In the framework of this project, our organisation, Unity COOP Zrt., intends to provide on-the-job trainings for their employees. The project has two objectives in the present case: on the one hand, to support our staff in their continuous development, we emphasise the fundamental importance of adult learning in the lifelong learning process, be it general or professional development. On the other hand, the project, through the development of employees, contributes to the improvement of productivity, competitiveness and economic development of our organisation. The level of qualification of the available human resources (including the level of digital competences and the level of general and specialised IT expertise related to jobs) varies greatly, as it has worn out since the last training courses due to high fluctuations and is therefore necessary for their renewal. Our colleagues and managers have been involved in the planning of the project. The nature of the training courses, the persons to be involved and the timetable of the training were also carried out in the light of the criteria requested by them, on the basis of a preliminary needs assessment. However, we also carry out an ex ante knowledge assessment during the trainings as expected. We will use a procedure and methodology to measure the effectiveness of the training plan. After completing the training, we will also measure the satisfaction of the trainees. Cooperation development for trainings requires accommodation, board and travel expenses for the target group. The link to the application of IPAR 4.0 is described in the attached “Tender I” document. For the duration of the training, we also apply for wage and contribution support during the project. We want to measure the effectiveness of the projects, fill out satisfaction meters with the participants, and the trainer will have the opportunity to integrate the results in order to further develop the training. 54 employees are involved in the training, 26 of whom are disadvantaged. We consider it important that a significant proportion of those involved in training should be disadvantaged, in order to pay particular attention to their development, to improve their employability and their chances on the labour market. The involvement of the unemployed in the project is not envisaged. In total, 54 can obtain 176 certificates. We undertake to pass at least 80 % of the tests, i.e. at least 141 certificates. Our organisation currently has a valid apprenticeship contract in accordance with Act CLXXXVII of 2011 on Vocational Education and Training for apprentices trained in vocational training (we attach 3 to our application). The reception of pupils is continuous here, which is due both to our activities and, on the other hand, it is of utmost importance for us to find the right workforce, for which practical times provide an excellent opportunity. An ever-growing company needs a skilled new human resource.     Szervezetünk, az Egyetértés COOP Zrt. jelen projekt keretében munkahelyi képzéseket kíván megvalósítani a munkavállalóik részére. A projektnek két célja van jelen esetben: egyrészt, hogy támogassuk munkatársainkat a folyamatos fejlődésükben, hangsúlyozzuk számukra a felnőttkori tanulás alapvető fontosságát az egész életen át tartó tanulás folyamatában, legyen ez általános, vagy akár szakmai jellegű fejlesztés. Másrészt pedig a projekt, a munkatársak fejlesztésén keresztül hozzájárul szervezetünk termelékenységének, versenyképességének javulásához, a gazdasági fejlődésünkhöz. A rendelkezésre álló humánerőforrás képzettségi szintje (bele értve a digitális kompetenciák szintjét és a munkakörökhöz kapcsolódó általános és speciális informatikai szaktudás szintjét) igen változó, mivel az utolsó továbbképzések óta a nagymértékű fluktuáció miatt megkopott, ezért szükséges a megújításukra. A projekt tervezésébe a munkatársaink, illetve vezetőink is bevonásra kerültek. A képzések jellege, a bevonandó személyek, valamint a képzések ütemezése is az általuk kért szempontok figyelembe vételével történt, előzetes igényfelmérés alapján. Ennek ellenére a képzések során az elvárásoknak megfelelően előzetes tudásfelmérést is végzünk. A képzési terv eredményességének mérésére kidolgozott eljárást, módszertant fogunk alkalmazni. Mérni fogjuk a képzés befejezését követően a képzésben résztvevők elégedettségét is. A projekt során az alábbi képzések valósulnak meg: Korszerű vezetői kompetenciák fejlesztése képzés 20 órában 8 fő részvételével, Angol C2 2 1 069 - C1-es szint képzés 40 órában 2 fő részvételével, Együttműködés fejlesztés 1. csoport 20 órában 8 fő részvételével, Együttműködés fejlesztés 2. csoport 20 órában 15 fő részvételével, Együttműködés fejlesztés 3. csoport 20 órában 10 fő részvételével, Együttműködés fejlesztés 4. csoport 20 órában 11 fő részvételével, Együttműködés fejlesztés 5.csoport 20 órában 8 fő részvételével. A projekt során IPAR 4.0 képzés is megvalósul saját teljesítés keretében önerőből (csak bér- és járuléktámogatást igenyelünk rá) 20 órában 2 csoportban 20 és 22 fővel. Az IPAR 4.0 megoldások alkalmazásához való kapcsolódást a csatolt „pályázathoz I.” című dokumentumban taglaljuk. A képzések idejére bér-és járuléktámogatást is igényelünk a projekt alatt. A projektek eredményességét mérni kívánjuk, elégedettségmérőket töltenünk ki a résztvevőkkel, melynek eredményeinek beépítésére a képzőnek lehetősége lesz a képzés továbbfejlesztése érdekében. A képzésekbe 54 fő munkavállalónkat vonjuk be, közülük 26 fő hátrányos helyzetű. Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a képzésbe bevontak jelentős hányada hátrányos helyzetű legyen, hogy kiemelt figyelmet fordítsunk az ő fejlesztésükre, javítsuk foglalkoztathatóságukat, munkaerőpiaci esélyeiket. Munkanélküli bevonását a projektbe nem tervezzük. Az 54 fő összesen 176 tanúsítványt szerezhet. Vállaljuk, hogy legalább 80 % sikeres vizsgát tesz, vagyis legalább 141 tanúsítványt szereznek. Szervezetünk jelenleg is rendelkezik szakképzésben oktatott tanulók gyakorlati képzése vonatkozásában a szakképzésről szóló 2011. évi CLXXXVII. törvény (Szt.) szerinti érvényes tanulószerződéssel (pályázatunkhoz csatolunk 3 db-ot). Nálunk folyamatos a tanulók fogadása, amely egyrészt a tevékenységünkből is adódik, másrészt pedig kiemelten fontos számunkra, hogy megfelelő munkaerőt találjuk, melyre kiváló lehetőséget biztosítanak a gyakorlati idők. Egy folyamatosan fejlődő cégnek szüksége van a képzett új humán erőforrásra. A részletes szakmai tartalom teljes szövegét csatoljuk a dokumentumok közé, mert karakterhiány miatt nem tudnánk eleget tenni a hiánypótlásban kért szempontoknak.
