By fulfilling our mission, the University serves the community in many ways, but it is also important to promote social mobility among its important functions. It is essential to support social mobility at all levels of education, with the aim of ensuring accessibility everywhere, especially in disadvantaged regions, as well as the strategy. Thanks to the diversity of training areas (agriculture, economics, pedagogical, artistic) taught by the University of Kaposvár, it is able to be the generator and integrator of one of Hungary’s weak economic indicators, rich in value at the same time. However, this requires new, unique ideas and ideas that will keep the population of the county and the city, possibly increase and, most importantly, develop it. We need to use methods that are equally accessible, attractive and ensure development, eruption, regardless of gender, age, place of residence and income. The development and renewal of infrastructure will ensure the development and creation of a new teaching methodology to distinguish ourselves from our competitors. After its creation, we are able to connect and develop people living in other regions, even in countries, at the level of teachers, students and companies. With the development of new infrastructure and Virtual Platforms, we have the opportunity to: • We train our students from the start of the training to learn about the potential of the business environment. • Linking training areas at student level. • Risk-free experience in entrepreneurial life. • To create a new cloud-based community space in a managed controlled form that builds, develops and most importantly fills the student communities with life. • To meet ever-changing labour market needs. • Create an information base on the activities of students for the labour market. • Ensure trackable, monitorable student and teaching performance. • Reduce or eliminate the lack of IT skills. • Ensure equal opportunities for disadvantaged people and people with disabilities. • The best performing high school students will be channelled. • Due to the technical, technical and new functionality of buildings, educational and community spaces, you will be able to participate in smart campus and city programmes. Several of the strategic objectives set by the University of Kaposvár and set out in the Institution Development Plan serve to play a greater role in meeting the training and research needs of the region in the coming years. In the course of the development of the above-mentioned goals in the present project, the Renewable Central Building of the University Knowledge Centre becomes a modern 21st century educational space. Its multifunctional auditoriums can be transformed into a small number of practical training rooms according to the current needs of education, but according to its role as a knowledge mediator in the region, it can also serve as a venue for organising larger professional programmes or national and international conferences. In order to support the agricultural activity of the region, it is crucial that more emphasis be given to educational and scientific activities at the university in the agro-technical fields, which can be served by the modern agrotechnical building. The competency development laboratory dedicated to the modelling of business processes and the development of enterprises is set up as a research organisation capable of carrying out educational activities and serving local entrepreneurship needs. The basis for acting as a knowledge broker is the existence of a state-of-the-art central IT infrastructure, which is not only necessary for the performance of educational, research and administrative activities, but also provides the means of emissive online communication. Both the increased student needs and the introduction of new forms of education require a high-speed and coverage state-of-the-art WiFi network. Even in “traditional” seminars, modern educational activities require modern educational technology tools (e.g. projectors, digital boards), but blended learning courses increase their importance, as well as the modernisation of student workstations.     Küldetésünk teljesítésével az egyetem sokféle módon szolgálja a közösséget, azonban még oly fontos funkciói közül is kiemelendő a társadalmi mobilitás elősegítése. Az oktatás bármely szintjével kapcsolatban alapvető elvárás, hogy támogassa a társadalmi mobilitást, cél, hogy az elérhetőség mindenütt, de különösképpen a hátrányos helyzetű régiókban biztosított legyen, fogalmazza meg a stratégia is. A Kaposvári Egyetem által oktatott képzési területek (agrár, gazdaságtudományi, pedagógiai, művészeti) sokszínűsége révén képes hazánk egyik gazdasági mutatóiban gyenge, értékeiben gazdag térségének egyszerre generátora és integrátora lenni. Ehhez azonban olyan új, egyedülálló ötletek és elképzelések szükségesek, amelyek a megye és a város népességét megtartják, lehetőség szerint növelik, és legfőképpen fejlesztik. Olyan módszereket kell alkalmaznunk, amelyek egyformán elérhetőek, vonzóak és a fejlődést, kitörést egyaránt biztosítják nemtől, kortól, lakóhelytől és jövedelemi helyzettől függetlenül. Az infrastruktúra fejlesztése és megújítása biztosítja egy új oktatásmódszertan kidolgozását és létrehozását, amellyel megkülönböztethetjük magunkat versenytársainktól. Kialakítását követően alkalmassá válunk más térségben, régióban akár országban élők összekapcsolására és párhuzamos fejlesztésére oktatói, hallgatói és vállalati szinten is. Az új infrastruktúra és a Virtuális Platformok kialakításával lehetőségünk nyílik, arra hogy: • A képzés elejétől képezzük hallgatóinkat a vállalkozási környezetben rejlő lehetőségek megismerésére. • A képzési területek hallgatói szintű összekapcsolására. • A kockázatmentes tapasztalatszerzésre a vállalkozói életben. • Új felhő alapú közösségi tér kialakítására, irányított kontrollált formában, amely a hallgatói közösségeket építi, fejleszti és a legfontosabb, hogy élettel tölti meg. • A folyamatosan változó munkaerőpiaci igények kielégítésére. • A munkaerőpiac számára információs bázist hozzunk létre a hallgatók tevékenységéről. • Követhető, monitoringozható hallgatói és oktatói teljesítményt biztosítsunk. • Csökkentsük, illetve megszüntessük az informatikai készségek hiányát. • Egyenlő esélyeket biztosítsunk hátrányos helyzetűek és a fogyatékkal élők számára. • A legjobb teljesítményű középiskolásokat becsatornázzuk. • Az épületek, oktatási és közösségi terek technikai, műszaki állapotának és új funkciójának révén alkalmas lesz a smart campus és a city programokban való részvételre. A Kaposvári Egyetem által kitűzött és Intézményfejlesztési Tervében megjelölt stratégiai célok közül több azt szolgálja, hogy az intézmény az elkövetkező években a korábbinál nagyobb szerepet töltsön be a térség képzési és kutatási igényeinek kielégítésében. Jelen projektben a fenti célok elérése érdekében megvalósuló fejlesztések során az Egyetemi Tudáscentrum megújuló központi épülete korszerű 21. századi oktatási térré válik. Többfunkciós előadótermei az oktatás aktuális igényeinek megfelelően akár kis létszámú gyakorlati jellegű oktatótermekké alakíthatóvá válnak, azonban a régióban betöltött tudásközvetítő szerepének megfelelően nagyobb létszámú szakmai programok, akár országos és nemzetközi konferenciák megrendezésének helyszínéül is szolgálhat. A régióban kiemelt jelentőségű agártevékenység támogatásában kulcsfontosságú, hogy az egyetemen folyó oktatási, tudományos tevékenység az agrárműszaki területeken is nagyobb hangsúlyt kapjon, amelyet a korszerű agrárműszaki épület szolgálhat ki. Az üzleti folyamatok modellezésére, vállalkozások fejlesztésére szánt kompetenciafejlesztő labor teremegyüttese mind oktatási tevékenység végzésére, mind a helyi vállalkozói igények kiszolgálására alkalmas kutatóhelyként kerül kialakításra. A tudásközvetítő szerep ellátásának alapja a korszerű központi informatikai infrastruktúra léte, amely nem csak az oktatási, kutatási, adminisztrációs tevékenységek elvégzéséhez szükséges, de a kisugárzó online kommunikáció eszközeit is biztosítja. Mind a megnövekedett hallgatói igények, mind az új oktatási formák bevezetése nagy sebességű és lefedettségű korszerű WiFi hálózatot igényelnek. A korszerű oktatási tevékenység még a „hagyományos” szemináriumi képzéseken is korszerű oktatástechnológiai eszközöket (pl. projektor, digitális tábla) követel, azonban a blended learning jellegű képzéseken ezek jelentősége megnövekszik, illetve a hallgatói munkaállomások korszerűsítése is szükségszerű.
