Our development is part of the tender — the acquisition of a new production equipment — and does not include any other project elements. We have prepared a strategic plan for the years 2015-2018, in which we set out the direction of development, according to the needs of the partners. The project is complex because in addition to the three production machines, four auxiliary machines will be purchased. First we purchase and set up the server machines, thus creating the conditions for the operation of the production machines. The product produced as a result of the project has such an added value that it undergoes every piece test and increases the safety of the installation at the customer. The project “Procurement of new production equipment related to production” is the beginning of a comprehensive technology change. It is also necessary to buy production equipment now because without these new machines cannot be operated efficiently. We intend to use support for the acquisition of all assets. The experienced team of experts (executive manager, technical director, plant managers, MEO manager) who have the appropriate knowledge and competence in the operation of these tools provides assurance for the implementation of the project. Among the leaders, there are 9 tertiary graduates. The combined acquisition of the seven assets could result in a significant increase in capacity. Assets to be procured: 1 MC 30 automatic CNC spring production machine (0.40-3.00 mm) 2 HCM 35T torsion automatic CNC spring production machine (1.0-4.0 mm?16 CNC axis) 3 VEEM 142 spring-stack bench (5.0-14.2 mm;) 4 PMZ 300 load gauge (3kN, 500 mm spring length, accuracy: ± 0.01 mm) 5 Aircenter SM 15/8 compressors (9 kW, 1.5 m³/min 8.0 bar) 6 Optimill MX4 milling machines (3 kW/400V, 800x400 table, ISO40 cone, DPA encoder) 7 Opti D lathes (460x1000 DPA encoder, 3 tengs. encoder, SWH-B head, D knife holder). For CNC machines, pressure springs are 4-8 hours, torsion time is 6-16 hours. During this time, we prepare 5-10 samples with the machine and carry this sample through the production process (heat treatment, grinding, planting, surface treatment) until the parameters of the finished product can be established. New machines (MC-30 and HCM-35T) have to do this once, but no matter how many times we switch to this spring, the program will be set to the values stored in your memory. This must not exceed 1 or 4 hours. The production speed of the machines is ~30 % higher than the speed of old machines. With the help of a camera, the size of the manufactured item is continuously checked and the non-compliant ones are selected. At the moment, manually, we can only perform random checks. This may result in non-compliant items being shipped. Every piece inspection at the customer means safety during installation. (English)

    A fejlesztésünk a pályázat - gyártáshoz kapcsolódó, új termelő eszköz beszerzése - eleméhez tartozik, és nem tartalmaz más projekt elemet. Stratégiai tervet készítettünk 2015-2018 éves időszakra, melyben megfogalmaztuk a fejlesztés irányát, a partnerek igényei szerint. A projekt összetett, mert a három termelő gép mellett, négy kisegítő gép kerül beszerzésre. Előbb a kiszolgáló gépeket szerezzük be és állítjuk üzembe, megteremtve ezzel a feltételeket a termelőgépek üzemeléséhez. A gyártás során alkalmazzuk a rugószabványokat, pl.: DIN 17223, DIN 2095. A szabványoknak való megfelelést biztosítják az alkalmas gyártó és a vizsgáló berendezések, a megfelelő szakmunkás, és szakember gárda. Jelenleg is ezeket a szabványokat alkalmazzuk és teljesítjük a követelményeket. A projekt eredményeként előálló termék olyan többlet értékkel rendelkezik, hogy mindendarabos vizsgálaton esik át, és a vevőnél növeli a szerelés biztonságát. A „gyártáshoz kapcsolódó, új termelő eszköz beszerzése” projekt egy átfogó technológiaváltás kezdete. Azért szükséges megvenni most a termelést szolgáló eszközöket is, mert ezek nélkül az új gépek nem üzemeltethetők hatékonyan. Az összes eszköz beszerzéséhez kívánunk támogatást igénybe venni. A projekt megvalósításához biztosítékot nyújt a tapasztalt szakember gárda (ügyvezető, műszaki igazgató, üzemvezetők, MEO vezető), akik megfelelő ismeretekkel és jártasággal rendelkeznek ezeknek az eszközöknek a működtetésében. A vezetők között 9 felsőfokú végzettségű van. A hét eszköz együttes beszerzése esetén jöhet létre jelentős kapacitásnövekedés. A beszerzendő eszközök: 1 MC 30 automata CNC rugó-gyártógép (0,40-3,00 mm) 2 HCM 35T torziós automata CNC rugó-gyártógép (1.0 – 4.0 mm ?, 16 CNC tengely) 3 VEEM 142 rugó-tekerőpad (5,0-14,2 mm;) 4 PMZ 300 erőmérő (3kN, 500 mm rugóhossz, pontosság: +/- 0,01 mm) 5 Aircenter SM 15/8 kompresszor (9 kW, 1,5 m3/ min 8,0 bar) 6 Optimill MX4 marógép (3kW/400V, 800x400 asztal, ISO40 kúp, DPA útmérő) 7 Opti D esztergagép (460x1000 DPA útmérő, 3 teng. útmérő, SWH-B fej, D késtartó). A CNC gépeknél, nyomórugósnál 4-8 óra, torziósnál 6-16 óra az átállási idő. Ez alatt az idő alatt a géppel 5-10 db-os mintát készítünk és ezt a mintát visszük végig a gyártási folyamaton (hőkezelés, köszörülés, ültetés, felületkezelés), addig, amíg a késztermék paraméterei meg nem állapíthatóak. Az új gépeknél (MC-30 és a HCM-35T) is el kell végezni egyszer ezt a beállítást, de utána, akár hányszor fogunk erre a rugóra átállni, a program a memóriájában tárolt értékekre fog beállni. Ez nem lehet több 1 illetve 4 óránál. A gépek gyártási sebessége ~30%-al meghaladja a régi gépek sebességét. Egy kamera segítségével folyamatosan ellenőrzik a gyártott darab méreteit és kiválogatják a nemmegfelelőeket. Jelenleg - kézi erővel - csak szúrópróba ellenőrzést tudunk elvégezni. Így előfordulhat, hogy nem megfelelő darabok is kiszállításra kerülnek. A minden darabos ellenőrzés a vevőnél jelent biztonságot a szerelés során. (Hungarian)
