Quantitative and qualitative acceptance of goods, packaging; 2. performing the tasks arising from the defective performance; 3. verification of the existence and regularity of the documents to be attached to the goods as required; 4. ensuring that the quality and quantity of the goods are preserved; 5. continuous provision for the placing of goods in accordance with professional rules; 6. ensuring that prices are displayed and price signals checked; 7. Receiving the buyer and getting to know his needs; 8. presentation of the goods to the buyer and information on the services related to the goods; 9. helping the buyer in the purchase decision by offering goods; 10. the packing and delivery of the goods to the buyer, depending on the buyer’s demand, the characteristics of the image and the nature of the goods; 11. checking and recording compliance with the storage requirements for each commodity; 12. contributing to the inventory; 13. work in accordance with working, fire, environmental and hygiene standards at each stage of the goods transport process; 14. opening, closing and operating the shop in accordance with security and security regulations; 15. Keeping the shop room clean. Attila Csomós, who has been designated as a mentor, will educate and assist the young trainees involved in the project according to their practicality, professional experience and knowledge. Gaining work experience improves the labour market prospects for trainees and contributes to employment opportunities. For the trainee to work, it is essential to acquire the physical assets: 1 Dell Optiplex 3060 computer, 1 Windows 10 Pro operating system, 1 LG 23.5" monitor, 1 NAS Synology data storage and 1 brother DCP-1622WE multifunctional laser printer, required for stocking, price recording, cash register, billing. In addition, some improvements in the business are absolutely necessary for the trainee’s employment: Within the framework of the project, one piece of goods delivery desk, 1 catalogue storage cabinet, 1 product storage cabinet and 1 desk with drawer, transfer desk will be purchased. The internships are planning to continue after the expiry of the employment obligation. The fact that our company is characterised by a high-quality working culture is a great advantage for the interns in recognising career opportunities. In many countries of the European Union and in Hungary, the first major obstacle to job placement is the lack of practical professional experience, so participation in the internship is an important advantage for young people at the start of their career. A CSAKH-ÉP 77 Kft. 2016.03.10-i cégbejegyzéssel jött létre. Fő tevékenysége a vasáru-, festék-, üveg-kiskereskedelem, melyet helyileg a Tiszaújváros, Erzsébet tér 14. szám alatt folytat. Az nevezett ingatlan bérlemény. A megalapításkor a vállalkozásunk célul tűzte ki, hogy a megrendelőink és vásárlóink felé olyan vállalkozási formát mutassunk be, amelyik alapvetően a magas fokú minőségre törekszik, a korrekt üzleti kapcsolatokra, a megbízhatóságra, valamint a piacon való hosszú távú megmaradására és fejlődésre fekteti a hangsúlyt. A projekt keretében 1 fő vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó (mentor) Csomós Attila ügyvezető, tulajdonos értékesítési, készletezési, valamint marketing feladatokat is ellát ügyvezetői feladatain kívül. Végzettsége: több, mint 20 éves munka tapasztalattal rendelkezik mind üzletvezetői és értékesítői tevékenységet tekintve. A CSAKH-ÉP 77 Kft-nél 3 éves jogviszonnyal rendelkezik. A projektben 1 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása valósul meg, a gyakornok munkaviszonyának a kezdete: 2019.08.01. A gyakornok műszaki cikk eladó munkakörben lesz foglalkoztatva. A gyakornok rendelkezik a megfelelő végzettséget tanúsító bizonyítvánnyal. A gyakornok feladatai: 1. az áru, göngyöleg mennyiségi és minőségi átvétele; 2. a hibás teljesítésből adódó teendők elvégzése; 3. az áruhoz előírás szerint csatolandó dokumentumok meglétének, és azok szabályszerűségének ellenőrzése; 4. gondoskodás az áru minőségének és mennyiségének megóvásáról; 5. folyamatos gondoskodás az áru szakmai szabályok szerinti kihelyezéséről; 6. gondoskodás az árak feltüntetéséről, az árjelzés ellenőrzéséről; 7. a vevő fogadása és igényeinek megismerése; 8. az áru bemutatása a vevőnek és tájékoztatása az áruval kapcsolatos szolgáltatásokról; 9. áruajánlással a vevő segítése a vásárlási döntésben; 10. a vevő igényétől, az arculati jellemzőktől és az áru jellegétől függően az áru becsomagolása és átadása a vevőnek; 11. az egyes árukra előírt tárolási követelmények betartásának ellenőrzése és feljegyzése; 12. a leltározásban való közreműködés; 13. a munka-, tűz-, környezetvédelmi, higiéniai előírásoknak megfelelő munkavégzés az áruforgalmi folyamat mindegyik szakaszában; 14. az üzlet nyitása, zárása és üzemeltetése a biztonsági és vagyonvédelmi előírásoknak megfelelően; 15. a bolthelyiség tisztántartása. A mentorként megjelölt Csomós Attila a projektbe bevont fiatal gyakornok munkatársakat gyakorlatiasságának, szakmai tapasztalatának és tudásának megfelelően fogja oktatni és segíteni munkájuk során. A munkatapasztalat megszerzésével javul a gyakornokok munkaerő piaci kilátása továbbá a foglalkoztatási lehetőségekhez is hozzájárul. A gyakornok munkavégzéséhez elengedhetetlenül szükséges a tárgyi eszközök beszerzése: Az eladást segítő, a készletezéshez, az árak nyilvántartásához, a pénztárgép használatához, a számlázáshoz szükséges 1 darab Dell Optiplex 3060 számítógép, 1 darab Windows 10 Pro operációs rendszer, 1 darab LG 23,5” monitor, 1 darab NAS Synology adattároló és 1 darab brother DCP-1622WE multifunkciós lézernyomtató. A gyakornok foglalkoztatásához ezen kívül feltétlenül szükséges az üzletben is néhány fejlesztés: A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerül az eladó gyakornok munkaterületét képező 1 darab áru átadó pult, 1 darab katalógus tároló szekrény, 1 darab termék tároló szekrény és 1 darab íróasztal, fiókos, átadó pulttal. A gyakornoki kollégák az CSAKH-ÉP 77 Kft. a tovább foglalkoztatási kötelezettség leteltét követően is tervezi. Nagy előnyt jelent a későbbiekben a gyakornokok számára a karrier lehetőségei felismerésében hogy, a cégünkre magas színvonalú munkavégzési kultúra, jellemző. Az Európai Unió számos országában és hazánkban a pályakezdők elhelyezkedésének az első nagy akadálya a gyakorlati szakmai tapasztalat hiánya, így a gyakornoki programban való részvétel fontos előnyt jelent a pályakezdés elején álló fiataloknak.
