons who are not employed at the time of inclusion are not involved in our training. In the present project, 22 employees are involved in training, 10 of which are “disadvantaged” in the following division: — Person aged over 50-2 persons — under 25 years of age: 6 (including 1 part-time — 2 hours a day) — recurring from: 2 people (including 1 part-time — 6 hours a day) — part-time: 2 persons (of which 1 recurring from 1 to 25 years of age) This means that the undertaking complies with the obligation laid down in the notice that at least 5 % of the own workers involved in the training must be disadvantaged workers, in this case 45.45 %. Their professional experience and commitment to work are outstanding. They are keen to participate in training, open to new technologies, innovations and digital transformations. This training is related to the implementation of the ABAS system. At our company, we have recently ensured the technological and asset conditions and with the planned trainings we would like to prepare and introduce our employees into the use of the new technology. Thus, all of our training supports ICT-related and digital competence development. However, the present project is not linked to the Irinyi Plan. Training courses: — Abas Basic Training — ABAS Sales CRM — ABAS Acquisition — ABAS Material Management — ABAS Manufacturing The basic aim of the trainings is to acquire knowledge and use of the ABAS system at user level for all our employees. From the point of view of companies, it is very important that they always have the information they need to operate in the right quantity and quality. In today’s fast-moving and complex world, a well-functioning ERP system can best provide its basis. Today, almost 100 % of large companies already use an integrated corporate governance system and the use of ERPs is becoming increasingly common among small and medium-sized enterprises. By the end of the training, our employees will be able to use the ABAS technology independently. In order to achieve this goal, we organise the trainings, taking into account the different qualifications, abilities, learning opportunities of the participants and the requirements of the IT training. With regard to the timetable of the project, we would like to complete the planned trainings within 12 months, adjusting the timetable in such a way that the new knowledge can be easily accepted and acquired by the employees. The training is carried out at the headquarters of the company at the address 8441 Márkó, Petőfi utca 16. At the end of the training, our employees will receive a certificate. A CNC Bakony Kft. jelenleg 25 munkatársat foglalkoztató gépipari vállalkozás, precíziós, nagy pontosságú forgácsolt gépalkatrészek gyártásával foglalkozik. A tervezett képzések összhangban állnak cégünk gazdasági potenciál növelési elképzeléseivel, hiszen a tervezett szakmai és a digitális kompetenciák fejlesztésére irányuló informatikai képzések versenyképesebb tudást ígérnek a dolgozóink számára, mellyel cégünk piacon elfoglalt pozíciója tovább erősödhet. Külső, a bevonás időpontjában nem foglalkoztatott személyeket nem vonunk be képzésünkbe. Jelen projektben 22 fő munkavállalónk kerül képzésbe bevonásba, melyből 10 fő munkatárs „hátrányos helyzetű” az alábbi megosztásban: - 50 éven felüli életkorú személy - 2fő - 25 év alatti: 6 fő (ebből 1 fő részmunkaidős is – napi 2 órás) - gyesről visszatérő: 2 fő (ebből 1 fő részmunkaidős is – napi 6 órás) - részmunkaidős: 2 fő (ebből 1 fő gyesről visszatérő, 1 fő 25 év alatti) Ennek értelmében a vállalkozás megfelel a felhívásban előírt kötelezettségnek, miszerint a képzésbe bevont saját munkavállalók min. Szakmai tapasztalatuk, elkötelezettségük a munkában kiemelkedő. A képzés végén munkavállalóink tanúsítványt kapnak. (Hungarian)
