Célcsoport: Felnőtt lakosság, akik nem rendelkeznek digitális alapkompetenciákkal, ezen belül a 45 év felettiek, vidéken élők, álláskeresők,inaktívak,nagycsaládosok, GYES, GYED, GYET-en lévők ,akikben megvan, vagy a megfelelő motivációs programmal megteremthető a nyitottság a digitális eszközök kipróbálására, használatára. A vidéki, alacsony státusú és végzettségű állampolgárok munkaerő-piaci kilátásai és életminősége rosszabb, akik körében egyébként is a legalacsonyabb a foglalkoztatottság. Veszprém, B.fűzfő, Szentkirályszabadja és B.almádi helyszíneken 12 hónap alatt összesen 57 programot valósítunk meg. Saját rendezvények: A Digitális felkészültség javítása c. rendezvénysorozatunk klubfoglalkozás, Digitális kompetencia versenysorozat és Prezentációkból álló előadások. Kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság biztosítása, Térítésmentes digitális eszközöket és szolgáltatásokat népszerűsítő oktatási programsorozat, Lakossági fórumok szervezése esélyegyenlőségi és életminőségbeli változások a digitális készségek fejlesztésének népszerűsítése céljából Honlap-fejlesztés, közösségi oldalakon való megjelenés kialakítása és fenntartása, Kapcsolt rendezvényeken való részvétel: Kulturális rendezvények, Fesztiválok a megvalósítási helyszíneken,kitelepülés és digitális eszközöket és készségeket fejlesztő programok, előadások. Helyi PR és érzékenyítő tevékenység a digitális eszközök népszerűsítése és a digitális készségek fejlesztése érdekében, ezáltal az állampolgárok társadalmi közérzetének, életminőségének és esélyegyenlőség javításának,biztosítása érdekében.Balatonalmádi nagy ütemben fejlődő, forgalmas üdülőváros Veszprém megyében, a Balaton északkeleti öble közelében, az Öreg-hegynek a tóra leereszkedő lejtőjén. Fejlődésében nagy szerepe van a közeli megyeszékhelynek, Veszprémnek. Székhelye a Balatonalmádi járásnak. Balatonalmádi része Vörösberény (1971 óta), Budatava és Káptalanfüred is. A település gazdasági alapját ma alapvetően az üdülő-idegenforgalom, s az ezen gazdasági ágra települt szolgáltatások és ellátás képezik. Foglalkoztatási struktúrájában is ez jellemző, melynek allergikus oldala a szezonalitás. A várossá válással idetelepült intézményrendszer igényei révén, a kiegészítő és helyi termelő gazdasági szervezetek letelepedésével, az idegenforgalmi szezon megnyújtásával ez az egyoldalúság lassan oldódik. Veszprém lakossága 60.000 Fő, álláskeresők száma 1425 fő, Balatonfűzfő és Szentkirályszabadja 5000 fő alatti kis létszámú települések, jellmező rájuk a szezonalitás a Balaton turizmus miatt. Szakmai vezető Benedek Anna, Benedek Anna veszprémben a Vetési Albert Gimnáziumban érettségizett, majd Baján, az Eötvös József Főiskolán szerzett általános iskolai tanítói - Pedagógus fakultáns és Romológus végzettséget. Ezt követően munka mellett a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Állami és Jogtudományi Kar Európa tanulmányok- Európa politika, európa szakértő másoddiplomás képzésen szerzett diplomát. Diplomamunkájának témája az atipikus foglalkoztatás összehasonlítása Magyarországon és az Európai Unióban. Oktatásban szerzett munkatapasztalata után,2002-től az egészségügyi szektorban helyezkedett el. Országos egészségügyi szolgáltatónál minőségirányítási igazgatóként az in vitro labordiagnosztika minőségügyi rendszerek kiépítése, hálózati működttetése és fenntartása volt a feladata. Foglalkozatása atipikus foglakozatási formában történt, így személyesen tapasztalta át, hogy atipikus foglalkoztatási formában a család és a munka összeegyeztethető, hiszen ezen évek alatt született 4 gyermeke. 2013-ban választották meg a Nagycsaládosok Balatonalmádi Egyesületének vezetőjévé. Multiplikátori végzettsége van. Számos pályázat megvalósulásában vett részt. Az életen át tartó tanulás híve. Jelenleg is egyetemi tanulmányokat folytat az ELTE Társadalomtudományok Karán, Kisebbségpolitika szakon végzős hallgató. A szakmai megvalósítok kiválasztás alatt vannak. A projektelőkészítés során előzetes interjúztatás történt a lakosság körében,, hogy fel tudjuk mérni az igényeket. Jelenleg futó programjaink: Jelenleg: TOP-foglalkoztatási együttműködés: segítünk visszaállítani munkába, ingyenes tanácsadás- és elhelyezés, képzések ajánlása. Számítógép használati lehetőség.
