The products of “G-N-SZ” Design Ltd. are mainly sold to automotive suppliers, consumer electronic components, household appliances and kitchen plastic products. In terms of company management, it uses ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems, it also has a state-of-the-art production hall and high quality production processes guarantee the production of high quality products. The aim of “G-N-SZ” Design Ltd. is to develop an attractive employer image and to develop a task-oriented and efficient working culture. This requires finding and retaining local skilled workers in the long term, as well as improving the working atmosphere and loyalty on the workers side. To this end, entrepreneurship has recognised that it may be necessary in the future to introduce non-standard, flexible forms of employment. The need to increase flexibility is reflected on both the employers‘and employees’ side: the former aim to adapt to production needs and business cycles, whose willingness to work is determined by their private life and life cycle. Reconciling work and private obligations in the case of young children is not an easy task for other groups, such as sick or elderly family carers, pupils in addition to work, people who are in a degraded state of health due to their old age. As a result of flexible employment, employee motivation and loyalty to the employer is strengthened. Project costs: Wage support for work mentors: HUF 1 548 000 Overhead costs: HUF 136 480 Required publicity costs: HUF 68 240 Acquisition of assets and intangible assets: 3 412 000 Ft Consulting, training, workshop: In the case of “G-N-SZ” Design Ltd., in the case of the restructuring of jobs, it is necessary for the reorganisation of the job, for the introduction of a flexible form of employment, for human-resource development and organizational development advice, for the IT development supported for HR activities and for organizational development, and for other legal, financial and labour counselling to assist the reconciliation of work and private life and appear as a condition for flexible restructuring. Communication and cooperation workshops and conflict management and sensitisation training are required for managers and employees. 77 people are currently in employment on a regular basis, 40 hours per week, of which 73 on permanent contracts and 4 on fixed-term contracts; 2 persons in unbound working schedules, with contracts of indefinite duration; 2 part-time, with open-ended contracts; 2 people in teleworking with open-ended contracts. 3 of the staff working in restructured jobs are considered disadvantaged. In the case of “G-N-SZ” Design Kft., we recommend a staff member working in the office manager’s position to perform work mentoring tasks. The office manager has a secondary level of education and has worked for 14 years in the company as a middle manager. Tools and software to be procured under the project: Building a mobile design workstation and desktop design workstation with the following tools and software: Notebook, Windows Office 2016 Home & Business; building a desktop design workstation: power supply, mouse, keyboard, Windows 10 Professional. As a result of the restructuring, employees have the opportunity to adjust part of their working time, making it easier for them to achieve a work-life balance and making it easier for them to reconcile their work with a certain personal responsibility. A ”G-N-SZ” Tervező Kft. termékeit főleg autóipari beszállítók, szórakoztató elektronikai alkatrészt, háztartási eszközöket és konyhai műanyag termékeket gyártó vállalatoknak értékesítik. A vállalkozás vállalatirányítását tekintve ISO9001 és ISO14001 rendszereket alkalmaz, emellett korszerű gyártócsarnokkal rendelkezik és magas színvonalú gyártási eljárások garantálják a magas minőségű termékek előállítását. A ”G-N-SZ” Tervező Kft. célja a vonzó munkáltatói imázs kialakítása és a feladatközpontú, hatékony munkavégzési kultúra fejlesztése. Ehhez szükséges a helyi szakképzett munkavállalók megtalálása és hosszú távú megtartása, emellett a munkahelyi légkör és a lojalitás fejlesztése a munkavállalói oldalon. Ennek érdekében a vállalkozás felismerte, hogy a jövőben szükségessé válhat a hagyományostól eltérő, rugalmas foglalkoztatási formák bevezetése. A rugalmasság növelésének igénye mind a munkáltatói, mind a munkavállalói oldalon megjelenik: előbbiek a termelési igényekhez, illetve az üzleti ciklusaikhoz való alkalmazkodást célozzák, utóbbiak munkavállalási hajlandóságát pedig magánéleti szükségleteik és életciklusuk határozzák meg. A munkahelyi és a magánéletbeli kötelezettségek összeegyeztetése a kisgyermeket nevelők esetében, de egyéb csoportok, például a beteg vagy idős családtagot ápolók, a munka mellett tanulók, idős koruk miatt megromlott egészségi állapotban lévők számára sem jelent könnyű feladatot. A projekt költségei: Munkahelyi mentor bértámogatása: 1 548 000 Ft Rezsi költség: 136 480 Ft Kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság költség: 68 240 Ft Eszközök és immateriális javak beszerzése: 3 412 000 Ft Tanácsadás, képzés, műhelymunka: 8 483 280 Ft A ”G-N-SZ” Tervező Kft. esetében a munkakörök átszervezése kapcsán szükséges a munkakör átszervezéséhez, rugalmas foglalkoztatási forma bevezetéséhez humán-erőforrásfejlesztési és szervezetfejlesztési tanácsadás, a HR-tevékenységhez, szervezeti fejlesztéshez alátámasztottan indokolt IT-fejlesztésekhez tanácsadás, valamint a munka-magánélet összehangolását segítő és a rugalmas átszervezés feltételeként megjelenő egyéb jogi, pénzügyi és munkaügyi tanácsadás. Szükségesek kommunikációs és együttműködési műhelymunkák, valamint szükségesek konfliktuskezelési és érzékenyítő képzések a vezetők és a munkavállalók számára. Jelenleg 77 fő kötött munkarendben foglalkoztatott, hagyományos heti 40 órában - ebből határozatlan idejű szerződéssel 73 fő, határozott idejű szerződéssel 4 fő; 2 fő kötetlen munkarendben, határozatlan idejű szerződésekkel; 2 fő részmunkaidőben, határozatlan idejű szerződésekkel; 2 fő távmunkában, határozatlan idejű szerződésekkel. Átalakítandó munkakörökben dolgozó munkatársak közül 3 fő hátrányos helyzetűnek minősül. A munkahelyi mentori feladatok ellátására a ”G-N-SZ” Tervező Kft. esetében az irodavezető munkakörben dolgozó munkatársat javasoljuk. Az irodavezető középfokú végzettséggel rendelkezik és 14 éve dolgozik a cégnél, középvezetői státuszban. A projekt keretében beszerzendő eszközök és szoftverek: Mobil tervezői munkaállomás és asztali tervezői munkaállomás kiépítése az alábbi eszközökkel és szoftverekkel: Notebook, Windows Office 2016 Home & Business; asztali tervezői munkaállomás kiépítése: tápegység, egér, billentyűzet, Windows 10 Professional. Az átszervezések következményeképp a munkavállalóknak lehetőségük van arra, hogy munkaidejük egy részét maguk alakítsák, így a munka-magánélet egyensúlyának megvalósítása könnyebbé válik számukra és bizonyos magánéleti teendővel könnyebben össze tudják egyeztetni munkájukat.
