The aim of the project is to develop the infrastructural areas of the Tarcali Klapka György Primary School. The number of pupils in the institution was 152 in 2016, of whom the proportion of students with special educational needs was 9.2 %. They are accompanied by 49.3 % Roma, 28.3 % disadvantaged students, 39.5 % cumulatively disadvantaged, and 3.9 % receiving regular child protection benefits. Accordingly, the renovation of the corridor, the renovation of the water block, the electrical network and the modernisation of lighting will be carried out in the framework of the project. During the construction, the principles of universal design, i.e. the needs of women and men, the needs of the elderly, the disabled and the children, as well as accessibility in proportion to the project, are taken into account and enforced in the planning of transport connections. During the construction, the principles of universal design, i.e. the needs of women and men, the needs of the elderly, the disabled and the children, as well as accessibility in proportion to the project, are taken into account and enforced in the planning of transport connections.     A projekt célja a Tarcali Klapka György Általános Iskola tanulást segítő tereinek infrastrukturális fejlesztése. Az intézmény tanulói létszáma 152 fő volt 2016-ban, akik között 9,2%-os a sajátos nevelési igényű diákok aránya. Hozzájuk társul a 49,3%-os romák, a 28,3%-os hátrányos helyzetű, 39,5%-os halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű, és a 3,9%-os rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményben részesülő diákok aránya. Számukra kívánunk megfelelő infrastrukturális hátteret biztosítani az EFOP-4.1.3. támogatási kérelem segítségével. Jelen projekt becsült bruttó beruházási költsége 20 Millió Ft. A felhívás 3.1.1. pontjában rögzített, önállóan támogatható tevékenységek közül a nevelés-oktatáshoz használt termek, azok elérését biztosító folyosók felújítása, valósul meg, amelyhez a felhívás 3.1.2.2. pontjában meghatározott választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek közül a mellékhelyiségek felújítása, és az energetikai korszerűsítés keretében nyílászárók cseréje, hőszigetelés, fűtéskorszerűsítés párosul. Mindezeknek megfelelően közlekedő folyosó felújítása, vizesblokk felújítás, elektromos hálózat, világítás korszerűsítés valósul meg a projekt keretében. A kivitelezés során a létesítmények, térhasználat közlekedési kapcsolatok tervezésekor kiemelten figyelembe vételre és érvényesítésre kerülnek az egyetemes tervezés elvei, azaz a nők és férfiak igényei, az idősek, a fogyatékosok és a gyermekek igényei, továbbá a projektarányos akadálymentesítés.
