The applicant submits an application to the EFOP-4.1.2-17 "School 2020: Infrastructural development of public education institutions in order to promote disadvantage compensation and create quality education" in order to develop a quality educational environment in the building of the Egressy Béni Primary School and Primary Art School of Mezőcsáti Egressy Béni (3450 Mezőcsát, Szent István út 35.). As a separate economic unit, it currently controls 50 tasks. The institution to be developed is the Elementary School of Mezőcsát, starting the current academic year with 17 classes and 314 students. Justification for development: Emerging problems and needs of institutional education. The town of Mezőcsát is one of the disadvantaged settlements. Due to lack of resources, timely renovations have been missed year after year and the replacement and provision of modern tools for educating and educating work has become similar. The competitive position of the institution, as well as parental expectations and family background, and compliance with the National Public Education Act and the national public education concept, have made development and modernisation indispensable as opposed to basic tasks and services outside it. The modernisation and refurbishment of the institution creates new perspectives and opportunities to educate and educate children in and around the city, to play sports and to spend leisure time meaningfully. Since 1960, the old building has been expanded in four stages with classrooms, gyms, gymnastics halls and teaching rooms. No renovation work was carried out in this part of the building other than the renovation of the water block and the replacement of the exterior windows of one of the wings, as well as the upgrading of lighting and heating. Therefore, compared to the new part of the building, this is an outdated part of a building that is mature for renovation. In 1998, the building wing of music education was constructed from emergency classes and service apartments, in which the Unified Teaching Service is still operational until 31 December 2017. Furthermore, the classrooms and workshops of training and applied arts education were constructed from emergency rooms (chard, garage). These parts of the building are also outdated and need to be renovated. Overall, based on the OSA factsheets: classrooms: 26-2 of which are the halls of the lower classroom — IT — art education rooms: 11 Main Problems: —the absence of compulsory teaching equipment for gymnastics and gymnastics, — gym copolitical glass windows, safety nets, curtains of partitions are dangerous for accidents, -the gym is soaked, -the lack of court sports equipment for leisure activities of school-home education and recreation, -lack of teaching equipment necessary for modern education (general, artistic), -the tools used in the development of children, lack of equipment for the proper storage of toys, wears, illustrative devices, lack of multifunctional community space, -lack of accessibility, -unage of workshops in training and applied arts, -lack of English language teaching for group dismantling, -lack of a dance room for folk dance education Refurbishment of the gym, interior renovation of the old wing, specialised classroom, gymnastics room, design of art spaces, refurbishment of the sports yard. The aim of the project is to create a healthy, safe, equally accessible and motivating environment for students, to create a modern and rationally designed educational environment. The aim is to ensure a high-quality and stable operation in accordance with the Public Education Act and the mandatory instrument and space list. The target group of the project is the total number of students and the faculty of teachers, as well as the technical staff. MEZŐKÖVESDI TANKERÜLETI KÖZPONT

A pályázó Mezőkövesdi Tankerületi Központ pályázatot nyújt be az EFOP-4.1.2-17 „Iskola 2020: Köznevelési intézmények infrastrukturális fejlesztése a hátránykompenzáció elősegítése és a minőségi oktatás megteremtése érdekében” című pályázati konstrukcióra, hogy a Mezőcsáti Egressy Béni Általános Iskola és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola (3450 Mezőcsát, Szent István út 35.) intézményének épületében a minőségi oktatási környezet fejlesztése megvalósulhasson. A fejlesztés során érintett feladatellátási hely az intézmény székhelye. A pályázó tankerület 2017.01.01-én alakult a korábbi Mezőkövesdi, Mezőcsáti és Tiszaújvárosi tankerületek összeolvadásával. Önálló gazdasági egységként irányítása alá jelenleg 50 db feladatellátási hellyel tartozik. A fejlesztendő intézmény a Mezőcsáti Általános Iskola, a jelenlegi tanévet 17 osztállyal és 314 tanulóval kezdte meg. A fejlesztés indokoltsága: Az intézményi nevelés-oktatás megjelenő problémái, szükségletek. Mezőcsát város a hátrányos helyzetű települések sorába tartozik. Források hiányában az időszerű felújítások évről-évre elmaradtak és a nevelő-oktató munkához szükséges korszerű eszközök pótlása és biztosítása is hasonló sorsra jutott. Az intézmény versenyhelyzete, valamint a szülői elvárások és a családi háttér, és a nemzeti köznevelésről szóló törvénynek és az országos köznevelési koncepciónak való megfelelés az alapfeladatok és az azon kívüli szolgáltatásokkal szemben elengedhetetlenné tette a fejlesztést, a korszerűsítést. Az intézmény korszerűsítése és felújítása új távlatokat és lehetőségeket teremt a városban és a város környékén élő gyermekek neveléséhez-oktatásához, sportolásához és a szabadidő értelmes eltöltéséhez. A régi épületrész négy ütemben bővült 1960-tól folyamatosan tantermekkel, tornateremmel, tornacsarnokkal, illetve tanári szobával. Ebben az épületrészben a vizesblokk felújításán és az egyik szárny külső nyílászáróinak cseréjén, valamint a világítás és a fűtés korszerűsítésén kívül egyéb felújítási munkákra nem került sor. Éppen ezért ez az új épületrészhez képest ez elavultnak látszik, felújításra érett épületrész. 1998-ban szükségtantermekből, szolgálati lakásból került kialakításra a zeneoktatás épületszárnya, amelyben az Egységes Pedagógiai Szakszolgálat is működik még 2017. december 31-ig. Ezen túlmenően a képző- és iparművészeti oktatás tantermeit és műhelyeit is szükségtermekből (szenesből, garázsból) alakították ki. Ezek az épületrészek is korszerűtlenek, felújításra szorulnak. Összességében az OSA adatlapok alapján: osztálytermek: 26 - ebből 2 terem az alsó tagozaton fejlesztő terem szaktantermek – informatika – művészetoktatás termei: 11 Legfőbb problémák: -a tornaszoba és a tornaterem kötelező taneszközeinek hiánya, -a tornaterem kopolit üveg ablakai, védőhálói, térelválasztó függönye balesetveszélyes, -a tornaterem beázik, -az iskolaotthonos oktatás szabadidős tevékenységeihez és az önfeledt kikapcsolódáshoz udvari sporteszközök hiánya, -a korszerű oktatáshoz (általános, művészeti) szükséges taneszközök hiánya, -a gyermekek fejlesztése során alkalmazott eszközök, játékok, viseletek, szemléltetőeszközök megfelelő tárolását biztosító szertár hiánya, -többfunkciós közösségi tér hiánya, -az akadálymentesítés hiánya, -a képző- és iparművészeti oktatás műhelyeinek korszerűtlensége, -az angol nyelvoktatás csoportbontáshoz egy másik angol szaktanterem hiánya, -a néptánc oktatáshoz táncterem hiánya Tervezett tevékenységek: Tornaterem felújítása, régi épületszárny belső felújítása, szaktanterem, tornaszoba, művészeti helységek kialakítása, sportudvar felújítása. A projekt további tevékenységei: projekt előkészítés (Szakmai terv készítése; kiviteli és engedélyeztetési tervek elkészítése; Közbeszerzési eljárások szakmai előkészítése, közbeszerzések lefolytatása, az iskolák felmérése tanulólétszám, infrastrukturális feltételek, megközelíthetőség alapján), projektmenedzsment, tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása, könyvvizsgálat. A projekt célja az egészséges, biztonságos, egyenlően hozzáférhető és motiváló környezetkialakítása a tanulók számára, a modern és racionálisan kialakított oktatási környezet megteremtése. Cél a köznevelési törvénynek és a kötelező eszköz és helyiségjegyzéknek megfelelő működés magas színvonalú és hosszútávon stabil biztosítása. A projekt célcsoportját képezi az intézmény teljes tanulói létszáma és pedagógus kara, valamint a technikai dolgozók. Közvetett célcsoport a tanulók családja, a város kisgyermekes és több gyermekes családjai, a térségben iskolás korú gyermekeket nevelő családok. (Hungarian)
