Activities for the proper preparation of the project: a.) Professional consultation with the target group members involved and the cooperation partners on the specification of project elements in order to make the development content useful in the sector and to better channel the needs of the sector; B.) Project management; III. Horizontal Criteria Validation: Activities in the field of equal opportunities and environmental sustainability; IV. Information and publicity. The period of physical implementation of the project will start on 01.11.2017 2019. It lasts until 04.30, it lasts 18 months, we have four milestones planned. Setting up and operating project management: 1 main project manager, 1 financial manager. The direct objective of the programme is to develop and develop an infrastructure providing community training and talent management services at local and territorial level within the framework of the community cultural institutions and organisations in the context of informal and non-formal learning. Quantifiable results indicated in the project: number of developed rooms4, Big Hall, Kisterem I. and Kisterem II., Kitchen, in which non-formal education is implemented. Each year 165 people participate in the following non-formal educational activities: Traditional circle, Puppet and Citera and their lectures, Professional skills (Lectures on further education, professions, return to the world of work), Indoor Sport Club, Language course, further training for local entrepreneurs, Transfer of Traditions, Kitchen Training. A projekt megfelelő előkészítésének tevékenységei: a.) Szakmai egyeztetés a bevont célcsoporttagokkal, az együttműködő partnerekkel a projektelemek specifikálásáról a fejlesztési tartalom ágazati hasznosíthatósága, valamint az ágazati igények mind jobb becsatornázása érdekében; b.) A költséghatékony, piaci árnak való megfelelés alátámasztása céljából, bekérésre kerültek a programok megvalósításához szükséges szolgáltatásokra vonatkozó árajánlatok, előadói díjak. c.)A projekt keretében megvalósításra kerülő programok lebonyolítási ütemezésének megtervezése megtörtént, különös tekintettel a pénzügyi és elszámolási ütemezésre d.)Az előzetes helyzetfelmérésre alapozva, részletes szakmai terv elkészítésére, pályázati anyag összeállítására került sor. A projekt előkészítésé a célcsoport bevonásával történt. Megvalósítási feladatok1. tevékenységtípus: Tanulási, képzési, továbbá szakköri-,csoport- és klubhelyiség kialakítása. Kötelez tevékenységek: 5. tevékenységtípus: Szoftverbeszerzés és IKT eszközök beszerzése, 6. tevékenységtípus: Nagy- és kisértékű tárgyi eszközök, bútorok készíttetése és beszerzése. I. Projekt Előkészítés; II. Projektmenedzsment; III. Horizontális Szempontok Érvényesítése: Az esélyegyenlőségi és környezeti fenntarthatósági szempontok területén végzett tevékenységek; IV. Tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság. A projekt fizikai megvalósításának időszaka 2017.11.01-tól 2019. 04.30-ig tart, időtartama 18 hónap , 4 mérföldkövet terveztünk . Projektmenedzsment felállítása és működtetésé: 1 fő projektmenedzser, 1 fő pénzügyi vezető. A program közvetlen célja a közösségi művelődési intézmény- és szervezetrendszer keretén belül az informális és nem formális tanulás jegyében közösségi képzési és tehetséggondozó helyi és területi szintű szolgáltatást biztosító infrastruktúra kialakítása és fejlesztése. A projektben megjelölt számszerűsíthető eredmények: fejlesztett helységek száma4 db, Nagyterem, Kisterem I. és Kisterem II., Konyha, melyben nem formális oktatás valósul meg. A fejlesztett korszerű helységekben évente 165 személy vesz részt a következő nem formális oktatási tevékenységeken: Hagyományőrző szakkör, Báb és citera szakkör és előadásaik, Szakmai ismeretek továbbképzés (Előadások a továbbtanulásról, szakmákról, visszahelyezkedés a munka világába), Beltéri Sport klub, Nyelv tanfolyam, Továbbképzési lehetőség a helyi vállalkozóknak, Hagyományok átadása, konyhai képzés.
