A pályázó LORRY GM Kft. jogelődje 1990-ben alakult, mint LORRY Fuvarszervező, Bonyolító és Szolgáltató Gazdasági Munkaközösség. Az egykori GMK-t három magánszemély alapította, egyikük a mostani LORRY GM Kft ügyvezetője, Gueth László. 2000. június 26-án alakult át a GMK a másik két magánszemély kiválásával, ezt követően jogutód lett a LORRY GM Kft. Családi vállalkozás,a tulajdonosok Gueth László és két gyermeke, ifj. Gueth László és Elmetenawi Nóra. 1990-től a GMK fuvarozással foglalkozott, a 2000-ben létrejött jogutód addigi tevékenysége kibővült szállítmányozással, raktározással és járműjavítással, illetve kisebb részben fuvarozási tevékenységét is végez. Jelenleg árbevételének kb. 90%-át a fuvarszervezés teszi ki. Szerződéses partnerek részére rendszeres fuvarközvetítést nyújt a vállalkozás, vasvári telephelyén járműjavítást és raktározást folytat. A társaság 20 fő és családja számára biztosít megélhetést. A projekt eredményeként további 4 fővel bővül a foglalkoztatotti létszám. Foglalkoztatásuk az előírásoknak megfelelően min. 9 hónap határozott idejű. A projekt célja kapcsolódik a vállalkozás stratégiai célkitűzéseihez: piaci versenyképesség fokozása, az eredményesség javítása. A versenyképesség fenntartása a fuvarszervezés piacán elképzelhetetlen jól felkészült, ambiciózus logisztikai szakemberek nélkül. A projekt eredményeként javul a pályakezdő fiatalok betanulásának feltételrendszere, megkönnyítjük a szakmai gyakorlati ismeretek, munkatapasztalat szerzését, ezáltal a fiatal gyakornokok szakmai elismertsége, önértékelése növekszik, valamint hozzájárulunk a vállalkozásunk eredményesebb működéséhez. A felmerülő költségek: bér és járulékok 4 gyakornok és 2 vállalati kapcsolattartó esetén, a munkavégzésükhöz kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzés, nyilvánosság biztosítása. A munkavégzésükhöz kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzést általányköltségként építettük be a projektbe, amely az alábbiakat tartalmazza: számítástechnikai eszközök, szoftverek, irodabútor. (Hungarian)
