Sequencing and properties of the machines related to the production line to be developed in the framework of this tender: 1. Vibration dosing tape: as the first machine, it determines the total capacity of the processing line and the line load (pipe, grain). Corn green pipes are automatically fed to the production line compared to previous systems. A multi-stage combination of different cooking and cooling stages ensures perfect pre-cooking. The faults of traditional tubular pre-cookers (overloading, uneven pre-cooking, stagnant parts, microbiological non-compliance) can be eliminated with this equipment. The extended cooling zone allows the raw materials after cooking to reach a reduced product temperature that promotes the efficiency of the freezing process at the same time. 5. Cob corn spiral freezer: in technology, it makes it possible to freeze completely new by spreading it evenly on the tape in a fast, continuous operation on the entire surface of the product evenly without touching human hands. In this way, the microbiological parameters of the product are of an order of magnitude better than the conventional intermittent freezing process. Thanks to the uniform freezing, the enjoyment value of the finished product is the same as fresh vegetables when consumed. 6. Valve group: it is an indispensable part of the spiral-freezer operation. With the help of the valves, the operation and synchronisation of air-cooling bateries for freezing is ensured. 7. Cooling compressor: from the refrigeration side, our current system cannot supply and operate the desired spiral freezer, and the solution of the packaging plant cooling is also required. 8. Justification for purchasing a packaging machine: as a result of the transformation of export market needs, it is possible to compete on the market and to exploit new export market gaps through efficiency gains and cost minimisation due to the need to meet consumer needs rather than industrial sales, as well as French and Polish competition.     Ezen pályázat keretében fejleszteni kívánt gyártósorhoz kapcsolódó gépek anyagáram szerinti sorrendisége és tulajdonságaik: 1. Vibrációs adagoló szalag: első gépként meghatározza a feldolgozóvonal összes kapacitását és a vonalterhelést (csöves, szemes). A kukorica zöld csövek a gyártósorra történő adagolása a korábbi rendszerekhez képest automatikusan történik. Ezáltal biztosítható, hogy a technológiai vonal nyersanyag ellátottsága egyenletessé váljon, ezáltal nincsen a vonal túlterhelve, másik oldalról nem alakul ki alultáplálás. 2. Szemes kukorica flotációs mosó: rendszere kiváló hatékonyságú, amit az egyedi kialakítása tesz lehetővé és funkciója alapján a növényi szennyeződéseket távolítja el. Ezáltal a nagymértékű mechanikai szennyeződésű alapanyag is kiváló minőségben, sérülésmentesen dolgozható fel. 3. Szemes kukorica előfőző: egyedi kialakításának köszönhetően a késztermék megfelelő mikrobiológiai paraméterei egyenletesen biztosíthatóak, beadagolásának kialakítása a folyamatos és egyenlő termékáramot biztosít, így a termék enzimaktivitásának csökkentése a főző minden pontján biztosított. 4. Csöves kukorica előfőző: beadagolása beúsztató rendszeren keresztül történik, amely egyben az egyenletes termékáramot is biztosítja. A különböző főzési és hűtési szakaszok többlépcsős kombinációjával tökéletes előfőzést biztosítanak. A hagyományos csöves előfőzők hibái (túlterheltség, nem egyenletes előfőzöttség, pangó részek, mikrobiológiai nem megfelelés) ezzel a berendezéssel megszüntethetőek. A meghosszabbított hűtési zóna lehetővé teszi, hogy az alapanyagok a főzést követően egyidejűleg elérjék azt a csökkentett termék hőmérséklet, amely a fagyasztási folyamat hatékonyságát elősegíti. 5. Csöves kukorica spirál fagyasztó: technológiában teljesen újszerű fagyasztást tesz lehetővé azzal, hogy a szalagon egyenletesen szétterítve gyorsan, folyamatos üzemben a termék teljes felületén egyenletesen emberi kéz érintése nélkül valósul meg a gyorsfagyasztás. Ezáltal a termék mikrobiológiai paraméterei nagyságrenddel jobbak, mint a hagyományos szakaszos fagyasztási eljárással. Az egyenletes fagyasztásnak köszönhetően a késztermék élvezeti értéke fogyasztáskor a friss zöldséggel azonos. 6. Szelepcsoport: nélkülözhetetlen részét képezi a spirálfagyasztó működésének. A szelepek segítségével valósul meg a fagyasztást biztosító, léghűtő batériák működésének és szinkronizálásának szabályozása. 7. Hűtőkompresszor: hűtéstechnológiai oldalról jelenlegi rendszerünk nem képes ellátni és üzemeltetni a beszerezni kívánt spirálfagyasztót, valamint a csomagolóüzem hűtésének megoldása is szükséges. 8. Csomagológép beszerzésének indokoltsága: exportpiaci igények átalakulása következtében új célpiac felé nyitás, ipari értékesítés helyett közvetlenül a fogyasztói igények kielégítése, valamint francia, lengyel konkurencia miatt hatékonyságnövelés és költségminimalizálással lehet felvenni a piaci versenyt, illetve új exportpiaci réseket kiaknázni.
