The manufacturing process takes place through the following steps: Step 1 Mixing materials step 2 -mixed semi-finished product homogenisation step 3-mixed semi-finished product pasteurisation step 4-finished product packaging Mixing is part 1 of the production process. According to the current process, the raw materials are mixed through a so-called “deaggregator” in 3 containers of 2,500 litres each, which is an open technology mixing system. We can mix, pasteurise and box this one-off production in one day. By setting the new mixing unit, the mixing time can be reduced to 3 hours and the blended amount can be increased from 5500 litres per day to up to 40 000 litres per day. The blending process of the new inline mixer is done as follows: The raw materials are injected into the 1 000 l mixing tank through the inlet holes designed for this purpose. From here we pump the liquid into the special inline mixer with a power of 150-200 thousand l/h, from which the blended ingredients are transferred to the 20 000 l tank. From here it goes further through the homogeniser to the pasteuriser and then into the filling machine. Compared to the previous technology, the final product will be more stable, better quality and longer shelf life, i.e. more competitive. With the new equipment, we can therefore produce a product with a higher level of processing. (English)

A gyártási folyamat a következő lépéseken keresztül történik: 1. lépés-alapanyagok bekeverése 2. lépés-bekevert félkész termék homogenizálása 3. lépés-bekevert félkész termék pasztörizálása 4. lépés-késztermék csomagolása A bekeverés a termelési folyamat 1. része. Innen egy 150-200 ezer l/óra teljesítményű motorral átszivattyúzzuk a folyadékot a speciális inline mixerbe, ahonnan a bekevert összetevők a 20 000 l-es tartályba kerülnek. (Hungarian)
