Major renovations were carried out on the building in 2004, during which furniture was replaced, as well as heating upgrades, replacement and renovation of coverings; the total value of the investment was HUF 12 million. In recent years, kitchen technology has worn out, some of its elements have become obsolete and have little served the high quality of education, apart from the purchase of new equipment (e.g. friteuse) in the last ten years, and therefore upgraded in 2013. The education and employment of pupils at the predecessor organisation has been continuously educating waiters and cooks since 2005, typically with 8-15 people. In the year 2013, the restaurant hosted a practical education of 7 waiters and 8 cook students. The company’s sales indicators have always exceeded HUF 30 million per year in recent years (taking into account 3 years of re-operation). The owners of the company intend to further stabilise the company’s position and further strengthen its presence on the market. During the project 3 trainees are planned to be recruited — 1 male and 2 women. The trainees have a degree in restaurant, their task is to serve the guests, preparation, stock management and inspection, and drink service. All three will work in the restaurant, where they will get acquainted with the areas of southern menu, a la carte order, guest reception, drink and food service. They get a comprehensive picture of the basics of hospitality, ranging from stock management and order execution to the area of service. The corporate contact person assigned to the 3 trainees obtained a degree in the hospitality industry in 1999 and has since been continuously trained to have an up-to-date knowledge. One of the owners of the company is responsible for acquiring the appropriate knowledge of the trainees and has been working at Club 3 restaurant since 2002, initially as a sole trader, and then succeeding in the applicant company. The contact person holds a bachelor’s degree, is a catering manager, this year he has a master’s degree in hospitality management. On this basis, it is suitable for the supervision of trainees, the transfer of knowledge and the transfer of a practical approach, giving them competitive professional skills. The investment involves the purchase of a freezer, an ice-making machine, a refrigerated working table and an automatic water softener. In the freezer, the raw materials for preparation are stored properly tempered, the ice making machine is necessary for the service of beverages, its performance helps trainees to optimal time management, the refrigerated worktable serves the short-term storage and preparation of desserts, ice creams and other dishes. The water softener is necessary for the preparation of coffee making — it also minimises waiting, shut-down and maintenance time (which is necessary several times during the day to allow long-term operation of the technology). To fill the 3 new jobs, it is necessary to expand the technology, as the creation of new positions can be ensured by physical technological needs and the availability of appropriate work tools.     A Club 3 Étterem és Kávéház már 1972 óta működik, családi vállalkozásként a Nagy család üzemeltetésében, jelenleg a második generáció vezetésével. Az elmúlt években egyéni vállalkozóként üzemeltette Nagy Bálint, azonban az egyéni vállalkozás jogutódlással átadta a működtetést 2013.01.01-től a 2001-ben alapított GrandoGastro Kft.-nek, mely Nagy Bálint és testvérének vállalkozása. Az étteremnek otthont adó város, Szentgotthárd közvetlenül az osztrák határ mentén, a szlovén határ közelében a megye délnyugati csücskében, a Rába és a Lapincs összefolyásánál fekszik. Közvetlenül a város mellett halad el a 8-as számú (E66) főközlekedési út, mely nagy áthaladó forgalmat biztosít egyrészt, másrészt pedig a város gazdaságát is élénkíti, kedvelt célpontja külföldi vállalkozásoknak, melyhez hozzájárul a városban kiépített ipari park is. A Club 3 a város szívében található, frekventált helyen. A magyar vendégeken kívül számottevő külföldi vendég látogatja: osztrák, német, szlovén, olasz nemzetiségűek egyaránt. Az étterem jó kapcsolatot ápol a városban működő nemzetközi vállalatokkal, emiatt is jellemző a nagyszámú üzleti ebédek, vállalkozás külföldi vezetőinek rendszeres jelenléte. Az épületen 2004-ben hajtottak végre jelentősebb felújítást, mely során a bútorok cseréjére került sor, valamint fűtés korszerűsítésre, burkolatok cseréjére, felújítására; a beruházás összértéke 12 millió forint volt. Az elmúlt években a konyhatechnológia elhasználódott, bizonyos elemei elavulttá váltak, kevéssé szolgálták az oktatás magas színvonalát, egy-egy új eszköz beszerzését leszámítva (pl. friteuse) az elmúlt tíz évben, korszerűsítés ezért 2013-ban megtörtént. A tanulók oktatása és foglalkoztatása a jogelőd szervezetnél 2005 óta folyamatos, pincérek és szakácsok oktatására került sor, jellemzően 8-15 fős létszámmal. A 2013. az évben 7 fő pincér és 8 fő szakács tanuló gyakorlati oktatásának adott helyet az étterem. A vállalkozás értékesítési mutatói az elmúlt években (3 éves újraműködtetés figyelembe vételével) mindig meghaladta az éves 30millió forintot. A vállalkozás tulajdonosainak szándéka, hogy a cég helyzetét tovább stabilizálja és a piaci jelenlétét tovább erősítse. A projekt során 3 gyakornok felvétele tervezett - 1 fő férfi és 2 fő nő. A gyakornokok végzettsége vendéglős, feladatuk a vendégek kiszolgálása, előkészítés, készletkezelés és ellenőrzés, ital szervírozás. Mindhárman a fent nevezett étteremben fognak dolgozni, ahol a déli menüztetés, a la carte rendelés, vendégfogadás, ital és ételszervírozás területével egyaránt megismerkednek. Átfogó képet kapnak a vendéglátás alapjairól, kezdve a készletkezelés, rendelés teljesítés témakörétől egészen a kiszolgálás területéig. A 3 gyakornokhoz rendelt vállalati kapcsolattartó 1999-ben szerzett vendéglátóipari végzettséget, azóta folyamatosan képzi magát, hogy naprakész tudással rendelkezzen. A vállalkozás egyik tulajdonosa felel a gyakornokok megfelelő tudás megszerzéséért, és a Club 3 étteremben 2002. óta dolgozik, kezdetben mint egyéni vállalkozó, aztán jogutódlással a pályázó vállalkozásban. A kapcsolattartó főiskolai végzettséggel rendelkezik, vendéglátó menedzser, idén vendéglátásszervező-vendéglős mester fokozatot szerzett. Ebből kiindulva alkalmas a gyakornokok felügyeletére, tudásátadásra, gyakorlati szemlélet átadására, versenyképes szakmai ismeretekkel felruházva a 3 főt. A beruházás keretében egy fagyasztószekrény, egy étjégkészítő gép, egy hűtött munkaasztal valamint egy automata vízlágyító berendezés beszerzésére kerül sor. A fagyasztószekrényben az előkészítéshez szükséges alapanyagok megfelelően temperált tárolása történik, a jégkészítő gép az italok szervírozásához szükséges, teljesítménye hozzásegíti a gyakornokokat az optimális időgazdálkodáshoz, a hűtött munkaasztal a desszertek, fagylaltok és egyéb ételek rövid idejű tárolását valamint előkészítését szolgálja. A vízlágyító berendezés pedig a kávéfőzés előkészítéséhez szükséges - használatával szintén minimalizálható a várakozási, leállási és karbantartási idő (ami napközben többször szükséges a technológia hosszú távú üzemeltethetősége érdekében). A 3 új munkahely betöltéséhez szükséges a technológia bővítése, mivel az új pozíciók létrehozása fizikális technológiai igényekkel, megfelelő munkaeszközök rendelkezésre állásával biztosítható.
