During the manufacturing technology, the wire stored in the coils required for the spring is automatically pulled by the machine feeder into a tool designed according to the specific characteristics of the product, where it obtains its final shape by winding and bending. The machine used for production is selected depending on the complexity of the manufactured product. As a result, the spring is less prone to deflection, the force is distributed evenly on the larger surface, it is better to connect to other parts and to transfer loads. During grinding and other operations, dirt is placed on the surface of the spring and a burrow is formed, which does not affect the life of the spring, but it can cause quality problems at the customer. In the case of related components, the abrasive device is capable of removing these impurities and burrs. Our enterprise is an SME with high growth potential; our turnover exceeded the net turnover of 2013 sales by 17 % in 2014 and 21 % in 2015. We are an export-oriented enterprise; The share of export sales in 2014 was 17 % and 21 % in 2015. Furthermore, our company is considered to be a cooperative/networking SME; Member of the Hírös Supplier Cluster, underrepresented — female: The shares of Csilla Varga and Zsuzsanna Varga together own 84 % — an entrepreneur and a free enterprise zone — Bodrogolaszi. Keeping up to date is an essential condition to serve our customers at a higher level. This is conditional on the availability of information, in which the IPAR 4.0 solution, which will be introduced in the framework of the project, will help us. Pursuant to point 3.4.1.1.1 of the Call, we undertake that the increase in annual net turnover will reach 5 % by the end of the second financial year immediately following the physical end of the project. I undertake that by 2020 the company’s annual net turnover will reach HUF 742.100 thousand. (English)

    A gyártási technológia során a rugóhoz szükséges tekercsekben tárolt huzalt a gép adagolója automatikusan behúzza a termék sajátosságainak megfelelően kialakított szerszámba, ahol tekercseléssel és hajlítással elnyeri végleges alakját. A gyártáshoz használt gépet attól függően választjuk ki, hogy milyen bonyolultságú a gyártott termék. Az egyszerűbbek esetén kézi vezérlésű gépek is elegendőek, míg a bonyolultabbak esetén CNC gépekkel gyártunk. A gyártási folyamat sajátosságainak eredményeként a rugókban és egyéb idomokban feszültség keletkezik, amelyek jelentősen ronthatják a termékek működését, illetve lerövidíthetik élettartamukat. Ezt elkerülendő, a gyártógépekről lekerülő termékeket az előírt technológiához igazodva hőkezelő kemencében hevítjük, amíg a gyártás során keletkezett feszültség teljesen meg nem szűnik. Attól függően, hogy nyomó-, húzó rugókról van szó, még további megmunkálási fázisokon kell átmennie a termékeknek. A rugó végeit mindkét oldalon a rugótest szimmetriatengelyére merőlegesen megmunkáljuk (köszörüljük), hogy a felfekvő felületek egymással párhuzamosak legyenek, a szimmetriatengelyre pedig merőlegesek. Ezáltal a rugó kevésbé hajlamos a kihajlásra, a nagyobb felületen az erő egyenletesen oszlik el, jobb a többi alkatrészhez való kapcsolódása, terhelésátadása. A köszörülés és egyéb művelet során a rugó felületére felrakódik szennyeződés, sorja keletkezik, mely a rugó élettartamát nem befolyásolja, de a vevőnél minőségi problémát okozhat. A kapcsolódó alkatrészeknél a koptatóberendezés ezen szennyeződések, sorja eltávolítására alkalmas. Vállalkozásunk nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKV; árbevételünk 2014-ben 17%-kal, 2015-ben 21%-kal haladta meg a 2013-as értékesítés nettó árbevételét. Export orientált vállalkozás vagyunk; 2014-ben 17%, 2015-ben 21% volt az export árbevétel aránya a teljes árbevételhez viszonyítva. Továbbá cégünk együttműködő/hálózatosodó KKV-nak minősül; a Hírös Beszállítói Klaszter tagja, alulreprezentált – női: Varga Csilla és Varga Zsuzsanna tulajdoni hányada együttesen 84%-ot tulajdonolnak – vállalkozó, valamint Szabad Vállalkozási Zónának minősülő településen – Bodrogolaszi – valósul meg. A vevőink magasabb szintű kiszolgálása érdekében elengedhetetlen feltétel a naprakészség. Ennek feltétele az információ rendelkezésre állása, amiben segítséget nyújt számunkra a projekt keretében bevezetésre kerülő IPAR 4.0 megoldás. A Felhívás 3.4.1.1.1 Kötelező vállalások pontja alapján vállaljuk, hogy a projekt fizikai befejezési évét közvetlenül követő második üzleti év végére az éves nettó árbevétel növekménye eléri az 5%-ot.
