In the framework of this project, the company is expanding its surface treatment capacity at its existing site in Borna in order to provide its customers with higher added value services through increased production volume and processing of larger workpieces. In this way, less nozzles are required in the pre-treatment cabin and the corresponding mechanical and chemical cleaning process is carried out uniformly throughout the workpieces). The clear reason for the purchase of the front bending machine is the capacity constraints currently present in this area. The surface treatment serves to expand the existing ditto-painting capacity, which can be considered obsolete from the point of view of customer expectations, and, on the other hand, allows the new process to sell products that also have a minimum of 480 hours of salt spray test. The latter aspect is a key factor in the expansion of the company’s export market and is therefore of decisive importance. By purchasing a total net value of HUF 98.8 million, the company will not only increase its surface treatment capacity, but will be able to produce exportable products that meet significantly higher quality requirements, i.e. providing higher value added services to its customers, thereby significantly advancing in the production value chain. Jelen projekt keretében a társaság meglévő csornai telephelyén felületkezelő kapacitását bővíti, annak érdekében, hogy a megnövekedett termelési volumen és a nagyobb méretű munkadarabok megmunkálása révén magasabb hozzáadott értékű szolgáltatásokat nyújtson ügyfelei számára. A projekt keretében az alábbi eszközök beszerzésére kerül sor: - hidraulikus CNC-vezérelt élhajlító - szakaszos üzemű vegyi előkezelő berendezés (a feladóhelyen felhelyezett munkadarabokat kézi felsőpályás konvejoron érkezik a berendezés feladási pozíciójába ahonnan segédláncos anyagmozgató berendezés szállítja a munkadarabokat a technológiai sorrendnek megfelelően. A berendezés kádsorból, a felépítményből, valamint a gépészeti egységekből áll), - vízleszárító kemence (a berendezésbe a munkadarabok a konvejoron érkeznek. A vízleszárító alagút fűtése indirekt gázos léghevítő egységgel történik. Az élhajlító gép beszerzésének egyértelmű indoka a jelenleg ezen a területen található kapacitásszűke. A felületkezelés a meglévő, a vevői elvárások szempontjából elavultnak tekinthető mártó-festő kapacitás bővítését szolgálja, másrészt pedig lehetővé teszi, hogy az új eljárás révén a minimálisan elvárt 480 órás sópermet tesztet is álló termékek kerüljenek értékesítésre. Ez utóbbi szempont a társaság exportpiaci bővülésének egyik kulcstényezője, így meghatározó jelentőségű. Az összesen nettó 98,8 millió forint értékű beszerzés révén a társaság amellett, hogy megnöveli felületkezelő kapacitásait, exportképes, jelentősen magasabb minőségi elvárásoknak is megfelelő termékek előállítására válik képessé, azaz magasabb hozzáadott értékű szolgáltatásokat nyújt ügyfelei számára, ezáltal jelentősen előrelép a termelési értékláncban.
