A) Presentation of a summary of the technical content of the grant application. The aim of the project is to develop a prototype of a target machine that best meets the needs of a modern, globalised market from a competitive point of view. The problems to be addressed are: — the creation of a mathematical model for feathers or fluff as material streams; — to ensure a uniform distribution of material flow according to the model; — flow improvement of the measurement vessel design based on the model; — optimising the dynamics of the weighing vessel and bodywork to ensure that the weight of the feathers or flakes to be filled is accurate. The required measuring range is from 5 g to 100 g per measurement and the required accuracy is ± 1 g; — development of an adaptive self-learning measurement algorithm capable of adapting to the material to be measured in several parameters (pens or flakes); — develop appropriate methods to avoid antistatic charging; — reduce the cost of simplifying production technology. Development of mechanical and electrical designs for the following units: — Material dosing system; — Balance sheet system; — Inflate system; — Automatic duvet conveyor system; — Industry 4.0 system. Duration: 6 months 3. On the basis of the completed plans, the acquisition of the necessary elements for the prototype of KFM06: — Request quotations; — Ordering elements taking into account project deadlines. Duration: 1 month 4. Preparation of the prototype of the KFM06 papalan filler — Manufacturing of the necessary parts based on the completed mechanical and electrical designs; — Assembly of completed components or assemblies; — Manufacturing tests; — In the light of the results of the manufacturing tests, solve new technical problems and make necessary modifications. Duration: 2.5 months 5. Placing the product on the market. — Technical review of work, preparation of qualifications; — Preparation of information material for machinery; — Preparation of marketing materials for placing machinery on the market; — Creating a website for advertising machinery; — Production of video presentations and presentations. Duration: 1 month C) Presentation of the resulting results. The project proposal aims to develop a prototype of new, commercially usable products, services and processes. The prototype of the target machine to be implemented under the project shall consist of the following main components: — Pen or leaf dosing system — Measuring system; — Inflate system; — Automatic duvet conveyor system; — Industry 4.0 System Pen or Leaf Feeding System: The function of the unit is to store the feathers or flakes and separate them in order to ensure a uniform flow of material as possible. The material is transferred to the storage silo using a pneumatic transport device. The upper part of the silo could close the upper part of the container with pneumatically operated dampers, where the feather or leaf is placed, so that the dosing system can be dispensed continuously during the silos filling process. The material would be transported from the bottom of the silo to the weighed containers by pneumatic transport. The mixing unit and loosening forks in the container would ensure that the feathers or flakes are separated and that the material flow is quasi evenly distributed in the lower dispensing part. A sliding sheet of the upper part of the container could transfer the material to the dispensing area. The supply of constant material in the dispenser would be solved by means of an ultrasonic sensor.     A) Támogatási kérelem szakmai tartalmának összefoglaló bemutatása. A projekt célja egy olyan célgép prototípusának kifejlesztése amely versenyképességi szempontból a lehető legjobban kielégíti a modern, globalizált piac igényeit. A célgép fejlesztése során számos, műszaki szempontból még nem megfelelően megoldott kérdést kell megválaszolni. A paplantöltés technológiai folyamata során jelentkező technikai kihívások röviden a következők szerint foglalhatók össze: - A töltőanyagként használható pihe vagy toll zökkenőmentes szállítása a berendezés egyes egységein keresztül a tárolótól a paplanig; - A töltőanyagtömeg gyors és pontos mérésének megvalósítása; - A célgép ciklusidejének minimalizálása; - A berendezés aktuátorai által gerjesztett mechanikus és elektromos zaj alacsony szinten tartása; - A célgép megbízható, hibamentes és folyamatos működésének biztosítása; - A berendezés mai modern Industry 4.0 szempontoknak való megfeleltetése. B) A megvalósítandó tevékenységek részletes bemutatása. 1. Projekt tervezés, előkészítés: Emberi erőforrások elosztása, feladatok és fontosabb mérföldkövek meghatározása. Kutatáshoz, fejlesztéshez szükséges szoftverek és eszközök beszerzése. Elektromos, gépész tervező szoftverek vásárlása. A pont befejezésének eredményeként előállnak a feltételek a projekt megkezdéséhez. Időtartam: 0,5 hónap. 2. Megfelelő válaszok kutatása a felmerült műszaki problémákra, az KFM06 típusú paplantöltő gép gépészeti, villamos és vezérléstechnikai tervezése. A megoldandó problémák az alábbiak: - a toll vagy pihe mint anyagáram matematikai modelljének megalkotása; - a modell alapján az egyenletes eloszlású anyagáram biztosítása; - a modell alapján a mérőedény kialakításának áramlástani tökéletesítése; - a mérőedény és a felépítmény dinamikájának optimalizálása a betöltendő toll vagy pihe tömegének megfelelő pontosságú mérésé érdekében. A kívánt mérési tartomány 5g-tól 100g mérésenként, az elvárt pontosság pedig +/-1g; - adaptív, öntanuló mérési algoritmus kifejlesztése amely képes alkalmazkodni a több paraméterében is változható bemérendő anyaghoz (toll vagy pihe); - megfelelő módszerek kifejlesztése az antisztatikus feltöltődés elkerülésére; - a gyártástechnológia egyszerűsítése költségének csökkentése. Az alábbi egységek gépészeti és elektromos terveinek kidolgozása: - Anyag beadagoló rendszer; - Mérleg rendszer; - Befújó rendszer; - Automata paplantovábbító rendszer; - Industry 4.0 rendszer. Időtartam: 6 hónap 3. Az elkészült tervek alapján a KFM06 prototípusához szükséges elemek beszerzése: - Árajánlatok kérése; - Elemek megrendelése a projekt határidők figyelembe vételével. Időtartam: 1 hónap 4. A KFM06 papalantöltő prototípusának elkészítése - Az elkészült gépészeti és villamos tervek alapján a szükséges alkatrészek legyártása; - Az elkészült alkatrészek, illetve részegységek összeszerelése; - Gyártási próbák; - A gyártási próbák eredményeinek figyelembe vételével az újonnan felmerülő műszaki problémák megoldása, szükséges módosítások kivitelezése. Időtartam: 2,5 hónap 5. A termék piacra vezetése. - Munka biztonságtechnikai felülvizsgálat, minősítések elkészítése; - Géphez információs anyagok elkészítése; - Gép piacra vezetéséhez szükséges marketing anyagok elkészítése; - Gép reklámozásához weboldal készítése; - Bemutató videók, prezentációk előállítása. Időtartam: 1 hónap C) A létrejövő eredmények bemutatása. A projektjavaslat milyen új, üzletileg hasznosítható termékek, szolgáltatások, eljárások prototípus fejlesztését célozza. A projekt keretében megvalósítandó célgép prototípusának az alábbi fő részegységekből kell állnia: - Toll vagy pihe beadagoló rendszer - Bemérő rendszer; - Befújó rendszer; - Automata paplantovábbító rendszer; - Industry 4.0 rendszer Toll vagy pihe beadagoló rendszer: Az egység feladata a toll vagy pihe betárolása, annak szétválasztása a minél inkább egyenletes anyagáramlás biztosítása céljából. Az anyag egy pneumatikus szállító berendezés segítségével kerülne a tároló silóba. A siló felső része pneumatikus működtetésű csappantyúkkal le tudná zárni a tartály felső részét, ahova a toll vagy pihe kerül, ezáltal az adagoló rendszer kiadagolása folyamatos lehetne a siló feltöltésének folyamata alatt is. A siló alján kialakításra kerülő részből történne az anyag szállítása a mérlegelt tartályokba pneumatikus szállítással. A tartályban keverőmű és lazítóvillák biztosítanák, hogy a toll vagy pihe szétválasztódjon, és az alsó kiadagoló részben kvázi egyenletes eloszlású legyen az anyagáram. A tartály felső részéből egy toló lap juttathatná az anyagot a kiadagoló részbe. A kiadagolóban állandó anyag mennyiség biztosítását ultrahangos érzékelő segítségével oldanánk meg. Ennek ideális beállítása függ a toll vagy pihe fajtájától, minőségétől és méretétől, ezért az adagoló és az alsó keverőmű fordulatszám szabályozását is meg kell oldani.
