The aim of the PardoGyi project is to exploit the potential of international cooperation in the fields covered by the EFOP Collaborative Society Priority Axis to improve the response to the societal challenges posed by the social and physical migration of the most disadvantaged Roma young people. The challenges posed by the social integration of young people growing up in vulnerable environments and in public care pose problems for the social — and often crime prevention organisations of domestic and migration destination countries. Thus, the project involves learning about the international experiences and good practices of organisations in the field of social and social mobility of the secondary target group (Roma youth), their testing in Hungary and the development of policy recommendations in this field and their application in Hungary. In addition to domestic developments, knowledge of the necessary international policy experiences and good practices, in order to better address the social situation examined and the problems, is carried out in this expert cooperation — the Foundation for Nut Breaking, which is at the forefront of the Hungarian management of the field, as the Main Applicant; — CHRISDIMEN Foundation, with nine years of experience in the development and application of social research methodologies, as consortium member; — the Max Weber Institute, a leading researcher in Romanian society, as a partner abroad; — the cooperating partner in France; and the Serbian Green World Foundation as a cooperating foreign partner. The milestones to be achieved by the PardoGyi project are as follows: 1. Increase the available technical knowledge on the challenges of social mobility of Roma young people with multiple disadvantages (at risk) and addressing them. 2. Strengthen supportive cooperation between policy experts active in the areas of Hungary, Romania and Serbia, the Netherlands and France, helping to improve the social convergence of Roma young people with multiple disadvantages (at risk). 3. The results of the policy knowledge generated during the PardoGyi project and the results of the research carried out in connection with the ecclesiastical communities in Hungary and Romania are made available through professional recommendations, through the online database of PardoGyi, to professional institutions, governmental and back-up decision-makers who become part of the international professional network through registration. The aim is to learn about good practices implemented by active means in order to catch up the social strata of society, and then to draw up recommendations for domestic and foreign applications. In order to better address the social deficits and problems to be addressed, we strive to collect knowledge from both domestic and partner organisations. Our application expands the available methodology to address societal challenges. Cooperation between policy experts in the Visegrad countries is improving. The policy knowledge and the results of the research carried out in the project will be made available online to the general public on our website developed in the framework of the project, in order to support future policy planning and implementation, as well as day-to-day professional work among the target group concerned. In the framework of the cooperation, the need for support was compiled, in particular the area of research, the objectives to be achieved and the procedures and methods to be applied, as well as the contact of the partners involved in the cooperation and the conclusion of a pre-contract for cooperation with them. On the basis of a cooperation agreement with partners interested in the topic and working together, we develop an experience and cooperation plan in which we identify and coordinate the topic areas of good traineeships. We prepare a final research report (comparative analysis) about the research, and we provide a description of the experience and professional recommendations, which will create opportunities for future innovations and professional developments. The employees of the cooperating partner, the experts nominated by the international partners, are involved in the implementation of the project as professional implementers. We provide opportunities for exchange of experiences and exchanges between professionals in the form of workshops and professional forums, and then we carry out research along the areas of intervention jointly selected, the results of which are published in the form of a research report. A PardoGyi projekt célja a nemzetközi együttműködésben rejlő lehetőségek kiaknázása az EFOP Együttműködő társadalom prioritási tengely által lefedett szakterületeken a leghátrányosabb helyzetű, roma fiatalok társadalmi és fizikai migrációja okozta társadalmi kihívásokra adott válaszok javítása érdekében. A veszélyeztetett környezetben, állami gondoskodásban felnövő fiatalok társadalmi integrációja által okozott kihívások egyszerre jelentenek problémát a hazai és a migrációs célországok szociális – és sokszor bűnmegelőzésben aktív szervezetei számára, így a projekt révén sor kerül a másodlagos célcsoport (roma fiatalok) szociális és társadalmi mobilitásának területét vizsgáló szervezetek nemzetközi tapasztalatainak és jó gyakorlatainak megismerésére, azok magyarországi kipróbálására és ezen a területen szakpolitikai ajánlások kidolgozására, azok a hazai alkalmazására. A hazai fejlesztések mellett szükséges nemzetközi szakpolitikai tapasztalatok és jó gyakorlatok megismerése is, a vizsgált társadalmi helyzet és a problémák jobb kezelése érdekében, ebben szakértő együttműködésre kerül sor - a szakterület hazai kezelésében élen járó Diótörés Alapítvány, mint Főpályázó; - a társadalomkutatási módszertanok kidolgozása és alkalmazása területén kilenc éves tapasztalattal rendelkező CHRISDIMEN Alapítvány, mint konzorciumi tag; - a romániai társadalom kutatásában élen járó Max Weber Intézet, mint külföldi együttműködő partner; - a franciaországi együttműködő partner; - és a szerbiai Zöld Világ Alapítvány, mint külföldi együttműködő partner részéről. A PardoGyi projekt által elérni kívánt részcélok a következők: 1. A halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű (veszélyeztetett) roma fiatalok társadalmi mobilitásának kihívásaival és azok kezelésével kapcsolatos rendelkezésre álló speciális szakmai tudásanyag bővítése. 2. A halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű (veszélyeztetett) roma fiatalok társadalmi felzárkózásának fejlesztését segítő, támogató együttműködések erősítése Magyarország, Románia és Szerbia, Hollandia és Franciaország területein tevékeny szakpolitikai szakértői között. 3. A PardoGyi projekt során létrejövő szakpolitikai tudásanyag és a projektben végrehajtott, magyar és romániai egyházi közösségek kapcsán végzett kutatások eredményei szakmai ajánlások révén, a PardoGyi online adatbázisán keresztül elérhetőekké válnak a regisztráció révén a nemzetközi szakmai hálózat kommunikációs részévé váló szakmai intézmények, kormányzati, háttérintézményi döntéshozók számára.
