Šis projektas yra skirtas valstybei priklausančių viešųjų pastatų atnaujinimui, jų inžinerinių sistemų fizinių ir energetinių savybių pagerinimui, didinant energijos vartojimo efektyvumą. Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centras yra viešoji įstaiga (įm. kodas – 302643724), kurios savininkė yra Lietuvos Respublika. Projekto metu ketinama atnaujinti Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centro pastatą, esantį Skratiškių g. 6, Biržuose (past. un. nr.: 3698-8002-1030). Pastatas baigtas statyti 1988 metais. Pastato pagrindinė naudojimo paskirtis – mokslo paskirties pastatas. Patalpų bendrasis plotas – 2.845,37 m2, šildomas plotas – 2.242,66 m2, tūris – 10.060,17 m3. Pastato aukštų skaičius – 1 aukštas. Įstaigos pastato esama energinio naudingumo klasė – F klasė. Dabartiniu meti šiame pastate yra mokomųjų dirbtuvių korpusas. Pastatą, kurį ketinama atnaujinti, panaudos teise valdo Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centras. Projekto tikslas – modernizuoti Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centro pastatą, siekiant padidinti jų energijos vartojimo efektyvumą, pasiekti C energinio naudingumo klasę, sumažinti išmetamų šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų (CO2) susidarymą bei užtikrinti pastato infrastruktūros atitiktį higienos normoms. Projekto metu bus pagerintos pastato energetinės savybės. Projekto tikslinės grupės yra įstaigos personalas, mokytojai ir mokiniai. Projekto metu planuojamos diegti tokios energijos taupymo priemonės: išorės sienų šiltinimas, nešiltinto stogo šiltinimas, švieslangių keitimas, šildymo, apšvietimo sistemų atnaujinimas. Pagal parengtą pastato energijos vartojimo audito ataskaitą investicijos į pasirinktą energijos taupymo priemonių grupę siekia 189,65 Eur/m2 šildomo ploto (su PVM), paprastasis atsipirkimo laikas - 19 metų. Pasirinkta 2 ETPG leistų sutaupyti 218,61 MWh/metus norminės šilumos ir elektros energijos per metus, pasiekti pastato C energinio naudingumo klasę, sumažinti galutinės energijos sąnaudas daugiau kaip 30 proc. This project is aimed at refurbishing public buildings owned by the State, improving the physical and energy characteristics of their engineering systems by increasing energy efficiency. The Exchange Technology and Business Training Centre is a public institution (under code 302643724) owned by the Republic of Lithuania. During the project it is planned to refurbish the building of Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre, located in Skratiškių str. 6, Biržai (un. no.: 3698-8002-1030). The building was completed in 1988. The main purpose of the building is a scientific building. The total area of the premises is 2 845.37 m², heated area — 2 242.66 m², volume — 10 060.17 m³. The number of floors in the building is 1st floor. The existing energy performance class of an establishment building is ‘F’ class. The current year in this building is a training workshop corps. The building to be renovated is managed by Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre. The aim of the project is to modernise the Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre building in order to increase their energy efficiency, achieve energy performance class C, reduce the generation of greenhouse gases (CO2) and ensure compliance of the building infrastructure with hygiene norms. During the project, the energy properties of the building will be improved. The target groups of the project are the staff of the institution, teachers and students. The following energy-saving measures are planned to be implemented during the project: insulation of external walls, insulation of uninsulated roof, replacement of lightlights, refurbishment of heating and lighting systems. According to the energy audit report of the building, the investment in the selected group of energy saving measures amounts to EUR 189.65/m² of heated area (including VAT), and the ordinary payback time is 19 years. Selected ETPG 2 would save 218.61 MWh/year of rated heat and electricity per year, reach the energy performance class of building C, reduce final energy consumption by more than 30 %. (English)

Ce projet vise à rénover les bâtiments publics appartenant à l’État, à améliorer les caractéristiques physiques et énergétiques de leurs systèmes d’ingénierie en augmentant l’efficacité énergétique. Le Centre d’échange de technologies et de formation aux entreprises est une institution publique (sous le code 302643724) détenue par la République de Lituanie. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu de rénover le bâtiment du centre de formation technologique et commerciale de Biržai, situé à Skratiški' str. 6, Biržai (numéro: 3698-8002-1030). Le bâtiment a été achevé en 1988. Le but principal du bâtiment est un bâtiment scientifique. La superficie totale des locaux est de 2 845,37 m², surface chauffée — 2 242,66 m², volume — 10 060,17 m³. Le nombre d’étages dans le bâtiment est au 1er étage. La classe de performance énergétique existante d’un bâtiment d’établissement est la classe «F». L’année en cours dans ce bâtiment est un corps d’ateliers de formation. Le bâtiment à rénover est géré par Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre. L’objectif du projet est de moderniser le bâtiment du centre de formation technologique et commerciale de Biržai afin d’accroître leur efficacité énergétique, d’atteindre la classe de performance énergétique C, de réduire la production de gaz à effet de serre (CO2) et de garantir la conformité de l’infrastructure du bâtiment avec les normes d’hygiène. Au cours du projet, les propriétés énergétiques du bâtiment seront améliorées. Les groupes cibles du projet sont le personnel de l’établissement, les enseignants et les étudiants. Les mesures d’économie d’énergie suivantes devraient être mises en œuvre au cours du projet: isolation des murs extérieurs, isolation du toit non isolé, remplacement des lumières lumineuses, rénovation des systèmes de chauffage et d’éclairage. Selon le rapport d’audit énergétique du bâtiment, l’investissement dans le groupe sélectionné de mesures d’économies d’énergie s’élève à 189,65 EUR/m² de surface chauffée (TVA comprise) et le temps de récupération ordinaire est de 19 ans. L’ETPG 2 sélectionné permettrait d’économiser 218,61 MWh/an de chaleur et d’électricité nominales par an, d’atteindre la classe de performance énergétique du bâtiment C, de réduire la consommation d’énergie finale de plus de 30 %. Das Exchange Technology and Business Training Centre ist eine öffentliche Einrichtung (unter dem Code 302643724) im Besitz der Republik Litauen. Während des Projekts ist geplant, das Gebäude des Biržai Technologie- und Business-Trainingszentrums in Skratiškiþ Str. 6, Biržai (un.n.n.n.) zu sanieren. 3698-8002-1030). Das Gebäude wurde 1988 fertiggestellt. Der Hauptzweck des Gebäudes ist ein wissenschaftliches Gebäude. Die Gesamtfläche des Betriebs beträgt 2 845,37 m², beheizte Fläche – 2 242,66 m², Volumen – 10 060,17 m³. Die Anzahl der Etagen im Gebäude befindet sich im 1. Stock. Die bestehende Energieeffizienzklasse eines Gebäudes ist die Klasse „F“. Das laufende Jahr in diesem Gebäude ist ein Trainingswerkstattkorps. Das zu sanierende Gebäude wird von Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre verwaltet. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Gebäude des Technologie- und Business-Trainingszentrums Biržai zu modernisieren, um ihre Energieeffizienz zu steigern, die Energieeffizienzklasse C zu erreichen, die Erzeugung von Treibhausgasen (CO2) zu reduzieren und die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften der Gebäudeinfrastruktur sicherzustellen. Während des Projekts werden die Energieeigenschaften des Gebäudes verbessert. Die Zielgruppen des Projekts sind das Personal der Einrichtung, Lehrer und Studenten. Folgende energiesparende Maßnahmen sollen während des Projekts umgesetzt werden: Isolierung der Außenwände, Isolierung des unisolierten Daches, Ersatz der Lichter, Renovierung von Heizungs- und Beleuchtungssystemen. Nach dem Energieauditbericht des Gebäudes beläuft sich die Investition in die ausgewählte Gruppe von Energiesparmaßnahmen auf 189,65/m² beheizte Fläche (einschließlich Mehrwertsteuer), und die normale Amortisationszeit beträgt 19 Jahre. Ausgewählte ETPG 2 würde 218,61 MWh/Jahr an Nennwärme und Strom pro Jahr einsparen, die Energieeffizienzklasse des Gebäudes C erreichen, den Endenergieverbrauch um mehr als 30 % senken. (German)
