The goal of the establishment of S-Faber Ltd. in 2006 was to create a profitable, continuously growing and prosperous company, where we can create new jobs through continuous expansion of our activities and investments and ensure adequate income for the owners as well. Initially, the company’s main activity was engineering and consultancy, but also the construction of the metalworking division has started, which has been the main activity of the company since 2008. The additional activities are all ancillary activities related to this main activity. The company’s financial indicators and statistical headcount have been increasing from the outset. The primary objective is to increase turnover and market share, to expand the range of orders and to make new investments in the spirit of modernisation. The company’s head office has been located at 26/C Kecskemét Vacsi Hill since the beginning. We carry out our actual activities at our sites, initially at Kiskőrösi út No. 5-7, where in 2019 the actual activity ceased, which was continuously moved to the adjacent Hrsz 0930/13 and Wéber Ede u. 35, where our current main site and expanded hall are located. This will be the implementation site of the project, the size of which and its service facilities will allow the maximum number of employees to be accommodated. S-Faber Ltd. is active in a special segment of metalworking by producing exclusive and unique surface products. We are proud to produce high quality products, and the live confirmation of this is the satisfaction of our partners, which is realised in the form of new orders. Our market position is stable in Hungary, but our sales mainly cover EU countries with German-speaking territory: 90 % of our products can be found abroad. Our workforce has steadily increased over the years. Under the professional supervision of Árpád Soós, the activity has been expanded, so in recent years we have been working with more than 30 people. Large-scale investment and capacity increases in recent years have led to an increase in customer demand that makes it essential to increase our capacity with further investments. In turn, these acquisitions require an increase in the staff involved in managing and assisting the equipment. In any case, the HR and organizational development goal is to bring the statistical headcount close to 50 in the coming years. The current human resources are divided into different jobs. Most of our employees are staff members specialising in the handling of machines, whose work is supported by qualified managers. We also have quality control staff, as well as employees with higher education in the operational management of the company. The planned employment is supported by increased customer needs. We have the opportunity to further expand the capacity of our previous investments, primarily thanks to the requests of our German partners, and to further increase the quantity of products through our own strong machinery purchases. The procurements require an increase in the number of machine operators in the various jobs and the introduction of additional shifts. Workforce to be recruited: — 1 main structural fixture — 4 main plate laser operators — 1 main edge bending machine operator — 5 main servers for dust painting installation The workforce to be recruited is all full-time (8 hours a day) with a fixed-term contract. All employees are involved in the management of machinery and equipment for metalworking, so it is clearly linked to the activity to be developed, which according to TEÁOR'08 25.62 Metalworking. The investment and the related employment expansion will serve the cost of higher quality and quality production: the total gross wage and related employee taxes and contributions costs of the 11 employees to be recruited (17.5 % social contribution tax, 1.5 % vocational training contribution) for 24 months. Az S-Faber Kft 2006-os alapításának célja egy jövedelmező, folyamatosan növekvő és prosperáló vállalkozás létrehozása volt, ahol a tevékenységünk folyamatos bővítésével, beruházásokkal új munkahelyeket tudunk teremteni, és a tulajdonosok számára is megfelelő jövedelmet biztosíthatunk. Kezdetben a vállalkozás főtevékenysége mérnöki tevékenység és tanácsadás volt, de emellett a fémmegmunkálási divízió kiépítése is megkezdődött, mely 2008. óta a vállalkozás főtevékenysége. A további tevékenységek mind ezen főtevékenységhez kapcsolódó kiegészítő tevékenységek. A vállalkozás pénzügyi mutatói, illetve a statisztikai létszám a kezdetektől fogva növekvő tendenciát mutat. Az elsődleges cél az árbevétel és a piaci részesedés növelése, a megrendelések körének bővítése, ill. új beruházások megvalósítása a modernizáció jegyében. A cég székhelye a kezdetektől fogva a Kecskemét Vacsi hegy 26/C szám alatt található. Tényleges tevékenységünket telephelyeinken végezzük, kezdetben a Kiskőrösi út 5-7. szám alatt, ahol 2019-ben megszűnt a tényleges tevékenység, amely folyamatosan áthelyeződött az egymás mellett található 0930/13. hrsz és a Wéber Ede u. 35. szám alá, ahol jelenlegi fő telephelyünk és kibővített csarnokunk található. Ez lesz a projekt megvalósítási helyszíne, melynek mérete és kiszolgáló létesítményei maximálisan lehetővé teszik a tervezett foglalkoztatotti létszám elhelyezését. Az S-Faber Kft. a fémmegmunkálás egy speciális szegmensében tevékenykedik exkluzív és egyedi felületi kialakítású termékek gyártásával. Büszkék vagyunk arra, hogy kiváló minőségű termékeket állítunk elő, ennek pedig élő visszaigazolása partnereink megelégedettsége, amely újabb megrendelések formájában realizálódik. A piaci pozíciónk magyar viszonylatban is stabilnak mondható, de értékesítésünk főként a német nyelvterületű uniós országokra terjed ki: termékeink 90%-a jelenleg is külföldön talál gazdára. Munkavállalói létszámunk az évek során folyamatosan növekedett. Soós Árpád szakmai felügyelete mellett a tevékenység bővült, így az utóbbi években már 30 fő feletti létszámmal dolgozunk. A beruházások és a kapacitások nagyléptékű növelése az utóbbi években olyan mértékű vevőiigény-növekedést hozott magával, amely elengedhetetlenné teszi, hogy további beruházásokkal növeljük a kapacitásunkat. Ezen eszközbeszerzések pedig az eszközöket kezelő- és kiszolgáló személyzet növelését teszik szükségessé. A HR- és szervezetfejlesztési cél mindenképpen az, hogy a statisztikai létszám megközelítse az 50 főt a következő években. A jelenlegi humán erőforrás különböző munkakörökben oszlik meg. A legtöbb alkalmazottunk a gépek kezelésére szakosodott munkatárs, akiknek a munkáját a szakképzett vezetők segítik. Rendelkezünk minőségellenőrzési munkatárssal, illetve a vállalat operatív vezetését végző, felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkező alkalmazottakkal is. A tervezett foglalkoztatást a megnövekedett vevői igények támasztják alá. Elsősorban német partnereink megkereséseinek köszönhetően van lehetőségünk arra, hogy a korábbi beruházásainkkal megnövelt kapacitást tovább bővítsük, és saját erős gépbeszerzések révén a termékek mennyiségét tovább növeljük. A beszerzések megkívánják, hogy a különböző munkakörökben a gépek kezelőinek létszámát megnöveljük, illetve további műszakot vezessünk be. A felvenni kívánt munkaerő állomány: - 1 fő szerkezetlakatos - 4 fő lemezlézer kezelő - 1 fő élhajlítógép kezelő - 5 fő kiszolgáló porfestő üzembe A felvenni kívánt munkaerő mind teljes munkaidős (napi 8 óra), határozott idejű munkaszerződéssel kerül foglalkoztatásra. A munkavállalók mindannyian a fémmegmunkálást segítő gépek- és eszközök kezelésében vesznek részt, így az egyértelműen kapcsolódik a fejlesztendő tevékenységhez, mely TEÁOR’08 szerint 25.62 Fémmegmunkálás. A beruházás és a kapcsolódó foglalkoztatásbővítés a magasabb színvonalú és minőségű termelést fogják szolgálni Elszámolni kívánt költségek: a 11 fő felvételre kerülő munkavállaló teljes bruttó bér- és kapcsolódó munkavállalói adó- és járulék költségei (17,5 % szociális hozzájárulási adó, 1,5% szakképzési hozzájárulás) 24 hónapra.
