Founded in 2003, our association has a long history in organising events, training, education, traditional care, equal opportunities. (interactive village house,large events — Barn Festival, Somló voice, Maintenance of the Basic Art School). Our programme fits the basic célkitűzéseihez:egész lifelong learning services, activities, support of new learning content, development of new types of learning with a diverse theme program, creating the conditions for lifelong learning,the development of existing services.In order to achieve the objectives, we implement forms of training and self-training, as well as knowledge transfer using the tools of lifelong learning and andragogy, which does not involve obtaining a qualification document.The number of learning programmes to be implemented is 16pcs, each programme is different tematikájú:5db course, 1 monthly course, 1 week’s course, 1 art group,5 free university,3pcs Our planned activities: —Future csoport:Hagyományőrző Dance Group -Tanfolyam:Digitális World;English;Play objects as ornamentals and utility tools;Traditional crop production, organic farming;Labour market knowledge-road to the competitive sphere — Weekly specialisation:Life mode — Weekly szakkör:Kreatív — Medicine;Life-Reform;Hungarikonyha- gastrocaus; Value Companies; He’s a countryman. —Tábor:lelkünk treasures-self-knowledge and personality development;Common World; “There is a treasure given to all nations...” — Sweet mother tongue The tender involves the procurement of tools that are absolutely necessary for the learning programmes.(laptop, capital equipment, kitchen equipment, interactive board system)Project manager and professional manager with 8 years of experience and more graduates. The financial manager has 25 years of experience and a balance sheet accounting qualification. Our organisation has the human resources and infrastructure conditions necessary to achieve the objectives of the call. Our project includes all mandatory activities.We accept 40 % higher than the minimum indicator value (Number of unemployed, including long-term unemployed) in the call. In the framework of the interventions, the proportion of disadvantaged persons involved is 51 %. In addition to the 5 compulsory learning programmes, the project will carry out additional activities. 16 pcs.The aim of the project is not to obtain a qualification/vocational qualification. Our target group is the population, especially the non-participants of public education, youth and adult age groups, especially disadvantaged people.The members of our target group live in Devecseri district, which is to be developed with the complex program. Milestones to be achieved by the project: —developing basic competences by expanding non-formal and informal forms and services, -developing the LLL activities of cultural institutions, -promoting return to or access to formal education through lifelong learning activities, harnessing skills acquired by lifelong learning activities to return to the labour market and social and public life, -developing and disseminating new innovative learning opportunities and forms for adults and training professionals, -strengthening cooperation between cultural institutions, networking at regional level, supporting learning, -promoting the use of digitalised cultural content (e-collection, etc.) for lifelong learning, — civic competence, cultural expression and the ability to apply scientific explanations, development of native language, language and digital competences, -reduce functional illiteracy. If the project is implemented, almost all sections of society will become a direct or indirect target group, in this way, the project benefits from the results of the project.The concept of lifelong learning is given greater scope in public communication, and the population can learn about its importance, benefits and become more open. The success of the project also has a positive impact on society in the long term.We intend to have a more short-term and more concrete impact on the Hungarian economy by creating a bridge between the disadvantaged h. layers and the Hungarian labour market.This endeavour can address many problems of the Hungarian economy.Our professions contribute to the participation in lifelong learning activities, participants believe that they have to continuously expand their knowledge, and that the necessary knowledge can be acquired not only in formal educational institutions.Long távon:szolgáltatási expansion, increasing the number of users of the association’s services, active participation in lifelong learning, active participation in strengthening the capacity to retain the population, cooperation between institutions. A pénzügyi vezető 25 éves tapasztalattal és mérlegképes könyvelő végzettséggel rendelkezik.Szervezetünk rendelkezik a felhívás céljainak eléréséhez szükséges humán erőforrásokkal és infrastrukturális feltételekkel. Projektünk tartalmazza az összes kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységet.A felhívásban minimálisan előírt indikátor értéknél(A projektben résztvevő munkanélküliek száma,beleértve a tartós munkanélkülieket is) 40%-al magasabb értéket vállalunk.A beavatkozások keretében a bevont hátrányos helyzetű személyek aránya 51 %. A projekt keretében a kötelező 5 tanulási programon túl további tevékenységek is megvalósulnak,össz. 16 db.A projektnek nem célja a végzettség/szakképzettség megszerzése. Célcsoportunk a lakosság,különös tekintettel a köznevelésben részt nem vevők, ifjúsági és felnőtt korosztály,kiemelten a hátrányos/halmozottan hátrányos helyzetűek köre.Célcsoportunk tagjai a komplex programmal fejlesztendő Devecseri járásban élnek. A projekttel elérni kívánt részcélok: -alapkompetenciák fejlesztése a nem formális és informális képzési formák és szolgáltatások kiterjesztésével, -kulturális intézmények LLL tevékenységeinek fejlesztése, -a formális oktatásba való visszatérés vagy belépés elősegítése az egész életen át tartó tanulási tevékenységek által, -kultúra bázisán megszerzett készségek hasznosítása a munkaerőpiacra és a társadalmi, ill. közéletbe való visszatérés érdekében, -új innovatív tanulási lehetőségek és formák fejlesztése és elterjesztése a felnőttek és a képző szakemberek számára, -kulturális intézmények közötti együttműködések erősítése, hálózatépítés regionális szinten, -tanulás tanulásának támogatása, -digitalizált,tanulást segítő kulturális tartalmak (e-gyűjtemény stb.) felhasználási módjainak megismertetése az egész életen át tartó tanulás érdekében, -állampolgári kompetencia,kulturális kifejezőkészség és a tudományos magyarázatok alkalmazására képessé tétel, anyanyelvi, nyelvi és digitális kompetenciák fejlesztése, -funkcionális analfabetizmus visszaszorítása A projekt megvalósulása esetén a társadalom szinte minden rétege közvetlen vagy közvetett célcsoporttá válik,így részesül a projekt eredményeiből.A közéleti kommunikációban nagyobb teret kap az élethosszig tartó tanulás fogalma,a lakosság megismerheti annak fontosságát, hasznát és nyitottabbá válik.A projekt sikere hosszútávon is pozitív hatást gyakorol a társadalomra.Rövidebb távú és konkrétabb hatást kívánunk gyakorolni a magyar gazdaságra azáltal, hogy hidat teremtünk a hátrányos h. rétegek és a magyar munkaerőpiac szereplői között.Ez a törekvés a magyar gazdaság számos problémájára adhat választ.A foglalkozások hozzájárulnak az egész életen át tartó tanulás tevékenységébe való bekapcsolódáshoz,hisz a résztvevők megtapasztalják,hogy tudásukat folyamatosan bővíteniük kell,s hogy a szükséges tudást nemcsak formális oktatási intézményekben lehet megszerezni.Hosszú távon:szolgáltatási kör bővülése,egyesület szolgáltatásait igénybe vevők számának növekedése,egész életen át tartó tanulásba bekapcsolódás, lakosságmegtartó képesség erősítésében való aktív részvétel,intézmények közötti együttműködés.
