Siekiant sumažinti aukštą gyventojų mirtingumą nuo kraujotakos sistemos, galvos smegenų kraujotakos bei onkologinių ligų Šalčininkų rajone, planuojama atnaujinti Šalčininkų rajono pirminės sveikatos priežiūros centro bei Jašiūnų, Turgelių, Dieveniškių, Baltosios Vokės ambulatorijų infrastruktūrą: įsigyti įrangą, tikslinę transporto priemonę, skirtą pacientams lankyti namuose, suremontuoti dalį patalpų. Projekto metu Šalčininkų pirminės sveikatos priežiūros centre planuojama įrengti priklausomybės nuo opioidų pakaitinio gydymo bei tiesiogiai stebimo gydymo kurso (DOTS) kabinetus, atlikti šių patalpų paprastojo remonto darbus bei aprūpinti juos reikalinga įranga. Taip pat planuojama pritaikyti Šalčininkų pirminės sveikatos priežiūros centro bei jo padalinių Baltosios Vokės, Turgelių, Jašiūnų ambulatorijų infrastruktūrą specialiesiems neįgaliųjų poreikiams bei įsigyti reikalingą įrangą. Projekto įgyvendinimas sudarys prielaidas pagerinti kraujotakos sistemos ligų, galvos smegenų ir kraujotakos ligų, onkologinių ligų, vaikų ligų, sveiko senėjimo srityse sričių profilaktiką, diagnostinių bei gydymo paslaugų prieinamumą bei kokybę, tokiu būdu sumažinti Šalčininkų rajono gyventojų sergamumą bei mirtingumą. In order to reduce high population mortality from the circulatory system, cerebral circulation and oncological diseases in Šalčininkai district, it is planned to upgrade the infrastructure of the Primary Health Care Centre of Šalčininkai district and the outpatients of Jašiūnai, Turgeliai, Dieveniškės, Baltoji Vokė: purchase equipment, a target vehicle to visit patients at home, repair part of the premises. During the project, the Šalčininkai Primary Health Care Centre is planning to install offices for opioid substitution treatment and directly monitored treatment course (DOTS), to carry out ordinary repairs of these premises and to provide them with the necessary equipment. It is also planned to adapt the infrastructure of the Šalčininkai Primary Health Care Centre and its divisions in Baltoji Vokė, Turgeliai and Jašiūnai outpatients to the special needs of disabled people and to purchase the necessary equipment. The implementation of the project will create preconditions for improving the prevention of circulatory system diseases, brain and circulatory diseases, oncological diseases, children’s diseases, healthy ageing, the availability and quality of diagnostic and treatment services, thus reducing morbidity and mortality among the inhabitants of Šalčininkai district. Afin de réduire le taux élevé de mortalité par le système circulatoire, la circulation cérébrale et les maladies oncologiques dans le district de Šalčininkai, il est prévu de moderniser l’infrastructure du centre de soins de santé primaires du district de Šalčininkai et des ambulatoires de Jašiūnai, Turgeliai, Dieveniškės et Baltoji Vokė: acheter de l’équipement, un véhicule cible pour visiter les patients à domicile, réparer une partie des locaux. Au cours du projet, le centre de soins de santé primaires de Šalčininkai prévoit d’installer des bureaux pour le traitement de substitution aux opioïdes et de suivre directement le cours de traitement (DOTS), d’effectuer des réparations ordinaires de ces locaux et de leur fournir le matériel nécessaire. Il est également prévu d’adapter l’infrastructure du centre de soins de santé primaires de Šalčininkai et de ses divisions à Baltoji Vokė, Turgeliai et Jašiūnai ambulatoires aux besoins particuliers des personnes handicapées et d’acheter l’équipement nécessaire. La mise en œuvre du projet créera des conditions préalables à l’amélioration de la prévention des maladies du système circulatoire, des maladies cérébrales et circulatoires, des maladies oncologiques, des maladies infantiles, du vieillissement en bonne santé, de la disponibilité et de la qualité des services de diagnostic et de traitement, réduisant ainsi la morbidité et la mortalité parmi les habitants du district de Šalčininkai.
