The Municipality of the Municipality requesting Support, which is the maintainer of the Ady Endre Cultural House and IKSZT. The cultural centre plays a central role in the system of lifelong learning and non-formal, informal learning. The cultural house serves as a venue for various courses and leisure activities. Current state, problem and needs: — few places, rooms — we cannot accommodate parallel running sessions — there are many NGOs and self-training circles in the village, which keep their professions in the Cultural House — the appearance of a new programme, occupational needs that need to be provided — this part of the building is unused, separated — unhealthy environment (dohos) — heating is not solved — its equipment is incomplete and outdated — the objectives of our project are insufficient: — development and development of an infrastructure for community training and talent for informal and non-formal learning at local and territorial level — creating the necessary infrastructure to support the strengthening of key competences for lifelong learning — ensuring modern, high-quality employment — supporting activities to strengthen key competences in support of lifelong learning: developing learning competences, cultural awareness and expression, development of digital competences and attitudes — supporting local people involved in lifelong learning in acquiring new skills and competences — effective involvement in the formal education system, skills and competences development — helping disadvantaged (under-schooled, unemployed) young people to acquire new skills, thus giving them a better chance on the labour market or returning to the formal education system — a significant increase in the number of adults and older people involved — a significant increase in the number of adults and older people involved, the Government contributes to the achievement of new skills. (XI. 4.) has been adopted by Government Decision on the implementation of the framework strategy of the lifelong learning policy — reducing Hungary’s lack of participation in lifelong learning in the European Union — new spaces will be opened by the renovation of two rooms, more space will be made available for the holding of courses, trainings and self-training circles — the coordination of the simultaneous activities and the need for space — rooms suitable for a minimum of 15-15 persons will be made available by the renovation — the part of the building affected by the development will become an integral part of the House of Culture: internal (by opening the section below the stage) and external accessibility will be solved — the purchase of modern, suitable equipment and furniture — the heating becomes solved, the planned infrastructure development contributes to the more efficient and higher quality of the professional tasks, as we can organise and manage the courses and sessions more efficiently with more space. With the renovation, there is a clear increase in standards. — the renovation contributes to the improvement of the services of the Cultural House (new premises, clean and healthy environment, new equipment, furniture) Target group, stakeholders: — pupils and employees in public education institutions: Veszrányi Kindergarten and Primary School pupils, staff, educators and teachers — participants in lifelong learning: in the framework of our project, the participants of the whole population, neighbouring settlements, in particular NGOs, associations and self-educational circles, the 1st type of activity: Learning, training, specialised, group and clubrooms are set up. In the framework of our current project, 2 educational and occupational spaces suitable for 15-20 persons will be created. The part to be renovated is 112 m², two rooms 35 and 36 m², a connecting corridor, two storage rooms. This area will be restructured and modernised, as well as associated equipment acquisition. At the moment, this is the only unutilised area in the institution, and due to its condition it functions only as a warehouse. After the transformation, it is organically connected to the rest of the house, therefore it becomes suitable as an educational room. On the other hand, since its external approach is already solved, it is suitable for the club sessions of local civil society organisations (population circle, folk dance ensemble, youth club, tradition keepers), with morning — afternoon — evening and weekday — weekend function separation. The quantifiable result of our project is the creation of 2 educational and occupational spaces suitable for 15-20 persons. A Támogatást igénylő Látrány Község Önkormányzata, amely az Ady Endre Művelődési Ház és IKSZT fenntartója. A művelődési ház központi szerepet játszik az egész életen át tartó tanulás és a nem formális, informális tanulás rendszerében. A művelődési ház több, különféle tanfolyam és szabadidős elfoglaltság helyszínéül szolgál. Jelenlegi állapot, probléma és igények: - kevés hely, terem - párhuzamosan futó foglalkozásokat nem tudunk elhelyezni - sok civilszervezet és önképző kör működik a községben, amelyek a Művelődési házban tartják foglalkozásaikat - új program, foglalkozási igények megjelenése, amelyeknek helyet kell biztosítani - az épület ezen része kihasználatlan, elszeparált - egészségtelen környezetű (dohos) - fűtése nem megoldott - eszközállománya hiányos és elavult - felújítására nincs elég forrás Projektünk céljai: - az informális és nem formális tanulás jegyében közösségi képzési és tehetséggondozó helyi és területi szintű szolgáltatást biztosító infrastruktúra kialakítása és fejlesztése - az egész életen át tartó tanuláshoz szükséges kulcskompetenciák erősítését támogató szükséges infrastrukturális feltételek megteremtése - korszerű, megfelelő minőségű foglalkoztatás biztosítása - az egész életen át tartó tanulást támogató kulcskompetenciák erősítését szolgáló tevékenységek támogatása: tanulási kompetenciák, kulturális tudatosság és kifejezőkészség fejlesztése, digitális kompetenciák fejlesztése, attitűdformálás - az egész életen át tartó tanulásban résztvevő helyi lakosság támogatása új készségek, kompetenciák megszerzésében - hatékonyan bekapcsolódás a formális oktatás rendszerébe, a képesség- és kompetenciafejlesztésbe - a hátrányos helyzetű (aluliskolázott, munkanélküli) fiatalok segítését új képességek megszerzésében, ezzel lehetőséget adva, hogy jobb esélyük legyen a munkaerőpiacon, vagy visszakerüljenek a formális oktatás rendszerébe - a bevont felnőttek és idősek számának jelentős emelkedése - hozzájárulás a Kormány az 1603/2014. (XI. 4.) Korm. határozattal elfogadott az egész életen át tartó tanulás szakpolitikájának keretstratégiájának megvalósulásához - Magyarország elmaradásának mérséklése az egész életen át tartó tanulásban való részvételre vonatkozóan Európai Uniós viszonylatban - két helyiség felújításával újabb terek nyílnak meg, több hely válik elérhetővé a tanfolyamok, képzések, önképző körök foglalkozásainak megtartására - megoldottabbá válik az egy időben folyó foglalkozások összehangolása, helyigénye - a felújítással minimum 15-15 fő befogadására alkalmas termek válnak elérhetővé - a fejlesztéssel érintett épület rész szerves részévé válik a Művelődés háznak: belső (színpad alatti rész megnyitásával) és külső elérhetősége megoldottabbá válik - modern, megfelelő eszközök és bútorok beszerzése - fűtése megoldottá válik, az egészségre káros problémák elhárítása - a tervezett infrastruktúrafejlesztés hozzájárul a szakmai feladatok eredményesebb, magasabb színvonalú ellátásához, mivel több térrel hatékonyabban tudjuk megszervezni és lebonyolítani a tanfolyamok, foglalkozásokat. A felújítással pedig egyértelműen emelkedik a színvonal. - a felújítás hozzájárul a Művelődési ház szolgáltatásainak javulásához (újabb helyiségek, tiszta és egészséges környezet, új eszközök, bútorok) Célcsoport, érintettek köre: - a köznevelési intézményekben tanulók, dolgozók: Látrányi Óvoda és Általános Iskola tanulói, dolgozói, nevelői és tanárai - az egész életen át tartó tanulásban részt vevők: az egész lakosság, szomszéd települések érintettei, kiemelten a civilszervezetek, egyesületek, önképző körök Projektünk keretében az 1. tevékenységtípus: Tanulási, képzési, továbbá szakköri-, csoport- és klubhelyiség kialakítása valósul meg. Jelenlegi projektünk keretében 2db, 15-20 fő befogadására alkalmas oktató és foglalkoztató tér kialakítása történik. A felújítani kívánt rész összesen 112 m2, két helyiség 35 és 36 m2, egy összekötő folyosó, két tároló helyiség található itt. Ezen terület átalakítása és korszerűsítése, valamint ehhez kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzés valósul meg. Az intézményben jelenleg ez az egyetlen kihasználatlan terület, az állapota miatt csak raktárként funkcionál. Az átalakítás után szervesen kapcsolódik a ház többi részéhez, ezért alkalmassá válik oktató helyiségnek, másrészt, mivel külső megközelítése jelenleg is megoldott, a helyi civil szervezetek (népdalkör, néptánc együttes, ifjúsági klub, hagyományőrzők) klubfoglalkozásaihoz is megfelelő, délelőtti – délutáni - esti illetve hétköznapi - hétvégi funkció elkülönítéssel. Projektünk számszerűsíthető eredményeként 2db, 15-20 fő befogadására alkalmas oktató és foglalkoztató tér kialakítása történik. A fenntartási időszak alatt pedig 160 fő éves részvételének vállalását tesszük. Így 2023-as év végére összesen 800 fő kumulált célértékkel számolunk. (Hungarian)
