The project would also finance the cost of salaries and contributions for company contact points for trainees, as well as the necessary administrative costs. In the framework of the project, the costs of the mandatory publicity are also charged to the tender. Number of trainees to be recruited, their qualifications and field of activity: In the framework of the project, we planned to employ a total of 2 trainees, 1 furniture carpenter and 1 simple industrial worker, who assists the client area in taking orders, and helps in the production of simpler, trained workflows. The trainee employed as a furniture carpenter graduated from Destalos, OKJ: 34-543-02, or an equivalent carpenter degree. He would perform duties corresponding to his/her degree in production. Qualification of a simple industrial worker as a visual and photo-article dealer, OKJ: 54-725-01 or equivalent. He‘d get high-circles that don’t require a carpenter’s degree. In production, it would perform the educated jobs and help manage customers’ orders. Staff performing a corporate traineeship liaison function: The corporate internship contact activity would be performed by Szilveszter Kovács, Managing Director, who has 25 years of professional experience, and since 2005, the company has been managing the company since 2005. Tools and software needed to create an internship(s) and work: We aim to create the working conditions and conditions of employment of trainees with the means to obtain them. Typically, we want to acquire high-value assets for production processes, as well as low-value assets. Small devices battery pack, sting saw, battery drill hammer, battery flat tiplimaro, battery drill screwdriver + battery vacuum cleaner set, battery and charger kit, vacuum cleaner, battery, upper miller. High-value instrument: sheet cutting machine, multifunction printer. The sheet cutting machine is a device above 300.000 HUF, but the turning machine is the exclusive distributor in Hungary, so we could only request and attach one offer. Internship employment under the project will greatly contribute to improving trainees’ internship knowledge, work experience and thus their labour market prospects and employment, as they can acquire the necessary knowledge of the profession under real conditions, in practice, in addition to staff with the right tools, appropriate traineeships and knowledge. Ebben a rublikában a rövidített leírást írjuk be.Pályázó bemutatása: A Vasi Korpusz Kft-t 2005-ben alapítottuk. A kezdetben 2 fő alkalmazotta indult cég ma 13 alkalmazottal dolgozik. 2005-ben 22 milliós nettó árbevételt értünk el, a folyamatos fejlesztés és bővítés során ez az eredmény folyamatosan javul, a legutolsó lezárt üzleti évben, 2016-ban 123 milliós nettó árbevételünk lett. A vállalkozás elsősorban ma is a bútorlapszabászattal és az ehhez kapcsolódó élzárással foglalkozik. Projekt célja, indokoltsága: A projekt célja a pályázati felhívással összhangban az iskolai rendszerű képzésben, felnőttoktatásban vagy felnőttképzésben megszerzett szakképesítés hasznosulásának elősegítése, a fiatalok korai munkahelyi tapasztalathoz segítése. A tapasztalt munkaerő a későbbiek során a cég fejlődését is szolgálhatja. Részletes szakmai tartalom, tevékenységek bemutatása: A projekt céljával összhangban gyakornokokat kívánunk foglalkoztatni, akik bérét, járulékait, foglalkoztatás során szükséges anyagköltségeket, és a megfelelő munkavégzéshez szükséges infrastrukturális feltételeket a projektből kívánjuk finanszírozni. Ugyancsak a projektből finanszíroznánk a gyakornokokkal foglalkozó vállalati kapcsolattartók bér és járulék költségeit, valamint a szükséges adminisztratív költségeket. A projekt keretében a kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság költségeit is a pályázat terhére kívánjuk elszámolni. Felvenni tervezett gyakornokok száma, képzettségét, és a tevékenységi területet: A projekt keretében összesen 2 fő gyakornokot terveztünk foglalkoztatni 1 fő bútorasztalost és 1 egyszerű ipari foglalkozású munkavállalót, aki kisegít az ügyféltérben a rendelések felvételekor, valamint az egyszerűbb, betanítható munkafolyamatokba besegít a termelésen. A bútorasztalosként foglalkoztatott gyakornok végzettsége Asztalos, OKJ: 34-543-02, vagy ezzel egyenértékű asztalos végzettséggel rendelkező gyakornok.Ő a termelésben az asztalos végzettségének megfelelő feladatokat látná el. Az egyszerű ipari foglalkozású munkavállaló végzettsége Látszerész és fotócikk-kereskedő , OKJ: 54-725-01, vagy ezzel egyenértékű végzettség. Olyan feladtköröket kapna, amelyek nem igénylik az asztalos végzettséget. A termelésben a betanulható munkákat látná el, és segítene az ügyfelek megrendeléseinek kezelésében. Vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatot ellátó alkalmazottak: A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó tevékenységet Kovács Kornél Szilveszter ügyvezető látná el, aki 25 év szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik, ezen felül 2005 óta, a cég megalakulása óta végzi a cég irányítását. Gyakornoki munkahely(ek) kialakításához, a munkavégzéshez szükséges eszközök és szoftverek: A beszerezni kívánt eszközökkel a gyakornokok munkakörülményeit, illetve alkalmazásuk feltételeit kívánjuk megteremteni. Jellemzően a termelési folyamatokhoz kívánunk nagy értékű eszközt, valamint kisebb értékű eszközöket beszerezni. Kisértékű eszközök akkumulátoros gépcsomag, szúrófűrész, akkus fúrókalapács, akkus lapostiplimaró, akkus fúró-csavarbehajtó + akkus porszívó szett, akkumulátor és töltőkészlet, porszívó, akkumulátor, felsőmaró. Nagyértékű eszköz: lapszabászgép, multifunkciós nyomtató. A lapszabászgép 300.000 Ft feletti eszköz, de a forgílmazó kizárólagos forgalmazó magyarországon, ezért csak 1 db ajánlatot tudtunk bekérni és csatolni. Az eszközök részletes bemutatása a melléklet szakmai tartalom nevű dokumentumban látható. A projekt keretében nem terveztünk infrastrukturális és ingatlanberuházást. A projekt keretében történő gyakornoki foglalkoztatás nagyban hozzájárul majd a gyakornokok szakmai gyakorlati ismereteinek, munkatapasztalatának, ezáltal munkaerő-piaci kilátásaik és foglalkoztatásuk javulásához, hiszen valós körülmények között, a gyakorlatban, megfelelő eszközökkel, megfelelő szakmai gyakorlattal és tudással rendelkező munkatársak mellett sajátíthatják el a szakma szükséges ismereteit. Mint gyakorlattal rendelkező munkavállalók jobb eséllyel helyezkedhetnek el, mint gyakorlat hiányában.Projekt számszerűsíthető vagy egyéb módon meghatározható eredményei: A gyakornoki program eredményeként 2 fő lesz a munkatapasztalatot szerző résztvevők száma. A támogatást igénylőnek gyakorlata gyakornoki foglalkoztatásban: A támogatást igénylő felkészültnek érzi magát a gyakornokok faoglalkoztatására, a szükséges betanítási folyamatok elvégzésére. Bár gyakornokokat korábban még nem foglalkoztattak, a korábban felvett új alkalmazottaknak a munkakörnyezethez való alkalmazkodásában, a cégre jellemző termelési folyamatok betanításában mindig kellő segítséget tudtak nyújtani.
